Mike and Kevin were very helpful in giving advice on my rear brakes, which had been grinding. This is my favorite car parts store. Keep up the nice work

One of the largest NAPA stores in the area. This one has been here for decades. If they don't have the part they can get it fast. Usually about one business day. Enormous parking area. Parts runners too.

I've been here quite a few times this last few months. I called them yesterday to order a life time warranty part we had it all takin Care of then I show up and the guy says I have to pay for it. It's lifetime warranty dudeBTW not a single person at any napa seems to know anything about hydraulic hoses.You can't tell me that you have 6 personal in your store but only one can make a simple hose.

The staff was super helpful! Husband was stranded elsewhere with a dead battery so I (with little kids in tow) needed to buy a new one as spouse would not make it back before the store closed. They were super helpful, got to me right away, and brought everyone to my car for me. Wonderful, honest, friendly, and helpful people.

They do not recycle oil at this location.Usally the older but smart lady gives me problems of something i need. Really dread seeing her.No go USA this time, got to go to the irish parts store. Lol

Quick orders for any parts. Nice for more difficult to find parts for cars like BMW, Hyundai, and Volvo. Usually can have anything in-store within 24-48 hours. Old fashioned parts store employees nice enough.

I live right behind this location. The main time I go to this store is if I need something to get my vehicle running enough to get to Autozone to finish the job, if I can't find a ride.The biggest downfall of this company is the warranty policy. NAPA is so outdated in the industry, the customer had better be real good at keeping and tracking receipts. You had also be able to store them in a way the ink doesn't naturally fade in a few months. Without the receipt, you aren't covered by warranty.... even after 3 weeks.If it's something you aren't concerned about a warranty, but here. There competition's warrant seems more comprehensive to me, and your purchase in in their database immediately at point of sale, so you don't need to keep the receipt.

I was served well and the person that served me gave me the details of the battery I brought in earlier, charged and tested - "No Good", but looked up the number on the battery with my name on it and was still in the scope of time to get another battery but because I couldn't find the receipt I told him, so I appreciate him going out of his way to check it out; wonderful .

My favorite, favorite, FAVORITE group of parts guys to work with.They are beyond good.They get the right parts the first time.Their deliver time is impeccable.They are a complete pleasure to work with and have excellent phone manners.I truly feel like I am THE only one they service, as they appear to drop everything for us.They are our #1 go-to.

I have been coming to this Napa for years, and have never regretted being a patron of this store. They have come very competitive of their prices that last few years, and match the prices of other auto parts dealers in the area, but those others can't compare to the qualityof parts, or knowledge of employees. They always have what I need either in stock, or are able to get it in a day or two.

Went to O'Reily's.. didn't have part..Went to AutoZone . Was told that store by northtown mall had one.... Drove down there... WRONG PART .. decided to go where I knew I should have went in the first place. COTTONS NAPA ANOKA.!!! They had the part !!! Got me all hooked up!Thanks Mike for taken care of me.!!Could have cut 90 mins out of arts run if I just went to NAPPA COTTONS ANOKA in the first place!

I like NAPA parts. They are mostly high quality.I am also a former employee. If you're looking for a fair employee, cottons Napa is not it. Be VERY CAREFUL to who and what you apply for.I still buy parts from Napa, but it will definitely NOT be a cottons napa.

They have always given me an honest and helpful answer. I have sat at their counter a few different times and they always have patience with me. Ill see you guys a different day!

The guys here aren't very intelligent and have terrible customer service. Especially Tom. I would stay away. Go to the one in Osseo if you can. Those guys are fantasic.

Napa is not what it used to be. I provided them with a part number from their own website and they claim to have no such part. I gave their competitor same napa pn and picked it up 2 hours later. This is the final straw of a list of issues.

A little more expensive than most auto suppliers, but if you can't find what you need anywhere else, they usually have it.
