While Andy and one of his team members; had been observed by a field agent. They showed perfessionalism and a great sense of character. The right kind of blend in customer service and relations. Inspiring the customer to laugh a little, even treating the customer with a R.O ajustment; putting a bigger smile on the well cared for customer. (During observation no unsatisfied customer walked thru Service desk door) Technicians all sported Andy's Pro Tire & Auto Uni's for great brick and mortar representation.

They are honest and efficient! Our vehicle was estimated to have some costly work needed, but when they actually began, they found minor issues. Other places wouldn't have admitted that and charged us thousands more for unneeded repairs!

Called ahead and with ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC service throughout the process I was extremely happy choosing Andy's Pro Tire & Auto with my car needs....I definitely recommend this business!

Had five tires put on rims today. The price is $25 a tire and $6 tire disposal fee. The price is the same for tires off or on the auto. So I would make a appointment to have it completed on the auto. They will do all the hard work. So why take them off. There schedule seems to be always two to four days out.

Great service and even bowered me a tire till tomorrow morning what business does that theses days? Theses men know what they are doing and there customer service is EXCELLENT, GREAT, AWESOME!!I'm from St Joseph, but my Dad lives in Annandale. I will drive there even if he doesn't live there anymore just for the Customer Service!! I highly recommend this place.Take a drive if you are in need of tires, alignment and other issues with your vehicle!!

Super friendly and helpful. Would bring my car here. We had a blowout on our trailer and rolled it up and they took care of us for a good price pretty quickly. They aired up all of our trailer tires to spec for free. Nice people.

Chris and Mark were SUPER helpful and went WAY beyond what most would do. We had a "ping" coming from our engine, they came outside and tried a few things and SOLVED our problem. We are VERY impressed and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their repair and Service. Thank You Chris and Mark!!!

I have multiple vehicles that Andy's provides service for and they do a wonderful job. From oil changes, brake pad replacement, tire replacement, tire repair, even full engine replacement Andy's has done it all for me at a very affordable price. They have also done emergency work on my service vehicle which allowed me to continue to operate my business. They have a flatbed and a tow truck which they have also used to get my vehicles and made it very affordable. Annandale, Maple Lake, Buffalo, South Haven and Kimball Annandale serves your Community well and is small business

Will not work with used tires. They will only work with brand new sets of tires. After specifically telling me over the phone that they work with used tires.

This week I heard we lost Andy. To me, what a great friend. From the beginning in Buffalo the first time I met him. He treated me as a friend as I was trying to figure out the cheapest way I could fix my car with some help.Then I moved to Annandale and I maybe one of those customers that would never leave you lone, but Andy always had time for me. Talking in his office as friends too a couple of weeks ago standing in the back teaching me about the inside of a transmission.I love you Andy and you will be surly missed

Saved my life, got to the lake and trailer wheel bearing decided to leave my trailer, called all marine shops in the area and they were booked but Andy's shop was able to squeeze me in and let me fish while they worked on it. I didnt care much on the price because I drove 1 hour to go fish so I rather go back home safe. Thanks alot for the great service and replacing both wheel bearing. While I didnt worry no more, your shop made my day fishing.

$20 bucks to plug a tire, I brought in just the tire btw, that's my experience. Can't tell whether or not this is high or low price; you make you own opinion. Service was fast tho.

I ve heard service isn t great, but my issue came when I asked for a simple muffler delete on my truck and the quoted over 100$ more than another shop in St.Cloud. So essentially very unfair with prices, also customer service was not good.

So helpful and reasonable rates. They are so honest about fixing only what is wrong instead of trying to upsell you. Love this place for car/truck care.
