I found my dream car from this dealership, however, it was on the other side of the country. Adam was very quick with replies and information (including providing videos and photo's of the exterior, and interior). Kati was absolutely a pleasure to deal with- there wasn't any pressure from either of them during the whole process. I only gave 4 stars and not 5 because the communication was just a little lacking after the purchase as I had to have the car transported across the country. I genuinely feel that this is due to the possible small town vibe and knowing (from their end) that they were selling me an excellent car (which of course I didn't know until I took possession of it). I would highly recommend this dealership and would purchase from them again in the future!

Our experience at Certified Auto Plaza was easy & convenient! From our first inquiry about the vehicle Adam was prompt to respond, knowledgeable about the vehicle and I never felt pushed into making a decision. I was also impressed with the quality of vehicles they kept on the lot. I would highly recommend Certified Auto Plaza to anyone looking for a vehicle!

We went in to trade our truck in and purchase a new one. The entire process was quick and easy, everyone we worked with and spoke with was awesome! Got a fair trade and good price on the new truck too. Couldn t beat it!

So I just bought this 2017 GMC from there. I live in Hutchinson Minnesota which is 2.5 hours away. I did everything over the phone and while on breaks at work. The staff was awesome! While understanding and helpful! I highly recommend them! We also noticed a jeep when we were leaving, that we may go back for!

We worked with Ciarra on the purchase of a jeep compass for our son. She was extremely helpful and not pushy. She asked questions to understand what we were looking for. The process of purchasing was made simple, and she even answered text messages off hours as we worked our way through the decision process. After purchase we noticed a headlight was out and she had the issue resolved in a quick text. We would definitely buy from Ciarra and Certified Auto again!

I inquired about a vehicle that had no pictures online and within minutes had Adam call me. They sent me pics as soon as it hit the lot. It was priced exceptionally well and well worth the 4 hour drive from Iowa to get it.Sales staff was amazing, purchase was flawless and absolutely no pressure to buy the extended warranty from them.Just a very pleasant experience all around!

My husband and I just bought a beautiful new to us Ford Explorer. Quickly after purchasing a few unexpected issues started to arise with the vehicle. Certified Auto Plaza held true to their warranty and fixed all the issues all while providing some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond for my family. I would recommend them to any family member or friend!

I bought my Suburban here. Awhile after I bought it the paint starts lifting from the whole entire rear quarter panel, this is when I find out the vehicle was in a reported rear end accident marked structural damage. My truck needs $1,300 in auto body repairs from an accident before me that wasn t disclosed. I tried discussing this with the owner and he had the audacity to tell me that this is regular maintenance. I explained undisclosed damage isn t miles or maintenance. I m not sure if I have ran out of time or not but I plan to sue this dealership in county court as well as bringing attention to the MN AG about dealership fraud. .BUYER BEWARE!

What a great car dealership! Best experience buying a car I ve ever had! Staff were friendly and courteous, stayed in contact with me until I was able to get to them, and made the entire process enjoyable! The truck was super clean and was exactly as described. Thank you CAP!

My mom has been purchasing vehicles at Certified Auto Plaza for years and sends everyone their way. She has always told me their customer service is fantastic and their vehicles are reasonably priced, she was not wrong! My husband and I went their last minute on a Wednesday night, and Adam was fantastic helping us find a vehicle that worked for us! Hands down recommend Certified Auto Plaza for anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Sales people were really nice, super open to our credit situation and all that, but straight sold us a lemon with no warranty, which could be fault of my own, but we had no other choice for our price range. Test drove it for almost an hour and it had no problems. After a few days, things started going wrong. Months later, and we're STILL trying to figure out the problems with our vehicle and just putting more and more money into it. I guess don't buy a vehicle without warranty? Or don't buy a vehicle in the winter because it only started acting up when it was getting warmer.

Adam was great at helping me trade in my Nissan Juke for my dream SUV: a Dodge Durango Limited. The process was simple and easy. To be honest, I had initial concerns that going there would be a horrible experience. I guess I always just thought that a single female shopping for a car is an easy target for a car salesman to take advantage of. Adam shut down the stigmas I had and let the ball fall in my court to make the decision, while still guiding me along the way. I will definitely shop for vehicles here in the future. Huge thank you to Adam and the entire Certified Auto team!

First let me state that your sales staff was great ,courteous etc ...very helpful . They knew the mechanical car lingo very well. We felt comfortable and confident in them.But.... here is the thing . We have hardly driven the vehicle . I doubt we have put more than a little over a thousand or so miles on it in the little over a year since purchasing it. When viewing and test driving the vehicle with your staff, i mentioned we were looking for a vehicle with a good body, one that had no rust and mechanically sound. Im on disability so a good solid body on a vehicle was important to us as was sound mechanical function . We were told it was a great vehicle , it was priced slightly high so if it were on great shape, would make sense. We test drove it multiple times and " thought" it was good. But and The vehicle " looked" very clean , and " solid" however within a very short time after purchasing we noticed the paint , .the paint you used to conceal the rust , rubbed or wore away leaving rust under ever door and Who knows where else. So great time and effort was put in to concealing the rust , and making the vehicle seem well cared for so what else was being concealed? We were doomed before turning the key. We saw what we believed the sake person was a well cared for expedition. Then we had traction control issues , had to have new front bearings, and brakes,$1000... then shortly thereafter it started making a racket . New AC compresor, evaporator, condensor, and radiator and tune up as it keeps wanting to stall. Another $4,500. Then whomever tuned it up last used mismatched plugs , why, who? Now it needs rear ball joints another $1,000 plus . And tires. But those are to be expected. So were not happy to say the least. The tahoe it replaced was from a reputable dealer marthahelers they didnt conceal anything what we saw we knew about. It had some rust, had a tore leather seat, and 130,000 miles. I mentioned the wore tires and a noise from sticking brakes. The dealer repaired it on their dime even put on new tires which i didn't expect. It made multiple trips out west, we loved it, trusted it, no problems until the deer collision that led us to this , vehicle... now were afraid to drive anywhere for fear of being stranded . Who knows what else will go wrong. So that is why the 2 star review. And the rear wiper that you attempted twice before purchasing the vehicle to repair still doesnt work. Quit after one use much like the rest of the vehicle .Now we have to cut our losses but how ? We cant do this to someone else and getting even, a bit of our money. That was wasted back how? and find another but dependable full sized suv . So ,will go back to a great reputable dealer, marthahelers where we know what were getting. My biggest mistake was not buying from them when i bought this vehicle in the first place. Im not sure as a buyer, how to tell a wore out vehicle has been painted over to appear in good shape, before being sold... wished i did. Nothing but trouble little joy from driving. And my wife and i used to love our little road trips . But now we dont. So sad. They even armor all the engine area . Making it "appear" well cared for. Was i duped. Buyers beware . Check first that it was truly a local trade in . Talk to the previous owners as to maintenance and care done. Dont trust the shiny appearance, i know this now. I thought as it being a 2012 it was newer and shouldnt be bad or to rusty . Wrong. What we paid would in that market, been acceptable had it been in good mechanical condition. But duped by shine and gloss we were , kudos ....you got us...happy we are not. Ive owned many used vehicles never has one had so many issues with so little driving. Never....and ive replaced two engines both with nearly 300,000 miles on them as i care for my vehicles. This one has been terrible. So buyer be ware. Still not sure how you detect when a vehicle has been painted to look good but is something to look for in the future but at marthahelers i shouldn't have to worry about that. This vehicle is used...

I bought a pickup from Certified Auto Plaza and the experience was excellent! The truck was in immaculate condition, the pricing was fair, and Amber made everything so easy and enjoyable. Being from out of town, we were easily able to do almost everything via mobile. This small dealer truly cares about getting you in the right ride and taking care of you beyond the sale. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here again. Thanks guys!

We were looking for a vehicle for awhile and couldn't really find anything that my wife and I could both agree on , we ended up buying 2012 silverado from certified auto , no pressure what so ever and everyone there is friendly, nice. A month later it was leaking oil which is common on silverados. We had it worked on there and while in shop they gave us a loaner for few hrs . When the truck was ready we were surprised by how cheap the bill was randy said he would work with us and he did . I would highly recommend looking there for a vehicle they will work with you

Called and inquired about a Dodge truck they had on the lot,I spoke with the owner of the company first,he was friendly and seemed honest with answers I had about truck. I made a 2 hour drive down to Alexandria to see the truck,the truck was absolutely the way it was described to me. I was refered to a salesman named Adam,super great guy to deal with,they gave me a great trade in allowance so I bought the truck,before I could take it home they wanted to detail a bit more for me so I left without truck,5 days later they made the 2 hour drive and delivered the truck to me. The office is super clean,all the staff were very friendly and out going. Great price on truck and fabulous service. I would recommend them and would buy from them again. Finance rates were awesome. Great experience with them,no pressureMatt

A few hiccups with the purchase of our expedition.#1 Tail light was broke and looseWhen I called them out on it they claimed they could repair it, taillights are a one piece housing and you can t buy parts for it. Finally after the taillight had fell out while driving and broke they offered to cover the cost.#2 floor mat was missingI had asked to make sure it had all the floor mats. The salesman said it did. When my wife picked up the vehicle it was missing one. They told her it is what it is. After I called them out they bought and shipped new floor mats to us.Its unfortunate it took some complaining on these issues for action to take place. These issues should have been taken care of immediately before the sale. I appreciate ownership finally coming around and making things right.

I stopped by to take a look at a truck they had sitting on the lot. I didn't know the price and just wanted to look. I was greeted by Amber and she asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive without pressuring me on anything else. I took the test drive and loved the truck. I ended up working with Amber on buying the truck and she was amazing to work with. Answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would find the answer for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend buying from them if you like buying without the pressure of being forced into anything. They treat you like a person and go above and beyond to meet your needs.

Great place to get a vehicle. Was recommended by many people to check them out and glad I did. They finance and it's a quick and simple process. The owner and staff are easy to get a long with and seem to actaully care about giving you a great experience. They went over the top, above and beyond expectations and I'm so grateful.

Had a GREAT experience with the team at Certified Auto! I bought a 2017 F150 that required some recall service, and even though it was outside Ford s mileage limit to qualify for the work, Randy and his folks arranged to have it completed at no cost to me. That s a Stand-Up move, and they ve won my business in the future. Check them out when you re looking for a good used vehicle!

We had a great experience with our purchase. We were on a time crunch being from out of town on a trap tournament. My son got there before they even opened and they were more than accommodating. Truck was decently priced and was the fasted loan process I ve ever been through. We were in and out within an hour!
