I recently purchased a vehicle fromJordan and my experience was top notch beginning to end! His follow through, honesty. patience, guidance and ability to find exactly what I was looking for was quick, and unmatched by any other. For sure the place to be when hunting for your ride! Entire staff is family friendly and a breath of fresh air!

I recently purchased a 2022 F150 from Jerome at Lundeen. He was fantastic to deal with and the entire process went very smoothly. I brought the truck in for an oil change a few days later (on them) and they informed me that the rear brakes were pretty worn out. They got them replaced for me with little hassle. I would recommend doing business with Lundeen.

Great customer service and unlike many of the typical car dealerships, there was no pressure in the entire buying process. My deal was done over the phone and email and the vehicle I bought was brought to St Cloud for me to test drive. If you are buying a new Ford you need to give these guys a shot.

I purchased a new 2023 Explorer from Lundeen Brothers Ford in March. Between the sales manager and finance staff, they made the process as quick and easy as possible. While I had chosen Lundeen Brothers due to the fact they had the particular vehicle I was looking for, I would highly recommend them in the future. 10/10

Tried 2 other dealerships to build a truck, neither wanted the order. Called Lundeen, spoke to Jerome and did it all over the phone. Order went in when the order banks opened in July, delivered ahead of schedule in December. Went in this last weekend to pick it up and everything went smooth. This is how car buying should be. No pressure and up front honesty. Thank you Jerome and crew. I highly recommend.

Front right axle seal is starting to drip, neither lifetime power train nor $4200 extended warranty was to cover this. What are these warranties good for when they were sold as being inclusive?

They were very friendly & helpful. Even tho we know it was getting close to closing time on a Friday, they didn't kick us out. We were able to drive the car home that night. Seemed honest & helpful. Would highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

If you re looking for a more personal, small town, car shopping experience, I would highly recommend Lundeen Brothers Ford. Not only was the shopping experience really pleasant, but they were also the most competitive on pricing of all the dealers I looked at.

From the start- end, something seemed to be different with Lundeen brothers. I have been to so many dealerships during my search for a vehicle that meets my family needs and sometimes, I almost made some decisions that weren t meeting my long term needs but, the team at Lundeen has been a guidance for me.Kevin (sales) at Lundeen went above and beyond to meet my needs despite my unique circumstances. He was honest, transparent, patient, trusted and professional. After finding the vehicle I was looking for, David B. ( finance) took the time to explain all the contract paper work step by step without pressure and offered me a chance to review and ask questions of what I was signing.I left their door happy, welcomed and grateful. With inventory low I wasn't expecting to find the truck I wanted. Kevin helped me test drive one on the lot and it was perfect. They gave me a good deal on trade in and was in my new truck by the end of the day. I'm pleased with the quality of service and proud to shop local!

Service is always good, but I do not appreciate the religious music on the radio. There was never such music on with Vince s team. This will push me away from Lundeen.

From search to purchase, my experience with Lundeen Ford was excellent. Their website provided all the information I needed to narrow down my choice of a 2018 Ford F150. I emailed the dealership at night and received a nice email back from Kevin the next morning to let me know it's available. I traveled out for a test drive and was warmly welcomed by Kevin and other staff members. It's a relaxing atmosphere there. The truck was washed beforehand, and Kevin highlighted the key features before my test drive. I was satisfied with their pricing for the truck and their offer for the car I traded in. There was no pressure at all. The purchase and title paperwork process with Steve was efficient and straightforward. Before I left with the truck, Kevin walked me through a few more features, which was helpful because the truck has a lot more technology than the last vehicle (different make) that I purchased in 2010 at a Twin Cities dealership. He let me know to reach out anytime with questions, and he followed up a few days after the purchase. It was the first time in my history of purchasing vehicles that I felt cared for as a customer. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at Lundeen Ford and will most certainly consider them for future purchases. Thank you.

Very happy with our transaction to purchase a new super duty Ford truck. This is the second new vehicle I have bought here over the years, and they were awesome through the whole process. We also use them for our service and they always do a great job there too.

We went to look at a Ford F-150 at Linden Brothers, Inc. We were blown away with the salesman Evan! He made the experience just spectacular! We made the purchase and were on our way in just a couple of hours. It was by far one of the best car buying purchases of our life. Go see them and see what a small town dealership can do for you!!!

I have been getting vehicles serviced since 2006 at Lundeen. They are very accommodating and always take good care of me.
