I had them overhaul my Polaris ranger. Quoted $5000 bill was $7300. Few months later it was leaking oil. Took it back for a seal fix and oil change. $750 more Blew the motor (hole in the block from crankshaft snap that was new). Three miles away from their shop. sat on it for months with no communication. They blamed it on abnormal wear on the crankshaft. I think they forgot to put oil back in it. Needless to say it s the biggest nightmare of a place.Service: Engine repair

Doesn t stand behind his work and when you have issues with oil spraying everywhere shortly after a $7500 overhaul he will claim to fix it again and you won t make it far before it puts a hole in your block and he will just shrug his shoulders at you. Very disappointing shop and I would rather send business to boomerang or Ollie s. Very disappointed. (We assume that when they put the gasket in they didn t put oil in it)Service: Engine repair

Ds powersports has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I once got a flat tire hauling my pontoon they picked it up swapped it out and had me back up and running by the next weekend. I will continue to bring all my atvs, pontoon and campers to them.

Fantastic place to bring anything with an engine. Derrick is very knowledgeable and organized. This is the only place I d bring my motorcycle and he is the only one I d have work on it. They will get your stuff back on time and not have some surprise fees at the end. Derrick is knowledgeable. His young mechanic needs a lot to learn. I bring in a clean motorcycle and what I get back would horrify most riders. I had two tires replaced and an oil change done. This kid left grease marks all over the exhaust and various parts on the bike. My highway peg had moved meaning he ran the bike into something with the pegs down. I had water/dirt spots all over the bike. With this sloppy workmanship on the mechanics part I have been very leery about the work that had been done. I have put on a few miles since then and thank god the wheels have stayed on and the bike stops.

Derrick has the best quality in winter apparel. The winter jacket I got from there saved my life in the car accident. If it wasn't for the quality I may have lost my arm!! The motorcycle helmet are top notch as well HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We were staying in alexandria on vacation had a leaky rear tire called them ask if they could look at it. They worked it in the next day had it back that morning. Fast service highly recommend. Thanks again. Dean

Called for part a carburetor part, they didn't have it, so I started looking for other places for my part. About 5 min. after we hung up the phone DS called me back and they had a complete carb kit for my machine which had the part I needed and other parts to freshen the carb to new.
