Scheduled some routine maintenance items, they did the requested work, then provided me with an inspection report, no attempts at upselling or telling me certain items needed to be done immediately. Refreshing change, keep up the good work!

Super amazing customer service! The employee on the phone was so helpful and got me scheduled for a same day service. When I got there I was in and out in less than 45 min. Highly recommend!

Wesley is so kind & helpful!My car wouldn t start & I had to have it towed to their shop last minute. Wesley worked with me & was able to get my car looked at fairly quickly.He was very easy to communicate with.I left with a very comparable bill, especially compared to what other shops may have charged me for this exact situation.Very thankful & would definitely go again!

I have taken my truck here a few times for oil changes. It's affordable, clean, and Joe always seems really nice and customer service oriented, that's important to me because my truck is my baby. Thanks boys!

After 3 tries and all the great reviews I really wanted a great experience. 3 strikes. Bad communication, false advertising, and shoddy work. Misrepresented my tire warranty after I came back with a problem. They used gasket seal instead of the actual gasket on my transmission pan of all things (had to fix that myself).I brought 2 vehicles here and messed up both. The only saving grace is that nice people work there. I will not return and based on my experience I would not recommend them.

Another great experience at Complete Auto. The guys here are AWESOME! They always get me in quickly no matter how little or big the job is for my car. Fast turnaround and great service. 10/10!

Our Battery light and Electric Power steering went out Sunday night and by morning the car wouldn't even start. With some knowledge we suspected it was the alternator. Called around and Complete Auto had the best quote and were able to take us that day. We got a tow and had our car back by 4:30pm that same day and so far so good!! The guys here got my car fixed very quick. My car was broken in to on passenger the side window. They replaced the window and the seal that was broken. They serviced my truck and put a new engine in, very responsive and took time to get me the best price and more bang for my buck than my other options. They also have courtesy car to loan you while repair is taking place - Chris was awesome in helping me figure out the best course of action and explaining the differences in each option, and very responsive to my questions- Joe is wonderful - you can feel that he is genuine and personable - and they have a 3 year warranty- brought my truck back today after their was a couple codes relating to the new manifold and can t wait to get it back and driving again- I like these guys and one of the best decisions I have made was to bring them my business - thank you again

Great service! Extremely knowledgeable and honest with no high pressure up-selling of services you don't need. Whether good news or bad news they will tell you what you they found in simple terms if you know nothing about vehicle maintenance or in detail based on your knowledge and experience level, discuss the repair options and costs, and the potential risks or outcomes if you decide not to repair with no judgement, which is what I admire the most about them irregardless of which location I go to and why I trust them with all my vehicle maintenence needs and do not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

I have recently been left to care for whatever comes my way since my husband of 52 years passed to his heavenly home.On a very cold day in January, coming from a doctor s appointment, my light for low tire came on. I didn t know if I dared to continue to drive on or pull in some place to ask for advice.I literally asked God to bring me to a place that I could trust and care for my slight panic of my first auto problem. I passed several places that could have helped, but I was compelled to pass by. Turning on Bunker Lake Blvd, I saw the sign, and on the garage doors it said family owned . I turned in, and in the front office gave my frightened, teary-eyed, non-understanding of my situation. Can I continue to travel home?The manage/owner(I assumed) said not to worry. Pull to the second door and I ll have someone come and check your tire out.Not only did he interrupt his current job to check my tire, but he checked all four tires. All four were low. All four were brought up to the correct pressure. He explained to me that this can often happen in very cold weather. (Who knew!)I know this is a long comment, however, I think it s important for people to know what a caring place this is. Scared to finding myself in a situation that my husband would have taken care of, this company took and cared for me, no questions asked, and I won t hesitate to give them my business whenever I may need.I asked to pay for the help, and he said, no problem, and air is free. I have used Complete Auto Service in Andover regularly for 5 years since moving to Andover.Most recently we had my wife s car in for a brake inspection. We brought the car in an hour before the scheduled drop off time. They called me back and said they had the inspection done within an hour.Turns out the brakes were fine this time. The woman at the front desk who called was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She even recommended some tires since those were worn. I will continue bringing my cars to Complete Auto because the service is great and fair. Thanks!

Great service. I planned on doing work on my own A/C system. These guys had no issue evacuating the freon from my vehicle and recharging the system on a different day. I didn't feel judged for doing the work myself rather than having them do it. The guys here are awesome and do their best to fit you in right away. I'll definitely be coming back for more work.

A good shop. The guys are fast and efficient and get the job done. They will be open and up front on the requirements needed. Allow you to make the decision if repair has multiple steps, and even send a picture to another person (if you ask) to have a second opinion. The parts installed are quality parts, the work is thorough and done right. Nick calls you if things change... Really great to work with and I HIGHLY recommend them...

I have a service station for life!!! My transmission had failed and Nick gave me a bid along with a loaner car. Later that day he called me with information that he had contacted the Nissan dealer where I had bought my car and researched all the angles for me to submit a claim to Nissan Corporate. I was granted 80% coverage from Nissan saving me thousands of $$$$. I would have never thought that this was even possible. They went above and beyond with integrity and honesty and I am SOLD for ever and will tell all my friends and family!!!!

Had a check engine light on and brought vehicle in. Price to check code and diagnose was a little higher than I expected, but not extremely unreasonable and based on other's reviews, felt comfortable getting an honest answer. After waiting for about an hour for them to check out my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by the answer given. Code was for a condition that was not currently happening. Despite their best efforts, they could not replicate error conditions. Nothing to fix or replace at this time. Keep an eye on it and bring back if it returns. Given the reputation of the auto repair industry, it was refreshing for them to not make up something that had to be replaced and charge me an exorbitant amount for it. Based solely on this one experience, I would trust these guys to give an honest answer.

We had our vehicle towed to your location on the weekend. Mitchell called us Monday morning and told us the engine was shot. He didn t try to scam us into replacing the timing belt to see what would happen. He said in his experience with this engine, that when the timing belt breaks on this engine, we would be taking a gamble that the engine would more than likely need replacement, . We appreciate his honesty and integrity. We highly recommend this business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We thought my son's brakes were needing to be replaced and we brought the vehicle into Complete Auto. They looked at the brakes and said they were just fine and to come back in a year. They cleaned up the pads and the Invoice Amount was $0.00 How often does that happen? Not too often in my world! Thank you Complete Auto of Andover!

Owner Bruce kindly and quickly served my emergency need for radiator service. As a business owner myself and serve hundreds of people, I had to keep rolling ASAP with confidence that I would not have a van breakdown. Recently went in for an oil change, not long after I started smelling something strong in my car which I thought was an exhaust leak, turns out they forgot to put my oil cap back on. When I brought my car to a different repair shop I was told if I would've waited another week my engine would've blown. How can something so simple be missed when they do oil changes so often? Seems like they don't care. I would never recommend them to anyone.
