We just had a Toyota Tacoma repaired and had an excellent experience with Blueline. They were very honest upfront on how long the repairs would take due to difficulty in getting parts for our vehicle. They helped us sort out things with our insurance and also helped us understand MN state laws that we were unaware of that benefited us in the insurance process. They are very professional and know their business. We would not hesitate going back to Blueline for any body work we need done.

Would highly recommend Blue Line Collision. They were extremely polite and helpful in getting my car repaired after hitting a deer. They promptly replied to all my questions, phone calls, and emails. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Blue Line Collision will forever have my business. I have used them in the past for a fender bender claim and for hail damage claims and the car always comes back better than new. Today a driver in front of me hit a traffic barrel and launched it into my car. I stopped in and they were able to buff it out right away! They do great work and have even better customer service!

I would like to thank Jessie and the guys at Blueline Collison. We needed the car sooner than later since the transmission is going out on our other vehicle. They were able to get our vehicle repairs done sooner than anticipated. The workmanship was excellent. We have used them in the past and will again in the future.

Horrible Experience getting a Quotation for Insurance . He looked at my vehicle for literally 30 seconds and Severely Underpriced my vehicle damage initially and had 4 month wait time to get the car fixed. So I went to a different body shop to get the car fixed and they doubled the price he initially quoted for insurance which caused a headache. Don t go here for anything insurance related because he is not detailed whatsoever and rushes the job and missed a lot . If there was a option for 0 Stars I would

I hit a deer with my Ram and needed the front and side fixed up. Blue line did such a good job, I recommended my boss to them after he recently hit a deer. When they brought his truck back, I asked them about a new scratch on my truck and they came back in 15 minutes and fixed it on-site! I am thoroughly impressed by their above-and-beyond service!

Absolutely fantastic work and more importantly awesome people. I've never had the need to get body work on any vehicle until recently, so I was a bit nervous about the whole process. The crew at Blue Line put my nerves at ease and got the work done exactly as explained, as well as on time. They definitely made me a lifelong customer by going above and beyond. As a mechanic I am very hard to impress. I also do not just allow anyone to touch my baby. Blue line has earned my trust from day one. They are the only team that is allowed to work on my car. They remember me and my name and have always fairly accommodated me .

My 2020 Ford Escape front panel and back bumper were damaged during a pile-up in a local car wash tunnel. Blue Line Collision was their preferred repair center, so I got my estimate authorized by Rob. I turned in the estimate to the car wash, and received my repair authorization. Both Rob and Jesse at Blue Line were exceedingly helpful (via email, phone, and in person). My car was beautifully repaired, and immaculately washed when I picked it up. Blue Line worked directly with the car wash to get paid, so I did not incur any out-of-pocket expenses. As a woman, I really appreciate being treated with respect. I would absolutely refer anyone to their repair center and will absolutely use them again if I need collision repair services in the future! Great job and thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had my car in for some minor repairs on its grill. We ran into some issues getting the correct part for it, which was not ideal but the great part was that they called me with updates on the status of the repair! I bought a new truck back in December and about two weeks after purchasing, I noticed a decent size scratch on the bed/bumper passenger side. I was pretty bummed to say the least. The Blue Line team was accommodating and easy to work with, quoted me a fair price, and got the job done in timely manner. She looks brand new again and I'm extremely pleased! Jesse, Rob and the crew did a fantastic job on my truck. I needed my drivers door replaced and repainted. The final job looks great and they even cleaned out my interior and it looks like they detailed it as well !!!These guys are great. My family has used them twice now and I can tell you the expert work is only part of the great experience! They went out of their way to make a normally unpleasant situation as good as possible! Had a car crash and Blue Line was in my neighborhood. Had heard from others that they did a great job. Took my car in for a quick look and they were able to get me in within a few days. Got a great rental car that they even had warmed up for me and was ready to go! The work done on my car was perfect and complete when they said it would be done. They even did some extra things on my car as a courtesy..no charge! Would recommend them to anyone! Rob was great to work with. Kept me updated on a regular basis. Top quality shop!

The work and attention to detail was perfect and my truck was returned to me just as I remembered it before my accident. That alone should be worth a 5 star rating. What made me really want to spend the time and give a review is the customer service. In todays business world this is the part that separates good from great. Blue Line was AMAZING to work with! My estimate was painless, they worked with my schedule to get it in, provided in-house glass service and had it done earlier than promised. My car also had something sticky on the driver's side exterior that I hadn't been able to remove, but it's gone now. I'd recommend this company a million times over! These guys are awesome. Super friendly people, fast service, quality work and they even clean your car! My 2015 Volkswagen CC R-Line was looking brand new with the new bumper after it was damaged! The guy with AirPods took the time to call Hertz for me and sped up the process of getting a rental. Rob was super cool and friendly and explained things throughly and helped me along the way. I recently brought my vehicle in for collision repair and I can t express how great they were to me. Jesse went above and beyond when he didn t have to when I had issues with a rental car and made sure I was happy. They also did an amazing job with my vehicle and it was completed exactly when he said it would be done. They are outstanding with the quality of work and customer service. I will always go to them now if I ever need to and I will refer them to everyone.
