Typical truckstop, but has more room than most lots of space for parking semi s or vehicles easy access for autos with trailers or RVs it s also marked out very nice of where to go. Typical cleanliness for a truckstop, but was not bad.

Keep up good business left us truckers parking during blizzard warning.. PLUS KEEP EXTRA SALT TO HELP get ice on parking lot to help trucks get OUT OF ICE... GOOD JOBS KEEP UP. Second shift Manger awesome work

Hey Pilot what happened to helping truck drivers with their need over the road. Need printing service wich is paid for and only take 2 minutes,but lady at cashier can t help . What kind of so lazy and rude cashiers do you hire. Management please check who is that rude and unprofessional lady so call working was scheduled for today. Verry lazy , unprofessional and not willing to help with needs wich we pay for. NOT FOR FREE

There was more than Apple parking available when I was there today there was one diesel pump that was out but the rest were clean and available. They always have showers available and they have a Subway inside the plaza center the staff that I met has always been awesome every time I'm there!

Prime Parking spots. Horror show. Put on back row. Difficult to get into. If Prime Parking is full. Especially with the free parked. They will not help. Even with a paid reservation. They will just tell you sorry. Find somewhere else to go. If you do get into parking spots . Being a back row. You cannot get out till parking lot is empty. You're pinned in till noon.

I will never stop again here I wait for shower almost 37 minutes because they change their shifts .. and after when I finish my shower 20 mins i go to get subway she said I will close it for 30 minutes.. so that means if you stop here you have to waste your 1 hour and 30 minutes

Wide open and easy to maneuver into and around. Not very many pumps. Very clean, neat and orderly inside. The men's room was particularly above average.

So nice gas station as always. Got plenty of space to pull your R.V or truck in. Has showers , a subway and everything else you need

The bathroom was cleanService was average, butFuel pumps, yes, they are very slow it takes11 seconds every 1 gallon of diesel of your time

Almost waiting for an hour To get shower. While they are changing their shifts 3 showers are empty. Nobody was there to Clean it

Not a bad pilot to stop at. Usually always some parking spots available until pretty late. Many showers available. So not a long wait. There s a subway and also a truck mechanic shop connected to the building so if you need an oil change or repairs done here, your in luck I guess.

Most men shower rooms are clean. This one was very dirty. Hasnt been cleaned in a while, pay attention.

This is one of the cleanest Pilot's that I have visited. I was greeted the moment that I stepped in the door from the cashier that was ringing up a customer at the time. The bathroom was nice and clean. I stopped at Subway for a sandwich and the original sandwich artist that was working the counter had 3 customers waiting in line. She was making a sandwich for a customer but she was totally engaged in a personal conversation with him about their inconveniences of being put out of their homes. Finally "Summer" stepped out from the back to assist and was able to complete 3 additional orders before the other girl finished her conversation. KUDOS to Summer for saving the day.

Got there at 1pm. Place looked clean enough for a truck stop. The women's bathroom toilet sprays you and anything in the stall when you flush. It's a UTI station more than a toilet. If the goal was to sell me a shower it definitely made me want to shower, but not here. Staff were nice enough.

Got there with my truck at 8:00 pm and all the remaining parking was marked as reserved on the ground. I went inside to pay, the lady at the counter asked me If I parked in the middle or in the back, I said middle, she informed it was free, they have changed the policy and the prime parking was only in the back. I thought it was very nice of her. I have seen other Pilots not so honest.Moreover, the parking was clean, lots of space to maneuver, very friendly employees and clean bathrooms.

Decent place for a Pilot. Kind and friendly people working here. Would not recommend taking a shower here. Shower was clean but had two problems. Water temperature randomly changed to scalding hot and back to normal. Second issue is that the seat is in the shower stall instead of the dressing area. That gets wet while washing with the randomly scalding water leaving no dry place to sit to put socks and shoes on.

Nope!!! Lady has terrible costumer service. About 5pm. Funny acting and weird like she too good for you. Watch me every step I made. And I bought $800 in fuel. I was going to buy more merchandise, but nope,when I caught her watching me I changed my mind. I put everything back!!!! I will never go back. I thought I was at the funeral home. Bad vibes!!!

I am only gone give 3 stars to this pilot location because as I went to the men's toilet no tissue rolls to be found in any stalls one of the paper towel dispenser was broken long line-up on the cashier till one of the diesel pump was broken I miss old FLYING J'S .

Got caught there in the storm yesterday. Though I don't know his name, the gentleman with the beard & ear piercing took an immediate leadership role and started giving direction to shoppers & secured the store. He remained calm and comforting to everyone who was caught there as well. I would like his higher ups to document this behavior & him be recognized for his amazing leadership during an extremely chaotic night.

After getting over $800 worth of diesel, at around 330pm on September 3rd 2022, women at the fuel desk were extremely rude and nasty. While asking for my receipt I was having a hard time speaking because I just got out of the hospital and the woman said it wasn t her problem and then they got rude and started arguing with me, unbelievable! No compassion or people skills whatsoever. Undercover boss with fire them quick lol

I came around 6pmGood over all but seems like showers haven t been cleaned in a very long timeLittle broken pieces of grout are just sitting in the corners in the shower hence me saying long timeThere was also a piece of who knows what on the floorShower number 2But then again not the worst shower I ve seenparking was available at night lots of spots for semisOnly had Budweiser and bud light in the beet sectionThey sell pizza which is a plus.They also have a subway.Seems like a safe spot at night didn t see anyone loitering around

Came here for a shower, and it wasn't even cleaned. Told the person cleaning the showers and they claim it is clean. Look at the pictures of all the limescale building up

I just want to say that their employee Traci is amazing!! Called and asked if they still had pizza up by the counter and they did not. But, she cooked a whole one and let me buy one!!! Very appreciated. Means a lot to me. Very amazing place :))

Nice clean Pilot. Two stars down because of the showers. What bone headed moron designed those? The only bench for towels, clean clothes etc. right in the shower compartment despite the fact there is plenty of room away from the water! If I wanna do laundry I use the laundry room! Otherwise I prefer my clothes and towels dry!
