We were referred to Blatz Automotive after the engine went out on our vehicle. Jason did a great job explaining everything and walking us through the process. We're long time customers and have always had great experiences! Fair pricing and they take the time to listen to you and explain things well. They are honest too if the fix/repair is necessary right away, or if it can wait. Highly recommend

Was able to get my car towed here. My computer in my Kia died and they were able to find a replacement for half the price of a brand new one. Works AMAZING. Great service. Definitely recommend.

This review is probably long over due. Our family has been bringing our vehicles to Blatz for over 12 years. I find them to be honest and knowledgeable. I can not tell you how often I have had my auto at another garage for an oil change ( I like the convenience of the oil change place since they are opened on weekends and that is the only reason I don't go to Blatz when I need an oil change) and the oil change place gives me a list of "repairs" and immediately on Monday morning I call Blatz to get my car into them. Jason and his team are up front when a repair is not needed and will suggest less expensive options/alternatives. Our family does not bring our autos to anyone else. We trust Blatz and we do not feel like we are being charged outrageous prices or charged for items that really don't need to be fixed. I am so grateful for Jason and his team. I really could go on and on about Blatz after 12 years of taking our cars to them we have always received the same great service. I highly recommend them.

My grandmother took her vehicle here twice based on family recommendation. The first time she took it there it was running fine it just needed a routine oil change and when she drove it home her car quit running. They told her the vehicle needed a whole new engine. After the repairs were done on her vehicle she took it back there to give them another chance and they told her that they needed to charge up battery cause it would not start for them and when they were done told her she needed a new battery before winter. She drove it home and was going leave to do something and once again her car would not start.I would not recommend this place to anyone. They saw that my grandma needed a new battery they should have asked if she wanted it replaced right then and she would have done it. She has never had to take care of the car problems herself but now she does now that my grandpa has passed away and this whole situation has left her feeling very frustrated and upset. This is awful customer service, They just are just taking advantage of older vulnerable adults.Service: Oil change

Been going here for years. Won't take my cars anywhere else. I trust them to do their best and not suggest unnecessary work (relative to the value of the car). Nothing a hate more than a list of $2,500 in suggested repairs for a vehicle that I'd be lucky to sell for $5,000. They let you know which issues are safety concerns, which will do more damage if left untreated, and which are nuisances that can be addressed when it's convenient for the customer.

Highly recommend Jason to everyone I know. I absolutely refuse to take my car anywhere else. He's straight forward and is the hardest worker at trying to find the best solution at a low cost. Also the nicest person!

Jason and crew are awesome! They had Hwy 10 towing pick up my vehicle and also my son s vehicle before and the towing is simply added to the final bill which is a big help! They replaced my alternator in no time and my son s computer system to get it running again! I crashed my GMC this past winter and they even did the body work! It looks good as new! I needed a loaner car and they provided me with that too! I am so grateful for them helping me deal with my insurance company which was like pulling teeth but they got the job done! Great place to go for all your auto needs!Stephanie D

Saved 400$ driving to ham lake. Great prices, honest owner. Quick work. Had a resenator replaced last week and the car sounds amazing now. Midas told me they needed to replace the whole exhaust and that it would be 500-600$. Dropped my car off and picked it up next day.Only thing to know ahead of time is that they won't call you and check in, it is your duty to call and check on progress.

Blatz gave me a quote, much lower than the Ford dealer. Got my vehicle in within the week. Work completed same day. Very good communication and quality, affordable labor. Highly recommended.

Brought in my Tundra for a muffler. I showed up right when they opened and was originally going to put on glass packs. I was talked out of those and they installed a performance muffler instead since I didn't want a really loud truck. End result.. very happy!! Truck sounds great and the appointment took only 45 mins. They were also better priced than the other local shops.

Jason always takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done. Never tries to talk you into more work than necessary. I've been very pleased every time I've had work done at Blatz.

Trustworthy staff and quality service. More willing to make special accommodations than any other shop I've been to. They always check with me when they come across unknown issues and don't push me to fix things that don't need to be fixed right away.

I LOVE Blatz. There are dozens of mechanics closer to my house, but I drive out of my way to bring my car to Blatz every time. Jason, the gentleman behind the counter is always helpful and cheerful. The mechanics are always honest and I never feel overcharged.Blatz has worked with me when I was super poor and my instructions were "what is the least to you can do to make it work again" They do. Even when they could have easily upsold me they have never tried. Blatz can be trusted, and to me that is worth the extra miles I drive to bring my car there.

The owner was very nice and didn't fix what didn't need fixing on my exhaust. Though my exhaust still sounds like a "reservation car" after having the flex pipe replaced.

They are very honest. Great service. It was all around a great experience. Would recommend Blatz Auto. Got a quote from another auto shop and Blatz saved me $150.00

Have been going to them for 20 years now, Jason and his team are the best. I have gone places that tell me things need to be fixed and every time I go to M&E I am told there's nothing wrong with it. Saves me lots of money and will continue to be a customer as long as I have a car. Thank You

Jason is always very honest and up front, unfortunately that can be rare in the auto repair world, from overpriced partsto overpriced labor and dealer rip offs. Blatz has always saved me alot of time, money and hassle. In fact I refer all my friends and family here, easily best in north metro!
