Great family owned business. We have been to several of their locations, and staff at each of them have been amazing and helpful. We bought from the Alexandria location and the sales person, manager, parts staff, service staff, and financing all went out of their way to answer every question and find the information we needed. Thank you!!!

Picked up my new Western snow plow at Hilltop RV and cannot be happier. Travis was knowledgeable and friendly.Service dept was friendly and accommodating.I had to reschedule the install and that was never a problem. I can't wait for the next snowstorm! Thanks to everyone at Hilltop!

Two words... call ahead. Their website said that they had several models of travel trailers that we wanted to look at in stock and on sale. When we arrived, they told us that they had transferred ALL of them to their Fridley store the week before! Total waste of a day of driving.

We had a great experience all around! We initially met with Travis to look at the camper and get an idea if this is something we wanted to move forward with. Travis met with us after hours and showed us the camper we were interested in and then we got into the details and he was very patient with us, as we brought our whole family. Once we picked up the new camper, Kim did a great job giving us a demonstration of the camper and the service tech helped show me how the equalizer hitch worked as well. Very pleased with everything and everyone who helped us.

Our experience with Hilltop was top notch! Marcel, Abram and Roger were all so patient with us and answered all of our questions! The entire stash was so helpful! This was our second camper that we purchased and we couldn t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Hilltop Camper for your help! Bought new camper,had damages from shipping demonstrations i dont know,was promised it would be fixed and was not completed after multiple times to dealer,bought the ceramic coating and was not completely covered,very disappointed, travis is good guy but thats all.

Rv dealers are generally not the ideal way to go when selling a used RV but these guys made the experience seamless and comfortable. I was able to get a deal that made me feel whole. The staff were all friendly from the front desk to sales to Yes, even the finance dept. Overall I would recommend this dealership!

Unbelievably horrible customer service in their service department at Alexandria Hilltop. I called a minimum of 6 times over the summer and every time the service manager said they would get someone out to work on our RV (they offer mobile repair) and they never followed through. They came out once in the beginning to replace a door that didn t pass pdi, but other than that they didn t work on anything on our lengthy list. We bought our 5 er from the Rochester location and at one point the service manager said I d have to bring it back there. We bought our rig from a hilltop because they had a location in Alexandria.

Just completed purchase of new Jayco Pinnacle. Couldn t be happier with the experience. Travis and Abram and the entire staff in Alexandria were great. This is my third deal with Hilltop in Alexandria, with the same team! And a great team it is. Thank you all for making it easy and comfortable and for providing great service.

The folks at Alexandra Hilltop Camper and RV (Voss and Mike) were very helpful with my travel trailer purchase. They made sure the unit was ready and gave extra effort to make sure the hookup process went smoothly. Lastly I had a couple questions that very day and Mike provided a helpful hint at 6:30 pm after hours. Thanks Alex Hilltop team!

We recently bought a park model from Hilltop and are so happy with it. I bought a destination trailer from Travis 2 years ago and when we decided to try something that felt more permanent Travis was able to get us in a Park Model for a great price. I ve now worked with Travis and Abram twice and would work with them again- though I doubt we will have a need in the near future as I am loving the new dwelling . I always want to shop local when possible and was so excited that Alexandria Hilltop had the best option for us at a substantially better price than other dealers in Minnesota so it was a no brainer. Way to go local dealer!

We just purchased a Jayco travel trailer from Hilltop RV in Alexandria, we had the privilege of working with Travis, Roger and Abram. Look no further than Hilltop Camper and RV. The 2nd day of our 9 week road trip, July 18, 2023 our 2018 camper trailer membrane roof looked like a ballon. Nate instantly called us back. Everyone we dealt with was professional, polite and honest. The membrane roof was replaced. Three days later we were back on the road again. Our trailer has traveled 9000 miles since the repair, it still looks great.

My husband and I went to a Camping & RV show out in Connecticut while stationed there and were told how amazing these guys are at Hilltop from a Jayco representative. So after we decided which camper we wanted, we reached out to Abram in Alexandria and he hooked us up with exactly what we wanted. Very pleased with our experience and so excited to take our first camping trip in our 2022 Jay Flight.Thank you, Abram! Special shoutout to Travis and Roger for their kindness as well! Highly recommend these guys.

We were considering purchasing used from this location. The bank they used provided a severely inaccurate credit score and the sales manager, Mike gave an extremely low number for our trade in. We ended up going to Pleasureland and we re treated so much better with great financing a fair trade for our truck and by far better customer service. So much so, we were able to purchase new for a much lower price than Hilltops used.Edited in response: it s difficult to believe there would be much willingness to work with us when the initial comment made was we need to keep the lights on too when I asked about a fair trade in for the truck. Better financing for a new vehicle doesn t negate the fact our credit reports weren t accurate to begin with when we showed interest in a used vehicle. Equally frustrating is the fact only after this review a willingness to work with us was demonstrated.

My husband and I have never had a camper before and Travis and Abram helped us find the right fit for our first camper. We were able to find one that fit our needs perfectly and that was within our budget. They didn t pressure us at anytime and overall was a good experience for us!

My wife and I just traded campers at Hilltop. The whole process was so easy. Travis was our salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful. Larry did our walk through and did a great job of explaining how everything worked. Abram even made wading through all the paper work seem easy! These guys juggled their schedules and went out of their way to accommodate us in every way!! We will definitely be return customers!!

Great experience buying our first camper. Knew exactly what we were looking for and Voss had it all ready for us to look at. Abram was great explaining everything and so efficient we were in and out in under 1 hour. Worth the 2 1/2 hour drive!!

Tori was the salesperson we worked with. She was very knowledgeable, walking us through several options and being very pleasant. Abram took care of us on the financial steps and gave us good advice on our new camping adventures. Hilltop was recommended as a good RV/camper place to go to. We originally went there to get our old travel trailer fixed due to hail damage. In the end our insurance company ended up totaling our trailer and we ended up buying a new camper from Hilltop. Our salesman, Abram, did a fantastic job showing us different campers and helping us choose the best one for us. He was resourceful and wanted to help us find the right fit for our camping needs. Abram helped us through the financial details of the camper and helped us get the best deal possible. Emily in the service department helped us with scheduling our showing and made sure that if any issues were found during the showing, the camper would be fixed. Overall my wife and I highly recommend Hilltop camper for their extraordinary customer service.

I reached out to check to see if a camper was available at 4:50 on a Thursday night, when they close at 5. I received a phone call from Abram at 8:51 the next morning asking when I would like to come look at the camper. I was at work so I let him know I would come on my lunch break. We walked around the camper and I fell in love with it and told him I wanted my husband to see it. We were leaving for the weekend so my husband just took my word for it. I asked Abram if we could do an application, and by Saturday morning we were approved for getting the camper. Abram came in on his day off to finalize paperwork today, and made everything go smooth! Thanks for the great business!!
