Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Diamond. Ian was awesome to work with! He was low pressure, timely, attentive, had the car running right up front for my test drive, and even checked in a few days after the sale to see how it was going. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Not pleased at all on how long it took for this purchase transaction to take. Especially when I had the cash. I ve bought alot of cars in 35 plus years and this was the worst. It seems others were getting out quicker than me. 2 1/2 hours to buy a car is unreasonable and they knew I was coming so they had a 2 plus hour heads up.

Everyone was kind and so helpful! We had our kids with and everyone was so understanding! Especially our sales man Tim while showing us the new vehicle his patience was great while our 3 kids were screaming in the background!

Fantastic experience. I set up my appointment online, on the run. Drove my vehicle into the shop and had a seat. Probably there a total of an hour. Comfortable waiting area, no pressure, helpful staff. I'll definitely be back.

The guys in the service department have been wonderful! It's an hour drive for me, they get me in & out in record time! Pricing is fair. Waiting area is comfortable & clean.

I ve always had nothing but a positive experience dealing with diamond GMC and I will continue bringing my vehicle there whenever I have issues they are prompt and always make sure I try to have a loaner vehicle since I am a sales person and need to have a rig to continue doing my job. Update - Changed my rating.Here again for an oil change. Internet is slower than last time....220kbps! I can't even open outlook because internet is so slow....not even to 1 mbps.If you are a professional and plan on working while waiting....good luck.I drive from Sauk Centre, guess I'll just go to GMC in SC...at least there internet works awesome.-----------------------------------------------People are awesome, service was awesome, thanks for the loaner...lack of a pop machine and ultra ow internet speeds of 100 kbs (1994 dial up speeds) needs to be fixed to maintain recommendations...this is basic services for people who need to work while waiting for their vehicle.

From the moment I reached out to the dealership, I was responded to quickly and professionally. My contact, Jack Anderson, was professional, answered all questions completely, inspired confidence in that he knew exactly what to do and was keenly aware of what I was interested in.In this search, I visited 3 other dealerships which couldn't come close to the way I was handled at Diamond. Stop looking elsewhere...shop Diamond.

My vehicle was "acting up" with a few different issues. I was able to schedule service and easily select problems on the website. they were able to quickly get my vehicle in - diagnose and notify me of options. I got my car back fast and its running great. Always more $$ than I would like to spend but having a car that works - reliably is worth it.

The service was absolutely fantastic. We had ordered our truck a few months back and the process was very smooth. Once we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new truck the people were all very friendly. They did a great job at explaining all the new features and made it a smooth transaction from start to finish.

The pick up and drop off service is awesome. The service dept staff are always nice and make things go smoothly. I appreciate the communication when my vehicle is picked up to the time it is dropped off.

The service was terrific from start to finish! Each individual I contacted was helpful and went to great lengths to provide personalized customer service. There were a few hiccups, but they did everything to make it right and took care not to inconvenience us. We were thankful for their honesty. They never made us feel like we were a nuisance with our concerns, and ultimately, we walked away with a Suburban that checked all of the boxes. They understand how important a car decision is and is not taken lightly. We are delighted with our purchase. Outstanding job all the way around; thanks to Corey, Jon, and Jack for correctly taking care of a customer!

Was wondering if the service tech that worked on my truck had tested the stereo? I m guessing no since it still doesn t work. Also the sunroof issue was never addressed and in the process of wiring the new stereo they stripped out my license plate screws and couldn t even bundle the wiring back up as it is now just hanging down by the spare tire and a complete mess. At this point I m not even sure why I continue to be hopeful that these issues will be resolved positively since it s been issue after issue after issue but I m sure that will just be tossed off to the side just like everything else has been.

Nate here was so great not pushy what so ever I wasn't even buying a car just there for moral support for a friend !! The mechanic was also very friendly and very genuine definitely would come back to get my own car!We are both 18 and they didn t treat us like we are stupid, very friendly and thorough! We re also girls !
