percent THE best and quickest oil change in all of Alexandria, good price, great quality, and good mannered staff! 10/10 This is my ONLY place to change my oil and filters, and I trust no other.

I would give less than a star if I could. We have had nothing but problems the last 3 times with the Russian lady at the counter. Called and spoke with Jeff the manager as well. And himself included is rude disrespectful and should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat their customers. Russian lady had no.right to give us attitude when simply said the last time we came in for an oil change it was 3 times less than what we paid this time. They need to improve their customer skills. Both Russian and Jeff. We will most likely never be back. They no longer ask if u want synthetic or regular oil. They no longer ask if we want to replace the air filter. They just do it. We are very unhappy with our service today. And we will not be back. Only reason I was going there is cuz my cousin works there. But I will no longer be back. Shame on you . The better u treat your customers the more effective your company will be. Very unfriendly environment besides my cousin. And one other employee. Have a nice day.

I get about 20 oil changes a year here, used to love the convenience. But the last time I got an oil change they broke my grab handle off my truck and refused to fix it after my employee got back to the shop and I realized it was broken. Because he already left their property with the truck. I understand things happen but you should work with your regular customers in a small town. Would not recommend.Service: Oil change

Hispanic lady needs to learn how to do her job. Raised her voice at me for not telling her I brought my own oil before even asking if I wanted conventional or synthetic. Techs were nice though

I paid $100 for an oil change here and one of the mechanics came over to me and told me my engine filter needed to be changed. I told them no because the filter they brought out was the wrong shape for my car (The one they brought out was an irregular pentagon and mine is a rectangle). I don't know what kind of business model they are running, but they could at least bring out the correct kind of engine filter it might work better.Service: Oil change

I used to like the convenience of the speedy service but only go here if you want to pay your normal mechanic extra money to fix what Mike s screwed up!!! This Mike s must ve gotten worse since I was last in. The first time I brought my car here it was when I had accidentally put coolant in my oil and needed an immediate change. The job then was done well and I felt confident going back to them for an oil change. That initial incident was over a year ago. A few weeks ago I brought my car through and they couldn t even drive it into the garage without struggle. It s a manual transmission and they forgot to turn off the e-brake and gassed it. I am of the opinion that if you work regularly with cars you should be able to drive both transmissions even if manuals are rarer. After the change, anytime I would turn on my heater I would get an INTENSE burning oil smell in my car, it smelled like an auto shop it was so strong. I brought my car in to my normal mechanic once I had the time to get it in and they drained half of the oil in my car before it was at a proper level. The extra oil was SO EXCESSIVE that it could ve caused damage to my vehicle if not addressed; also causing running issues and even kept my car from proper starting. Extremely disappointed. And they charged 80$ for overfilling my car. Unbelievable.Service: Oil change

They were quick and had great service! It's a little more spendy but they also detail your car a bit. I will definitely be back for my next oil change!

They do a great job and are fast but the lady at the desk with the accent is so horribly rude, frustrated and condescending. Maybe she's just hangry. Still giving them a 5 because everyone else was super nice and professional as usual and I will continue to go there.Great job overall.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Honest but uninformed. They refused to do an oil change because my 8 year old car required an oil standard they were not familiar with. All Castrol oil meets this standard, i have found out. Its too bad, im sure they do a fine job if you have a plain jane vehicle. At least they were honest about not being comfortable and didn't ruin my car with arrogance.

Oil change (synthetic) cost over $100 because they package it with a general inspection, which they lied about doing because I know for a fact they didn t check my tire pressure because I had a recall for seized tire stems from the dealership, and they didn t check any other fluids because I watched them the entire time while sitting in the car. But that isn t even the main issue, because today when I went to the dealership to service my recall, they told me that there was over an extra quart of oil in my car and they would have to charge me for a full oil change just to take out a quart of oil.Service: Oil change

Always supports there name to the fullest. Quickest oil changes & air filter/Liquids diagnostics I've experienced. Pretty costly, but time is definitely always been & always will be Money.. You definitely get what IYou pay for! Great services, Great Employees.

Was happy with how quick the service was, pricing was accurate to what they'd said on the phone, a little over $50. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the vacuum job was barely noticable, if it even was done.

Horrible experience. Never asked what hat kind of oil I wanted . I had called earlier to find out price and told them I was on my way to look out for my car. Upon arriving greeted well then when work was completed was given my total which was double the price. I reminded the cashier I didn't ask for the package they charges me boy she copped and attitude shut door on my face yell across to drop oil and put cheaper one on wow. Even the other customer there said that was wrong. I'll never go there again

I love how quick they are here I've been going to this shop for a couple years now and I love it I'm in I'm out the name says it all and I get my vehicle vacuumed out my tires aired up! it's perfect and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here.

Great service! I was in and out in just a few minutes. They vacuumed out my car and gave a quick wipe down. I was headed out of town for a long road trip and they were fast, courteous and thorough. I would recommend this shop and plan to use them again.

Came Highly recommend from a friend who lives in Alexandria. Needed oil change and made it painless. Staff was great.Instantly greeted and helped with easy check in. Friendly people to chat with and cute older lady had a pup to pet.Vending machine for snacks, good selection of candies and chips.Left 'thank you' note in car for me in console.Overheard employee ask customer if they would like coolant in their empty cooling system for $4, they said yes :)Took maybe 15 fast minutes and I'm rolling and car is happy.Wish Mike's was in the twin cities where I reside. Was a pleasure and would drive the 120 miles just for an oil change!

This place is the best in the business! I went here after driving and hearing a noise under my car, which ended up being a piece dragging. They were so friendly and helpful, not only did they tell me what was wrong but why it happened. Being a woman getting work done on a car can be very intimidating and not always enjoyable. Here they treated me with great customer service and overwhelming kindness. People of Alexandria you are lucky to have such a great businesses like this one. I would rate 10 stars if I could!

Great service, friendly staff, and prices are fair/reasonable. I really like the fact that they don't try to "upsale" you anything. Unless something changes my mind I will always get my oil changes here when I visit family in Alexandria.

Absolutely great experience. You truly drive in and over a pit. Several people work on your vehicle while you sit for a few minutes. My Roadtrek van is high - not an issue here. The best!

Drove 45 miles one way to get oil changed here since everywhere else closes at 5.....Some guy came out and said they wouldn't take another oil change because it has "been a long day". We shared how far we came from and he said idk im sorry man been a very long day. You can come back in the morning. Ummm why would we come back to a place that wouldn't let us wait our turn in line 15 minutes before closing?! Worst service ever and this should be stated on their website to expect this.

Worst oil change. Didn t check the power steering fluid. Told me the transmission can only be check by a dealership. Then said the rear differential couldn t be check because the fill bolt was to tight and the front couldn t be check because there was a heat shield in the way. If you get the standard oil change you get No service but if you upgrade you get all the treatment. Didn t even get my free vacuum job. Just imagine how many customers never check there service sheet and think everything is ok and filled in there vehicle.

Went to warranty an interstate battery for which they are a dealer. Was told I need a receipt from original purchase once I arrived, after asking what was required on phone and never being told that I needed ID and reciept to prove I bought it and when unless purchased from them. Buy from someone that cares about customers instead of bottom line and money.

Ordered the oil change for regular oil, not synthetic. Came back and had put in the synthetic for $30.00 more. Their solution was to put it in their notes so it wouldn't happen "next time". No apology or attempt to make it right. Guess what... Next time wont happen!

On the road and randomly picked Mike's, couldn't have been happier! Seems they really value service. They got me in within the quoted time, complementary popcorn, $1 air freshener and I was out on my way for a reasonable price.

Very fast and friendly service. They are great and affordable and they even tell you if there is something leaking and how severe it is and tell you if it's something of concern. My family has gone here for years and I just brought my truck in for the first time and I will definitely be back again!!
