I went to Ollie's to have them install a cab and heater on a Can-Am Defender. I was ok with having to wait two weeks for an opening (allow time to get all the parts). I dropped the machine off the day of and didn't get it back for 3 weeks. That afternoon I was told they were missing a wiring harness and should get it in a couple days. The next time I called they were missing something else. They knocked $100 off the bill (which was labor for washing the machine I didn't ask for). I took the machine out when I got back and instantly started overheating. I did my own investigating and found they forgot to take a pinch pliers off. after installing the heater. All in all, it took over 5 weeks total to get a cab and heater installed and my own time to finish the project. I'll send my business elsewhere from here on...

This is a 'shout out' to Dan, in Customer Service. I am so thankful for your patience as you explained to me, step-by-step on the 'how to' in operating the Simplicity Lawnmower. Now, I am much more confident that I will not end up in the lake w/ it! I suggest a 'how to' video in operating the riding lawnmowers. You would be an EXCELLENT candidate Dan for such a video. Thanks again.....

I called there store to ask about a thatcher and a bagger for my mower. They never called back. I had been in the store a few times and never have been greeted well or have had a good interaction with sales man. I bought a 14000$ mower from mikes small engine in Willmar. Way better to deal with. They genuinely really act like they want your business.

Found this shop for my ATV after experiencing less than ideal service from a different place. Justin predicted what the problem was before it was even in the shop. They are a 45 minute drive from my cabin, but am glad to have discovered them. These guys know their stuff.

Recently I made a safety equipment purchase at Ollies and I discovered that it wasn t the right fit. When I called to explain the situation, they said no problem, just bring it in and exchange it for what works. I ll be exchanging it for the item they originally recommended!These folks will take care of you every time and they have a great selection. The team at Ollie s have helped me diagnose multiple issues over the phone, saving me time and money. They also carry all of the oil, plugs, filters and everything else you need for maintenance.Shop local and enjoy the service!

I wanted to send this review awhile ago but better late than never. Trent, Jeremiah & Brad have helped me AGAIN with winterizing my jet ski. They go the extra mile to help in both service and sales. I rate Ollies 5/5 stars because of the people! Thanks Brad, Trent and Jeremiah for excellence!

Brought sled in for carb cleaning. Would not even fire when I got it back the 1st time. 2nd time back picked it up still wouldn't cold start in 25 degree weather and only reved to 7k rpm.3rd time back it cold starts now but won't even rev enough to engage clutch. 96 storm 800 w 400 miles on rebuilt motor. They say compression is too low. Very unhappy. It ran perfect last yr when I put it away but some how it has low compression from sitting in storage. Think I'll take my money back please.

The staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to help all their customers...even the ones like me that aren't spending a lot of dough, just troubling them for chasing down some inexpensive little part. Nicest people you'll ever meet...they even tip the pizza delivery guy $5-10 every time he comes! They got where they are by treating people with respect and going the extra mile. The guy with the negative review is the first person I've EVER heard who has ANYTHING negative to say about Ollie's. They are humble hard-working people who possess hearts of pure gold. They're been doing it for over 40 years, too! don't let the haters fool you. Some people would complain if their ice-cream was cold.

Ollie's Service is long established company currently selling AND servicing lawn mowers, ATV, snowmobiles, snowblowers, watercraft. Great service, friendly staff! Always fun to stop in!!!

I'm on my third major breakdown in less then a year on my 4 wheeler. This last breakdown they wouldn't stand behind the apache tracks they talked me into instead of buying the camoplast tracks. 3 out of the 4 Trax fell apart the first 15 miles, less than 48 hours! Brad was saying they were so indestructible, he is full of BS!!! If I ever see them again, I'll tell them where to stick that$ 17,000 I had just spent on that 4 wheeler!!!! Never again!! I will direct everyone away from them.
