Brought my truck to him because of a misfire, and instead of diagnosing the problem least expensive to most expensive. He decided to crack, open the valve cover and make sure the lifter wasn't stuck first and of course it wasn't. Then proceeded to clean the spark plugs and send me on my way. Told me everything looked fine and it was running fine. About a week later the same problem showed up. Brought it back and Of course it needed plugs and wires. He then ended up charging me 150 extra dollars than what I was quoted all said and done over $1100 between the two trips just to get new plugs and wires. Cherry on top is the check engine light is still on. would never use this service again.Service: Engine repair

Reliable and friendly. They've worked on our family cars for years. I've only had one issue with them about a car repair where they quoted me an amount and then when the part wasn't correct they did a much more expensive fix without confirming with me. They were accommodating with adjusting the payments and gave me a hefty discount which not many shops would do after the work was done. Overall they are reliable and dependable. Very good customer service.

My mom and I have been going to Norgrens for years for the same reasons other reviewers have said: for their honesty, sound advice, quality of service, and reasonable prices. They re courteous and friendly too.As one reviewer said, they give helpful sound advice when it comes to older cars. My Toyota is 22 years old and I ve had it for 20 years (140k miles). About a year ago, I took my car in for diagnosis and overall inspection. Before I left their shop, I picked up a pamphlet entitled Is it worth fixing my old car. It gave pricing pros/cons to help you decide whether to fix your old car, buy a used car, or buy a new car. My car needed a major repair and my decision to go ahead was made easier after reading the pamphlet and asking Brian if it was worth fixing. He said other than the needed repair that my car was in pretty good shape for its age. I m still driving my old reliable and I couldn t be happier.

We have used Norgen's Auto Center for years with our two used cars. We have had many repairs and oil changes all without worries. This business can be trusted to consistently give you their best service!

Great place! Honest. Tires Plus wanted to change my parent's wheel bearing on their Saturn with less than 90,000 miles on it. I couldn't hear any issues, and when I jacked it up I found no play in the bearings. So, suspecting the usual from Tires Plus, and to assure my parents their car was fine, I paid for Norgren's to check it out. They verified my suspicions were correct and that the wheel bearings were fine. They also verified the quoted price to fix the wheel bearings if indeed they were bad was much too high! They've worked on several of my vehicles, always courteous with accurate quotes. They also give very sound advice, which is helpful when some of your vehicles are a bit long in tooth. HIGHLY recommended.

Just picked up my Suburban from Brian. This was my first time doing business with them. I am very pleased with the service I received. Very honest and fair. I had my truck checked out first at Nowthen Garage. They wanted $663.57 for the same job Norgren s did for $352. It pays to shop around. He also called back at every major step. Also called when he said he would. That might not mean much to everyone but it is very important to me. Thank you for your service. I will send more people your way.

After two bad visits- both times having to deal with an ignorant and mean old man who treated me and my father poorly. Made us wait while enjoying his computer time. Kept my truck for 9 weeks before calling, and lied about calling. Brian is nice and a good employee however with how poorly the older man treated me and the insanely long wait time I will not be back.

I was having issues that I could not figure out. I took it to Norgren's. They were great found the problem and had it fix by the next day. It has been running great since then. Super nice to work with and I felt like they only did the work I asked for . Could not have gone better.

I have never been treated so well by any service center as I have been at Norgren's,St.Francis. Very nice, and so reasonably priced. No one else can compare!

I went there to have my dog groomed. The parking lot is so bad that pretty soon the huge holes are going to swallow my car. Please get it fixed.
