I had hail damage repaired at Robs in Alexandria Mn . It was amazing! Fast, friendly staff , my SUV looks amazing ! Not only did they fix my car quickly, but vacuumed and cleaned the inside ! Would recommend to anyone !! GREAT JOB EVERYONE AT ROB S ! Thank you so much !

Levi is so nice! When they fixed my bumper they also cleaned inside and outside of my car going above and beyond. They only had my car for about half a day and presented it to me clean and fixed! Would definitely go back again.

Rob & company do awesome work. They are also professional and happy. I've used them on 3 or 4 jobs now...always the same; high quality work, on time and on budget estimate. Great to work w/ a company like this that values old-fashioned customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

If you want your vehicle to get repaired in a timely manner with someone who communicates well and follows with what they say they are going to do, DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICHLE TO ROBS AUTO BODY!Tim said they were booked out 3-4 weeks. I said I can live with that and set my appointment. The Thursday before my appointment they called and pushed it back another week and I said OK. Then I finally dropped it off for my appointment and after a long story of bad communication, treating the customer bad including yelling at my son, I have picked the truck up eight weeks later with the work not complete and I have brought it to another body shop in town. I own a business myself and cant image anyone running their business like this.

I came here just looking up the phone number and was shocked to see the negative review posted about Rob's. While I will respect the experience of that person I have to say that not only does this body shop have a stellar reputation in the Alexandria area, I have used them a good number of times over the years for large and small repairs and in every case they have given me excellent service and stood behind their work.
