What a great place to have your vehicle repaired. They do such a fantastic job! We just had work done on two Vehicles and I was very impressed. All staff are friendly and willing to help with anything you need to have done! I would highly recommend them to all family and friends!!

I'm just absolutely giddy about the job these folks did! Had a huge crack in the windshield (that I'd been ignoring...) and a mishap with the hood. They were so fast, first of all! Dropped off on Monday morning, done by Wednesday afternoon. They made sure to take care of everything - hood looks fantastic and the windshield is impeccable. My car was even given back to me spotless on the outside and so fresh and clean on the inside - unexpected! I feel like I got a new car back. Bob was a thorough and thoughtful help through it all. Wonderful job from the folks at Northside Collision. If you need it done, definitely check them out!

We had a great experience. Car accidents suck!Northside Collision staff were fair, empathetic, & courteous. I can't say that about the individuals who rammed into our car nor my insurance company. I've been with my insurance company for over ten years & no accidents. NC staff are proffesional, upfront, & consistent. Thank you for making a stressful situation more manageable.

Did a great job on my fix . Then they went above and beyond for a minor fix to my husband s truck . We had just gone on a cross country road trip so the inside was a mess and they cleaned out the inside for him ! Definitely was not expected and an extra added touch . All the staff is so friendly . Highly recommend.

The best! I had my 2017 Tacoma worked on after a hit and run in Chicago. Bob was fantastic. Fixing the truck was only one side to the story. We had to navigate around many challenges with the insurance company, parts availability, extra work requested by me... All seamless!! Bob would come to my home and pick me up as needed. The work itself was flawless. And I've had many follow-up calls since to see how things are going. I found NorthSide after my parents had their 2018 Dodge Ram repaired. Seems the deer population is still plentiful here in MN. My parents were recommended by their insurance agency to have the truck taken to the dealership... Well, after weeks of calls not being returned and little interest in the Dodge (at the dealer) my parents contacted NorthSide (Bob). The rest is history. If you call NorthSide, just ask for Bob. Give him your keys and let him do what he does. You'll be pleased you did. Sorry I did not get the name of the guy in the shop that did the work, but hats off. Often durning the process I visited the shop and was allowed to see progress as we had some aftermarket parts installed on my Tacoma. Very accommodating was the entire team with my baby (the truck that is). Thanks guys!!! Keep it up!

5 STARS! I had my Challenger in for a rear quarter repair and buffing. The damage is unnoticeable and the car looks like a mirror after being buffed. They went as far to remove and replace custom trim that was on the car so that they could do the best job at blending the paint and clear coat. And the interior was even cleaner than when I dropped it off!At one point I also inquired about having an additional part of the plastic on the front bumper painted to match the car - and while they could have done it and charged me for it, Bob said after discussing it with his painter they both felt it was best not to paint that section due to the abuse that it sees being so low on the car, it would not hold up well. I think that says a lot!It is refreshing to work with great, honest people who care and do thorough work. Highly recommended.

Very friendly people at northside collision. Contacted Bob Olson at northside needing help fixing a tailgate and a fender, he got it done in a short time period and made sure it was amazing results. My first experience ever with any auto insurance repair and from the start both Bob and Shelly handled everything without any issues. They worked with our insurance and made it very easy for us from the beginning. Always very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond and they left my wife s car the cleanest it s been in years! Absolutely was soooo impressed with their work! They even got my car done early !! Was so happy with the work . They cleaned my whole car also and even went of there way to fix my seat ! Highly recommend for anyone with car issues . I ve gone her twice for accidents and never left disappointed! Bob is absolutely amazing and such a great guy! Talks you through the whole process and answers any questions! Very well organized place with very positive mind sets ! They did not fix car the way it was before minor accident. They don't know how to use a phone, communication is non existent. I was supposed to meet owner to talk about issues, set up a time only to be completely blown off because he needed to get dock in. Again no call. Next time I talked to him he threatened to beat me up. The only good thing about this place is the Labrador Retriever that hangs there.... that's it. Never again.May 13th.,they are taking me to Court. Can't wait to share the truth with the judge If you want terrible service/communication this is your shop....pictures coming soon.The absolute worst place to get your repaired. They literally put a band aid on my car and called it good whole blaming manufacturer..,not once did they take the blame on themselves.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with Northside Collision. These hometown guys know how to treat their customers! I had hail damage to my truck and Bob made sure my truck was fixed and back to good as new again. Sam did exceptional work on the paint...impressive! I appreciate how they took care of all of the details with the rental company for me and Bob kept me updated on the status of my repair work. I would highly recommend Northside Collision for all your repair needs!

Excellent job done by Northside Collision. I had my Yukon brought in for some body/trim work and they did a wonderful job. I would use them again. Bob and Shelly were always communicative and responsive to my questions. I wasn't expecting this, but the interior was spotless when I received my vehicle back! Bob and the whole team at Northside Collision Center were wonderful to work with. I damaged the front left side of my car by hitting a deer. Bob took care of speaking with my insurance company and kept me posted on the progress. They had my car back to me in a very reasonable time frame. My car looks amazing! You can't even tell there was any damage and they cleaned the entire inside as well! I would highly recommend these guys for your next repair!Service: Body & Trim

This fall we took 2 vehicles to Northside for hail damage repair. Bob was awesome to work with for scheduling and insurance coordination. The resulting work on the vehicles was great! Our vehicles were returned to us detailed/cleaned. One of the vehicles needed a new windshield and Northside coordinated with Interstate Auto Glass for the installation of the new windshield while the vehicle was in for repair. It saved us multiple repair dates! This place is the best and I highly recommend them!!

For the second time within a year, my new Acadia took another hit by a deer. Northside did an impressive job fixing my car the first time, so it was with no doubt that I contacted them again to fix my car. Not only did they do a professional job, they also worked with my insurance company in a prompt manner to get my car fixed within days.Bob Olson was great to work with through the process and kept me informed along the way.To everyone at Northside who contributed, job well done, beyond expectations. When the unexpected happens we are never fully prepared for it. Northside Collision was absolutely amazing to work with! From the first call I made to them they were helpful, nice, supportive and walked me through every step of the process! They contacted the tow company on my behalf and worked directly with them to get my vehicle to Northside Collision. After my vehicle was there they worked directly with my insurance company to make the process smooth and easy. The answered every question I had and went above and beyond! The staff at Northside Collision were friendly, educated and hard working! I give them 5+ stars and would recommend them 100% for your expected or unexpected vehicle needs. My vehicle looked absolutely amazing even better then when I bought it. Thank you Northside Collision for taking care of me as a customer! Bob you rock, thank you!

My wife and I took our '14 WRX here to get almost eight years' worth of accumulated door dings, rust spots, and you-name-it removed, along with fairly substantial work needed on the hood, front bumper cover, and roof. In a matter of days, Bob and his staff took this beat-up car and made it look as if we'd just driven it off the lot again, brand new!They go the extra mile with their attention to detail, carefully blending the paint across so that nothing looks mismatched, among numerous other techniques. Bob was amazing to work with, was very patient with all of my questions, and walked me through detailed, itemized estimates and work summaries each step of the way.I can't recommend Bob and his staff enough: if you live in the area and need body work done, I think you'd be remiss to not have that work done here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When it came time to have my brand new Jeep that was involved in a hit-and-run repaired I didn't hesitate to have Northside Collision do the work. I've dealt with Bob through my job and always appreciated dealing with him.Picked my Jeep up today and it looks fantastic! Bob even stayed late to make sure the exterior of my car was in perfect condition.

Brought our pickup to Northside collision after a fender-bender! Bob and hiscolleagues were extremely pleasant. They worked with my insurance company to get the repair process underway. Upon approval, they got us on the schedule to fix the damage. Got our truck in, repaired the damage, and got it back to us when promised! Our truck hasn t looked this good since the day we bought it! It was beautiful! Being my wife s baby , she couldn t have been more pleased! Don t take your vehicle anywhere else! Bob and crew are the best! We d give 10 stars if we could! Great experience with DuWayne and Bob at Northside. Estimate was right in line, and they had our van repaired and out of the shop within 3 days. To top off the service, interior and exterior appear to have been thoroughly cleaned (even the car seats!). Highly recommend their services!
