My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Juettner, and had a great experience with them from start to finish! Morgan was amazing with us from the very beginning, and guided us through the car buying process with ease as well as helping us get our old car traded in, and helped us get a payment that worked well with our budget!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome, and going above and beyond our expectations! We will be back!

The front panel of our Terrain was damaged when my son hit a deer -it basically shifted slightly. With the recent snow storm, the panel moved more so I couldn t open door. We were on vacation at the lake and the guys and Juettner got me right in and fixed it within a couple hours. I highly recommend them!

Staff extremely helpful! Very easy to work withCar didn t start after a recent visit to juettner. Issue not related to the service just completed . The service department guys came to my location to assess the issue and when couldn t resolve, called a tow truck for me. Repair to get vehicle running was quick too - Thank You!

This was the best vehicle purchase experience that I have ever went through. Sam and the other staff worked with me on my trade in and tried to get me the best rate on my financing. Everyone was great to work with. Even though it is almost an hour away I will come back to Juettner Ford again.

Staff is very friendly and competent. They explained what was done. Service on my car and a few other issues were resolved quickly and thoroughly. I trust Juettner's to take good care of my vehicles.

Joe was awesome. There was an issue with a salesman and Joe personally took the time to not only get the issue resolved, but went above and beyond to do it in a timely manor. I couldn t be more impressed with how the team took care of me. Thank you!!

I've bought 12 cars and trucks from Juettner since 1995. While I love the Fords they sell, they have not kept up with upgrading and expanding capacity in the service department. Mark -and the boys need invest in their store to keep my business. My last visit, while eventually executed took about four weeks to get in, due to lack of capacity. Prior to that, I stopped in for a standard oil change and was told it would be two weeks. This is not how a modern dealership runs today.If Mark would like to call me I would welcome it. Happy New Year Don Swanson.

Props to AJ. Had my vehicle into a different service center three times, issue never got taken care of. Decided to try out Juettner. AJ and his crew had things fixed in a very short time period. A very frustrating situation ended up being taken care of easily once I went to Juettner.

We dropped my moms car off the Saturday before Christmas with the hope the warranty service could be done after Christmas and we could pick the car up on are way back home. They were able to finish it on Tuesday so we were able to get the car when we drove back home from the twin cities. Thank you Juettner Ford service service department.

One of the best service departments I ve ever dealt with. I was in a jam with a broken down vehicle -had it towed in -they said they would get to it as soon as they could and they did. Again, they exceeded my expectations. Thanks AJ and Scott.

I've been going to juettners for 5 years and I don't see myself going anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicles! Its hard not to find something you like! Morgan is always my go to salesman and he just got me into my newest vehicle and I couldn't be happier!

Mark in the body shop made a bad experience for me a positive one. I hit a deer 1000 miles from home. Took 2 months to get fixed but he kept me updated and made things happen. Thanks Mark and the rest of the body shop.

The Juettner team is very professional; not at all pushy and very knowledgeable regarding product. Morgan (sales agent) has a very pleasant personality and is most accommodating with scheduling changes. Tom (business manager) is detailed with the business particulars but very efficient in getting the paperwork completed with ease. I d have no hesitation recommending Juettner to friends and family and I d certainly do business with the company again.

Service personnel have been very helpful once my Truck accumulated 100,000 miles; explaining the work that needed to be done at this point. I don t think I have ever had to bring a vehicle back with a complaint after an appointment. Waiting room is a definite plus because I am a single person and I can bring my I-Pad with me to get some work done. My two concerns are one; that it is difficult to make a timely appointment, often having to wait for weeks. And two; that once again stressing I am single, there are no courtesy cars available when something like Transmission work needs to be done. But the people there are a plus!
