Greeted with a smile and huge prices 189 for a battery plus tax... lol I won't be back!

Ordered a part ,was told would be there NEXT day .... however when called next day was told my part wasn't there because as she said "the other employee must have lied to me " it was their reason it didn't come in ... store ISN'T the same since Corey and them were there ... sadly I wouldn't recommend this store directly don't get me wrong other NAPA outlets are very good in comparison...

Extremely rude and would not warranty a four month old battery worst place in Alexandra to get parts and the manager is useless and always over priced on parts

'They say they will match paint for you. I have asked three times to make it darker and they keep giving me the same mix.I have shown them pictures. They still do not change anything.I don't plan on ever going to Napa again

Machine shop turned rotors SUPER quick. Service was great in the shop too. Would recommend.

I ve never encountered a problem here. The employees I ve dealt with go above and beyond to try to help even if they don t have the part I m looking for. Prices always seem a bit high on certain things but if they have it and you need it then a couple of dollars is worth it.

Don't prefer here just because of a worker who shoved my wife out of line in fleet farm because they had been in a hurry. Went in 2 days after that to pick up 1200 dollars worth of parts noticed the guy I yelled at working there refuse to do business there any more not like there isn't at least 3 other places to go to.

Great store, love this place. Is there a machining shop attached? Can you add this to the map so people can find it easier?

They've got all your automotive needs covered to keep your vehicle up and rumning.., and what they don't have they'll get for you in a timely fashion..., most cases they will be able to get what you need the very same day without much downtime at all .

There are new stores in town. But NAPA always has my Chevy parts in stock.Prices are good

Always have what I need, or can get it quickly. Plus a machine shop for those jobs where you need something pressed, or such. I'll be back.

There is a machining section of the building that is south of main building. See them for all your machine needs

This probably goes without saying but If you want to go to a parts store with guys that know what they re talking about in Alexandria. Then this Napa is place to go.
