                      The receptionist is new but she was thorough on ordering the right windshield. The technicians were great, they came out to my house and knew exactly what was was going on to replace my windshield.                       My concern is not with quality of work. The tech did what he could to repair the windshield chip. Unfortunately it couldn't be completely repaired. My issue with WCG is the lack of communication, both before and after repair, as well as poor customer service. I will spare details and everyone knows there are 3 sides to a story.                       You get what you pay for! I brought in my car with a smashed front passenger window. Their price was lower than the competitors, but the quality of work was mediocre. The window seems to be replace correctly. However, they did not get all of the broken glass out of the inside of the door (it rattles whenever you shut the door), and they didn't vacuum any of the glass from underneath the seat. When I asked about it, I was told that the air compressor couldn't get the last of the pieces in the door and that they didn't have a vacuum attachment for the glass underneath the seat.

                      Had a new windshield put in in October and didn't notice the imperfection in the glass on the passenger side till December .I called and the owner said  it had 30 day warranty that expired he said bring it in and he would look at it and check to see if anything could be done - took it in owner was gone the service guy checked it out said he didn't see the imperfection i showed him were it was and he told me he had eight year experience in inspecting glass and nothing was wrong with it. Called my Insurance agent and  safelite will be out tomorrow to replace it

                      Supposedly fixed air conditioning twice. Charged me $250 for two visits, and it still does not work.
