A dim hope turned to a bright reality.My family and I were on our way home for a funeral and pulled off the road in Alexandria because of the tire pressure dashboard light. While filling up the hissing tire, I called numerous mechanics in the area and finally contacted Juettner Ford. When I spoke to AJ, he said they were overbooked, behind for the day, and closing in 2 hours. Nonetheless, he was willing to make room for us and would do anything possible to help us.When we arrived AJ and the rest of the team promptly diagnosed the puncture and had us on the road in less than an hour. This meant more than they could probably could ever know to me and my family. Though it was an unideal situation, this was a bright spot that made my week.Thank you, Juettner Ford and team!!
