Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.

This was my first time using Andy's Auto Repairs I spoke with Jody who was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. The price was the best compared to all other shops I called and. I was able go get everything done in half a day and Jody called prior to any work being completed explaining everything step by step. I wish I had known about this shop years ago because I would have brought all my vehicles here. I intend to going forward and recommending anyone needing repairs to their vehicles. We tried out Andy's on recommendation from a friend and now they're our go-to first stop for car troubles. They're honest, personable, and affordable - some places it feels like they sneak in extra charges but not here. I love the honest and genuine feel of the service. Would recommend!

I've been going to Andy's for years and will never stop! No one can beat the professional, friendly, and expert staff who will help you make the best decisions for your vehicle (including my 19-year-old Honda with almost 300,000 miles). They tightened my motor mount today. I was expecting a charge because it still took their time & effort but they said I was good to go. This was my 2nd time here and both times they have been fast, kind, & friendly! This is my go to place from now on! :)

For years I had wanted to try out Andy's Service. Not sure why I waited so long. After getting an oil change at another shop, and them estimating $562 for front brakes, now was the time to make the switch. Andy's saved me close to $200 for the same service. Kara is delightful at the front desk and service was completed in a few hours. I also feel good about supporting an Anoka small business and moving away from a large chain. As the Terminator said, "I'll be back."

I have been having a engine light on in my truck for the past few weeks. I stopped in to ask if they could read the code as my reader wouldn't tell me much. The guy hooked up and reset it at no charge and said that he thought what he did would fix the issue. If not bring it back. Very friendly people. Will definitely be going back. Great customer service guys. Keep up the good work.

Always provide reasonable, honest auto repair. One of the few places I've ever taken my car where a repair isn't recommended unless it's deemed necessary. I Highly recommend this place! Free oil change for a customer referral makes it even better! Even let me know my failing rear shocks would be covered under the warranty and even discovered issues with the struts which were also under warranty! About 1500 dollars of work for under 100 bucks! Andy's rocks!! Great referral bonus too.

I have been Using Andy's Service for a number of years. I will not go anywhere else now. They are honest, reliable , tell you what is important to get fixed and those things that could wait. Prices are super. Front desk ladies know their stuff - are friendly and accomodating. My truck has over 235000 miles and it keeps on ticking due to the mechanics at Andy's. I highly highly recommend Andy's - see for yourself!!!!!!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Their mascot is A 50 year old parrot that talks and laughs. Possibly bites if ya get too close, but Chester has never bitten me! Love him.Great people. Excellent service.Super fast and friendly.

This shop is great! My 2013 Dodge Caravan has had security lock out issues. Leaving me stranded and towing her home. brought her to asee why. The codes didn't help them at all. They looked her over and other than resetting the lockout couldn't find anything wrong.Why am so happy with them? Instead of charging an arm and a leg to say they fixed it, they were super honest about it, even suggesting we go to another shop they recommended to try to diagnose more. They got a code about the transmission and couldn't reproduce the error, so how about a transmission expert. We had the car there twice with the same issue. Second time refused payment, saying we couldn't help so no charge! This is a wonderfully honest shop!! Thanks for being great people!!! Thanks again and if any of our cars need engine work we'll be back and will definitely recommend you to our friends!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

If you want a genuinely honest auto shop, look no further! We have been taking our vehicles here for several years and they have always been upfront and fair. There have even been times where we thought the repair issue was one thing (expensive) but it was something else (less expensive) and they fixed what was wrong and nothing else. Fair price and quality parts. I have taken several vehicles there from oil changes to ball joints and tie rod ends. I appreciate the detail they put into the oil change inspection, and options and price quotes that they have provided to keep my fleet of +150k mile vehicles on the road. Called Andy s regarding leaking transmission lines that the dealer told me were $800 to replace. Andy s did it for about half of that! Also replaced all struts and shocks with high quality (Rough Country) parts for less than the dealer charges for just OEM struts up front. Turned the job around in one day and came in on day off when not open so I could pick up. Great service, quality work and great pricing. I had the best experience with Andy s Service, I was in a bind when my trucks thermostat failed on my commute. Checked my go to service business and sad to say but they ve closed so I started calling around to get an estimate over the phone one of the worst things to do but none the less they reassured me I was in the right hands and took very good care of me and my vehicle I am beyond pleased with the service and customer service! The people who work here are outstanding. They are real, and they care about you. They have treated me like family. They took great care to make sure every car I brought in was safe and let me know what needed attention. My vehicles always got exactly what they needed repaired, and not what they didnt need repaired. Very affordable for their high quality of repairs. This has got to be one of the best service shops I have been to in a long time. I came in with no appointment at 8am with a seized lug nut on my driver's side front tire. An issue caused by another company (shop), but they got me in right away, and worked, and worked. After about 2 hours of hard back breaking drilling and they were able to get it out, and get a new lug nut, and stud installed. And after all that the price was very affordable.With how well they treated me, and how hard they worked for me I will gladly return for future services, and in fact while I was there I booked an appointment for my other vehicle, and left with nothing but smiles.Thank you for treating me with respect, and answering all my questions.Service: Tires

I had a vibration problem that was getting increasingly worse with my car. I had gone to another mechanic first, a good mechanic that I've used many times, who replaced all 3 motor mounts. The vibration problem was still there. I went to the same mechanic again, who replaced one of the three motor mounts again, to no avail. The vibration was still there. At that point I decided to go to Andy's Service and have them try and solve the problem. They told me that with my type of car, the motor mounts from the manufacturer needed to be used, not aftermarket motor mounts. They narrowed the problem down to one motor mount, replaced it with the motor mount from the manufacturer, and the vibration was gone. I was super happy and very impressed with their diagnostic skills. Great job Andy's Service! I have had work done there many times, and they've always done great work for me. I consider them highly skilled and qualified mechanics, and Jody and Kara are awesome!

I've been going to Andy's for over 15 years. They have always given me honest assessments of my vehicle and repaired it for a fair cost. I never have to go back for re-work or worry if it is being done right. That is the reason I travel across the city still to have my cars worked on there. Finally a shop that we can trust!!! I would highly recommend Andy's to my family and friends. They are honest and they care about there customers. I had a dealership replace my engine. Andy's pointed out that the dealership damaged a seal and was even nice enough to show me exactly where it was so I could take it back to the dealership. Of course, the dealership gave me the run around..
