Helpful service, but don t expect them to assist in any way with battery installation(s). Even though their website claims will install free of charge in most cases they handed me some tools and told me to come back inside if I have any questions. I was also the only customer in the store at the time I was working on installing the battery myself. I will look elsewhere next time I need parts and service.

In my opinion, this is the best auto parts store in Alexandria. Their knowledgable staff has always helped me quickly find exactly what I need. I especially like their free part installation. (I know little to nothing about cars!)

Cody was very helpful and helped me find an alternative to one item they didn't carry that I was looking for. They would have gotten a 5 star if they carried the item!! Alex store is great!!

Oreilly's has always been just what I expected it to be, and what I expect any store to be. A place where prices aren't always the cheapest, because no store will always have the cheapest prices. And a place full of helpful people who can get you what you need if you aren't gonna be difficult.

Very helpful I was looking for lug nuts for a 2006 F250 and i called and I was being helped by a franklin and he was courteous enough to even send Snapchat images of the lugnuts he was talking about also he was very honest telling me it's not worth buying all 8 for each wheel and that I could get by with just buying 4 for each wheel

Love this place not only do they give you a military discount but they really know their stuff and if they don't know they will find out! great customer service! They care about your time not take it.

I wish I knew the name of the young gentleman at the Alexandria location that took time off his break to help test our alternator. We were on day one of a drive to Alaska with six children. To have vehicle problems on a Saturday evening could have been a mess but their assistance helped us diagnose the issue and had the part needed to get us quickly back on the road.

In-store employees are pretty good but the online customer support failed causing me to be without a vehicle for 3 days while waiting on parts!

Came to grab supplies for truck - not a single employee was masked, no enforcement of customers - in fact customers would REMOVE masks once they entered and saw customers didn t care. Felt unsafe.

Recently went in for a few products. Even with the mandate, none of the staff were wearing masks. Any customers that went in with masks on left without them. Not safe. Not smart.
