The absolute best experience ever! Nicholas literally saved my life!!!! I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed by any autozone and it's the reason I shop there exclusively. They have always gone above and beyond the call of their jobs and never have a bad attitude about it. I was in truly desperate need of help and these guys once again saved my butt when any other auto parts store would have not given two craps. I honestly wish I could do more than just this review to show how thankful I am.

Usually this place is very friendly and helpful. But beware! Last few times I ve went into the store have not been pleasant.I needed help finding the correct oil filter. I tried talking to Thomas to get help and he was nasty rude. Chewed me Out for not finding it on my own. I ve seen him treat customers and his own employees bad now. He was swearing at the younger employee for not answering the phone while he was busy. but Tom was sitting on the till next to him asleep! Didn t know sleeping on the job was allowed. I feel bad for the employees who put up with his behavior. He s the grumpy old man you can t miss it.

I went there after calling just to see if someone might be able to help me with getting my windshield wipers off/on. Tom was a great help. The manufacturer put one of them on wrong and he managed to get it off and put the new one on, even though I didn't purchase it from them. Would recommend to anyone. I was out of town and was extremely grateful.

Worst customer service ever. I went in to purchase spark plugs for my boat. The guy behind the counter asked why I would come to an auto parts store for that. He made 2 more comments telling me I was an idiot for going there. I asked if I should go to a place that actually wanted my business and he said Yeah, go to Fleet Farm . I went to O Reilly down the street and they helped me immediately with the proper spark plugs. Will never go to AutoZone again.

Friendly staff, they answer the phone quickly and get the parts you need in a timely manner. They offer their components at a fair price and they can get them in a pinch. The rent-a-tool program is a great bonus.

Talked to Jake on the phone when my car wouldn't start at lake Carlos State Park 10 degrees below zero Sunday morning. He sent someone to test the battery in my vehicle and was willing to come pick me up or help get me on the road after his shift ended if needed. Very impressed!

We were on vacation, battery went bad and the guys installed a new battery in the parking lot for us. Great place

Very helpful! My wife needed new wipers and I called ahead and they were able to get the new wipers waiting for her when she got there. They even replaced them for her in no time at all!

Needed a bulb for my vehicle and went in a the guy behind the coutlnter was very helpful looking up the correct one for me and then walked me to the aisle and got it for me. I was on vacation and when I got back to where I was staying I realized I didn't have any tools. Made the short trip back asked for the tools I needed they quickly obliged and I replaced the bulb in the parking lot. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend going here if you need something they offer

Was easy to buy my light fixture. The day I was called to pick up my part I showed up and the man was very rude. Was slamming packages around, leaning on packages, and overall a jerk. Couldn t find my package and kept saying it s not there until another employee found it. Shopped here plenty but not impressed with the rudeness of the one guy.

Alexandria, MN Autozone has a friendly, helpful staff. Their thorough effort to find the right part or tool has helped me on many occasions. I have never had a bad experience with this store or any of the employees and will continue to choose this store over other autoparts stores.

Very helpful! I needed a windshield wipe and not only did the employee find it for me, but he put it on for me too! I highly recommend this place for your car needs.

Dude tightens mg drive shaft and helped me out a lot I did not know what was wrong with my car and he helped me to the fullest he currently is at auto zone working and attending college at the Alexandria technical college he is the buisness of getting the job done when it comes to drive shafts and transfer case on my mode and make

I purchased a new radiator at the Alexandria AutoZone. I asked Geoff, the parts manager, to recommend a local mechanics shop to do the replacement work. He recommended Shane at A to Z. Five stars to both.

Staff is ok at best, but parts and warranties there amazing. They are the only one with an actual life time warranty Napa told me they did until 5 years went by needed to replace the starter from them they said lifetime is lifetime of the part vs autozone lifetime of owning the vehice. Big difference.

This place is amazing! I visited this auto zone about 2 weeks ago when the temperatures were below negative 61 degrees outside. My car stopped running and I was going to get a tow truck to bring me to autozone but autozone came to me!! They came to my apartment complex and jumped my car for me then changed my battery which just so happened to be under warranty. So even though I thought this whole ordeal would cost me an arm and a leg it was all free. Some times hero's don't wear capes. They work at auto zone and are the kindest people you'll ever meet. Thank you Jenny and Michael you guys are the greatest of all time!

Stop here for parts Unfortunately they did not have the part that we needed but the service was great they helped us around the store showed us what they did have and made suggestions for possible solutions friendly staff knowledgeable clean well maintained easy access right off the highway

I visited Minnesota from Oklahoma. My 2013 Chrysler T & C would not start. I called several Alexandria auto stores; I explained how it was the Fuel Relay Switch, no one I talked to EXCEPT Autozone could help. Austin helped me configure a bypass, for about $9 he helped me get the vehicle running and I was able to return to Oklahoma - saved me $1000! He was not only helpful but also courteous and "created" the bypass. Totally thankful to Austin and Autozone!

Not much help at all needed special tool to remove lug nuts they seemed to have no idea went on my own and found what I needed on the web
