As much as I want to give this store a good review, I can't bring myself to do it. Their pizza is bad, store is dirty and the employees are on their phones, when they should be taking care of customers. The other 2 stores in town are great, so this makes me think this is a franchise store or just poor management.

Many times (such as today) receipt paper is out at the pumps. Staff inside is always friendly, but why do I have to go inside for my receipt?

Order a pizza on DoorDash over 20 minutes ago and my dasher just arrived and called me and said they haven t even started it

Was my go to for Pure Leaf Tea, Red Bull, and gas for 2.5 years. Would've been 5 stars if they hadn't forced customers to use the Casey's app rather than taking competitor gas coupons as they used to. So I had to take my gas business elsewhere.

I had issues with my app not giving me points correctly, and the manager was very understanding. She gave me a deal that made up for the issue. It is a very nice gas station with good workers.

This is the worst gas station. They never are open, their gas pumps never work, the receipts never print and they never have anything it seems like. The other caseys are way better. This one is going down hill.

They aren't even doing the bare minimum regarding public health and safety regulations for covid-19 and specifically told me they had no intention of taking measures to ensure customers who are wearing masks feel protected from those who aren't. They were so rude and made me feel unwelcome, used to be such a great spot but won't be stepping foot in there again.

Love the pizza however I have been told they deliver when I'm there yet when I call on days they say they deliver its always the same answer. "Nope not today". I'd rather have caseys pizza than others but at this point I don't see the point in calling to check anymore.

Please explain to me why one store in Alexandria Mn. does deliver but the other does not... first off if thats how its going to be then make the delivery range bigger!!! Second off when I do try to order they must be feeling lazy because they are never delivering... kinda pointless! The most stupid thing I have heard all damn day!!!

My gas pump screen didn't function properly. Inside was clean and the person working was very friendly.

I love this Casey s! It s my go to for pizza in town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Easily the best Casey s I ve ever been to.

Great store. To the people complaining about delivery: They won't be delivering until the 31st of March, and only on Fridays and Saturdays. They make this VERY clear over the phone when you ask.
