I m always super pleased with the service here. I had some more extensive work done this last time around and when I had questions, Mike actually went to his computer, printed off pictures, and then walked me through the whole process of what they did so I understood what caused the issue and how they resolved it. Every single person I ve interacted with here has been stellar, and they have a cute shop pup that greets you when you come in. You can t beat amazing service, really cool dudes, and a shop pup.

The work was finished a few days ago. it was done in a timely manner and the people working here are very friendly and informative plus, they have an adorable furry door greeter.so far i am still very happy with the way my truck turned out. It drives better then before.

Had brakes done again on a second vehicle, good pricing with a Costco member discount. They also have great customer service to explain work performed and reviewing possible future concerns. I appreciate their follow up also.

Mike and Brad are always respectful & sincere, in their understanding that as a teacher, I don t have money to waste. I trust them. I ve never felt or had cause to believe that they ve been anything but honest with me. They give me advance notice of problems they see coming for expensive repairs, like the suspension problem they just repaired, that took me months to save for. They not only own and manage their business but they are involved with the mechanics and took my vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything ran right before they called me to tell me it was ready. I highly recommend East Main Tire and Auto!

Mike is the best! He helped get my spare tire on for me to replace a flat until I could get tires ordered for the next day. They were fast, efficient and kind. They worked with a reasonable price range for me and I never felt pressured or that they were just trying to sell me stuff. Will return in the future! Also was assisted by Brad who was equally great!Service: Tires

I highly recommend East Main Tire and Auto! Quick repair service. Good communication and friendly staff. Also a big plus, no b.s. charges that you get from those dealer service places. They tell you up front the estimated cost of parts and labor and that is what you pay at the end. I'll continue to bring my vehicles to East Main Tire and Auto!Service: Electrical repair

I needed a tire replaced quickly after driving from the cities to Anoka. I was able to make it to work safely, but knew that I had to have my tire replaced so I could get home. All I can say is that I need to go back there to get some more repairs done on the navigator; and with the Costco discount this saved me some pocket money, but the rear shock replacement is doing me some justice - feels good, thank you very much!. Called this business to have 4 OF MY OWN (BARELY USED) TIRES installed. The prior 5 places I called were priced between $100 and $120 out the door...this place? $250.00!!!!!!!!!!!! $250.00 just to mount and balance 4 of my own tires on my truck. You have got to be kidding me!!! Am I suddenly driving a Lamborghini, but just don't know it?

I've been an East Main customer for over a decade. Mike, Brad and the crew have always been great to work with. They don't go looking for unnecessary repairs, their prices are fair, and they are easy to deal with. They have kept a 20 year old car of mine running in good shape for almost nine years. They have answered a ton of questions from me over the years without losing their patience (at least not to my face), and I have usually run every car purchase I have made by them to get their thoughts. Their communication skills have gotten better over the years - they do good work, they are honest about when they can get the repairs done, and they will stay in contact about repair progress if that's what you need. I moved away from Anoka four years ago, but still make the drive to get my auto repairs done by them.
