Stopped to get that Casey's famous good pizza for lunch. Almost nothing was out for food, and it was 12:15!!! Office lady was chatting with the deli lady and not getting the food out!!! We, as well as a few others, for over 20 minutes for pizza!! (Trust me it was done, sitting there). After she finally got it out, just 4 pizzas, she went on a break. Another customer came in asking out loud why she was going on a break. Sorry when it's lunch time and nothing is out with the exception of one cheese pizza and one box of chicken nuggets, and you slowly put out 4 pizzas, you don't just go take a break!!!!! Plus if the office lady has time to chit chat, she could have been helping!!

Came in to get a sandwich and a coffee, an off duty employee was loudly talking to an on duty one. I turned to look at him and he had no shoes and dirty feet walking around the store.Gross dude

It had stopped snowing more than 24 hours before this picture was taken. I would go somewhere else unless you want to sprain your ankle. Watched the person working the kitchen open a container of flour tip the cover over and shake it off onto a tray of pizza dough. So what ever was on top of the cover was now on the pizza dough. The container was sitting on the bottom shelf of a table. After seeing that I decided against pizza. I asked the cashier a question when I was paying and she told me she needed to help the other people before she could answer my question. I will be taking my business someplace else.

Horrible employee attitudes. There were ten people in line with one employee on the register. A customer asked if an employee could help to which he loudly replied nope ! I left my pizza and coffee since they were unwilling to help. Save yourself the hassle and just go to KwikTrip

Great place for service, donuts are fantastic! Use to go to Holiday for donuts until I got sick. Very clean! Staff is nice and respectful and you can carry a conversation with the employees.

This new Caseys here in Alexandria, staff isn't friendly at all.My daughter and I ordered a pizza from here this afternoon.The pizza really tasted nasty.We called to complain about it, and the asst.manager apologized and gave us a free coupon for the next one.

They have 93 octane! I can t find it anywhere else around town. I usually pay at the pump, but when I go in it s never a bad experience.

Stopped in to get a sub sandwich during my lunch break. Left with a slice of greasy Pizza. No one available to make a sub sandwich. What happened to customer service?

There outdoor pumps are always out of receipt paper don't expect to get a receipt.
