I recently purchased a set of new tires from TireMaxx and the customer service was exceptional! I am beyond impressed with how Lee made sure that the tires I purchased were exactly what I needed to be safe on the winter roads. They provided me with a vehicle to use while my tires were being switched out, which is not the norm. We will continue to be lifelong TireMaxx customers as they continue to provide outstanding customer service!

We had to stop in town unexpectedly when it was clear that our truck wasn't safe to drive. They were able to check it out right away on Monday morning and take care of it. This is a great service center and I'm glad we found them when we needed help.

Without a doubt the best place to go in Alex for Auto Repair. Got me in 2 separate times in crunch time and one of the times I was going to put new tires on my car after a nail punctured my tire. They were honest with me and said I should just repair the hole and keep the tires because I would be throwing away tires with a lot of tread yet. Typical auto shop would change them and charge. I appreciate the honesty and that s why I keep coming back.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I blew a run flat tire near Alexandria Monday. I made call after call to shops in town to get a patch or replacement. Every shop I called was unable to help me until Tuesday morning. When I called Tiremaxx they asked me to drive over and they'd find a way to get me going. I heard them tell customers on the phone they were booked for 3 weeks. I was on the road home just an hour or so later. So thankful. Great people at Tiremaxx.

Incredible customer service and quality. I would recommend Tiremaxx to anyone. Lee is the owner operator and working the front desk. He is hands on and does a fantastic job with his team. They are fast and affordable.

I once lost my car in a flash flood near Lee s business(seriously!). Never met him before and he was so kind, he even gave me a ride home. I ve been a customer for a number of years since. Lee,Tyler and John have been nothing but professional, courteous, and honest. Services are done promptly, expertly, and the pricing is reasonable and fair. Lee and his crew are wonderful. I needed a new set of tires for my minivan. I shopped around getting quotes. The first two quotes from other tire dealers were ridiculous. Tyler got back to me right away with 2 different options, one of which was a tire that was rated as one of the 10 best for minivans online. Their prices are lower than other dealers, their service is excellent, and there are no hidden fees. They upfront about pricing and options. I would highly recommend.

Blew a tire, tie rod, and a shock on the interstate while passing by Alexandria. Limped over to Tiremaxx and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road.Free popcorn and coffee while you wait and excellent customer service. Prices were fair for the work put into my vehicle.

Personally, I think they are the best service location in Alexandria. Lee is very good to work with and gives a heads up if there are problems coming down the road and if they don't need addressed immediately or not.The waiting room is very comfortable. Not only regular comfortable chairs but a bar setting with outlets for using laptops. Free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, and cappuccino are in the waiting room. The very clean, warm, and inviting space.

I have taken my vehicles here for many reasons during the past two years and the staff has always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I always know I'm getting a fair price. This is a place I will trust with any car issues.

Not so trustworthy and higher priced than other places in town. Was quoted price for tire mounting, balancing, and alignment services, made appointment, then upon arrival was told there would be additional charges (+$40). Went elsewhere and received same services WITHOUT the additional fees. Poor customer service for wasting my day off work, for inaccurate quoting, and for not honoring their quoted rate.

As a woman, i am hesitant to deal w mechanics. The staff ar tiremaxx are professional and is truthful. Ive asked for their input and they are honest. They saved me money. They could of taken advantage of me and they didnt. I am going here for all my car needs.

We were in the first hours of a 16hr drive to northern Manitoba to go fishing for a week when a trailer tire blew and we used the spare. We stopped at Trailermax in Alexandria for the new spare. They were just opening up and all the shop people were not there yet but they had the tire we needed and assured us they would get it on the rim as soon as they could. We went into the waiting room and before I was done with a cup of coffee they told me the tire was ready and we could be on our way. Without them knowing we decided to put the new tire on the trailer and return the spare to it s spot. They came out of the shop and offered their jack but we had it covered. We found everyone friendly and helpful and we were very happy with Tiremax, Alexandria.

New to the area,told by long time resident to see the team at Tire Maxx. This is much more than a repair shop as I brought them my 2006 tahoe, abused on my farm, for major transmission,other drive train and ignition repair. They not only did a fantastic job fixing my truck but told me I did not need repairs other shops tried to sell me. Drove off with a like new truck and felt like my old farm buddies did the work. They are a team that cares and very reasonably priced as well. You cannot go wrong with this group. Let them solve your auto problems. Best I have ever seen and I'm old.

Without having an appointment, had my company car tires replaced within an hour after approval. That hour went by fast because of the fantastic waiting area and all the amenities offered.

I recommend Tiremaxx of Alexandria. I had some issues that continued after some service and they brought my vehicle back in and got it done right and treated me very well. Tiremax is my new preferred service center

They repaired my tire haven't had an issue with it since and it's been 4 months. Thanks guys!! Taking away a star because I hated waiting in the lobby. It is very dull.
