Love auto zone!! They are very patient with any questions that I have. I went in for a check engine light, and showed me how to use their reader. They reviewed the engine code with me and offered advice. Very happy with my experience!!

I've been going to this location since it opened, and I have to say, I've never had a bad experience that I can remember. The employees are always helpful, and if there's a mistake made, they make it right.Today Julie went above and beyond, as usual. She knows her stuff and is always super helpful, kind, relatable and friendly! She doesn't make you feel dumb for not knowing a lot about vehicles, instead she provides a learning experience and offers great tips! I went in today for advice on headlights and she gave me a wealth of tips, information and was kind enough to put my headlights in on this chilly MN day. That kind of customer service is very rare these days, and much appreciated! I love the small town auto parts shop customer service Julie provides. She gives honest opinions and won't tell you to get a part she wouldn't use in her own vehicle, I love that! I could go on and on singing praises, but I'm sure that would be boring, so I'll end with this... give the Anoka Auto Zone a chance, they're fantastic! I'll continue supporting this location.

As a woman, often times I feel uncomfortable going into a store like AutoZone because I have had bad experiences in the past. I always have a strong idea of what I m looking for and usually just need help finding it s location on the shelves. I ve been coming into this particular location a lot more lately because I went on a big trip and wanted preventative maintenance supplies and when I came back I wanted to detail my car myself. The staff here seems to start remembering me and asking me how my trip was or what I m working on now I appreciate it and they deserve a good review. Will definitely come by for my other automotive needs but hopefully not too often and nothing beyond regular maintenance and cleaning, haha.

Jen P was amazing in helping me find new wiper blades and which ones she recommended, as I had no clue! She even installed them for me and disposed of my old ones. Wonderful lady!

One and a half year old battery leaks acid all over my car and they do nothing about it, for what a battery costs nowadays they shouldn't leak

Visited this location on Wednesday, 1/4/23 at approximately 1:45pm. I say this because I can't remember the names of the awesome folks who helped me out (hopefully the higher ups can check the schedule and give them some props!). Talk about solid customer service, wow. This is embarrassing but I've never had to replace my wiper blades and didn't know which ones to choose so I turned to them for advice. They recommended a good set. Also, this place was hopping! A lot of customers. The two associates up front were handling the crowd beautifully. I'm pumped to have this resource in my neck of the woods!

I came in the other day to request a code reader the young man that worked at the counter declined and said "we don't serve filthy customers" what? He changed his mind and gave me the code reader after getting it back I received my code and requested a paper print out. The young man started making drug references and asked me if I needed paper and then said weed.I kindly asked for the code sheet and left. I'm never coming back here. Disgusting person.

great help so late in evening (830 pm) headlight went out in one of our cars. last thing i wanted to do in the cold minnesota weather. the staff was great, very helpful. made it a pleasant experience and on my way in minutes. so glad for the quick help.

Was in yesterday afternoon with a headlamp for my Land Rover. I didn't have the star wrench tool to remove a bulb. The guys up front took care of it and replaced the bulb in no time. Very friendly, easy to talk to, solid customer service. Much appreciated.

Krista and Chris B at AutoZone Anoka went out of there way to ensure that I was handled promptly and with utmost care. Krista your help over the phone ensuring that the parts I was ordering were there when I arrived was outstanding and a huge relief and Chris B your outstanding service helping me get my battery replaced and hooked up was top notch. Two the both of you, I appreciate you and thank you for your over the top service. To the owner, use these folks as examples for your other staff, enough said :)

The service was ok, the manager was really snippy to the crew there. Not a great selection for what I was looking for but I got what I needed. Also felt like if I asked for additional help with my vehicle needs I'd be serviced begrudgingly by the way the worker's attitude was and there were several employees on the floor with the same kind of vibe

Always very helpful and help solve a problem and not just sell you something. They are knowledgeable and actually care about the customer. Have had multiple staff give advice on issues which has saved a lot of money by not having to do major repairs.Thank you!!!

The use of their parking lot was great. My boyfriend parked his car there as we went to a friend's house in my car. It was still there when we came back. To me being a resident of Northeast Minneapolis that was worth five stars.

One of the last auto parts stores around that will hand you a tool to borrow while you fix a small problem. But when I bought a new battery, they offered to install it for me at no extra cost.

Julie T. you are the best!!!! You listened to me explain the problems I ve had with going through headlights. You offered a solution and explained (in a very nice, nonjudgmental manner) how I can get them to last longer. You also installed them for me so I wouldn t have to drive home with my brights on. I can t thank you enough!!!

I went in there, got my core deposit or whatever for my old battery because I just bought a new one the other day.... Spending the price point that I did I got $20 in rewards for spending over$120. I needed blue European coolant so I picked up a jug of that at $19.99 (which by the way Advance Auto Parts sells for $17.99 if you want to credit me the $2 for a price match..... ) But anyways....I was impressed with how easy it was to get the refund of the battery because they can look up all of their customers receipts! I was also impressed how smooth the transaction was actually using my rewards money.Good job guys!But an extra great job to the WOMAN who was working that knew the answers to all the questions and knows her s**t!Must give props where they are due..

Anoka auto zone had Multiple employees in the store, multiple customers in line. Only one employee waiting on customers, and he was rude, where is the customer service we deserve.

The staff went above expectations helping me out with a dead car battery today. I went in expecting to spend a bunch of money for a new battery. Instead they pointed out that the battery was still under warranty (with a different retailer), and I could probably exchange it there.I will be coming back next time I need something for my car and I'll be confident that they won't sell me something I don't need.

Stood in line for over 10 min while the sales associate put a battery in a key fab for a customer. Yes this is very nice customer service(if she were the ONLY customer) cause there was ONLY one associate and several people behind me in line.

I called AutoZone this evening checking on a bulb for my vehicle. I believe the gentleman s name was Andrew and he was very helpful. When I hung up I said I d be there in a few minutes. I pulled in and he was waiting outside, knew exactly who I wasn t what I was looking for, asked me to pop the hood which I did. He then removed the bulb that was out matched it to one in the store I paid and he came back out with me and put the ball back in my car! Great service! Thank you so much Andrew!!!! You Rocked it!

I needed help testing my battery and Julie (Auto Zone employee) was awesome. She tested my battery & alternator and replaced my truck battery. In the cold weather. She was super helpful and much appreciated : )

They get busy from time to time but it is because they make sure you get everything you need without wondering around the aisles. Parts not in stock get to the store fast quickly. Not to mention the AutoZone card is always a nice surprise. Seems like the $20 off comes at the opportune times. I don't normally leave reviews unless they are negative and I want to protect other people. Wish I could give more positive reviews but very few deserve it. Keep up the good work. See you soon.
