We recently moved to Alexandria and decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Alexandria Motors was the first place we went, just to check what was available. Chuck came out to ask what we were looking for. He listened attentively and took us to exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We decided not to look any further as we felt well taken care of. Chuck and his team were very professional from start to finish of our purchase. Not only did he take care of the sale - he walked us through all the technical processes and assured us they will continue to provide a high level of service after we drive off the lot. Mendez was my sales man and he was fantastic. He walked us through the test drive process, made sure we were able to drive it in all conditions and for all uses we would need it for. He was great about talking us through everything and making sure that we knew what was going on and how to go through this as first time car buyers. Would definitely recommend!

We had been looking for a nice reliable vehicle for our almost 20 year old son. We found a vehicle we were interested in and I sent an email inquiring about it. I got a response back right away, set up a time through text and we went to see it.This is the second time we have gotten a vehicle from Alexandria Motors and BOTH times we had the same dealer! He even remembered me!Tim is TOP NOTCH and a fantastic individual that was more then helpful in purchasing the car. I will definitely recommend him and this dealership without hesitation. Lewis sold me a Suburban and I was very confident in the purchase, normally I hate buying vehicles! Not only did I walk away happy but I also enjoyed the vehicle purchase. Lewis kept my kids entertained and even turned on a movie for them! Can't thank Lewis enough for a great buying experience!

I had an incredibly smooth process trading in my vehicle and purchasing another from this dealer. Everybody I spoke to was helpful and upfront. The process was really easy and for a small fee, the new car was able to be dropped off at my home, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. I highly recommend this dealer based on my experience

I recently purchased a vehicle at Alexandria Motor Company and Luis Otto made the purchase experience very easy.I was just driving through the lot and got out to get a closer look and Luis approached me and asked if I had questions. I didn t have vehicle in mind, and had just started my search. He gave me his card and my husband and I returned later that afternoon. We never felt pressured by Luis or anyone else at the dealership. He asked us what we were looking for and presented us with a variety of options. He didn t try to persuade us to purchase a specific vehicle, but gave us options and let us take our time. We test drove a vehicle and looked at a couple more, but it was late in the day so we planned to return the next day.Luis was prepared for our return the following day. He had a vehicle warmed up and ready for us when we arrived. We test drove that vehicle and wanted to test drive another. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions we had. He then stepped away so we could discuss the two vehicles in private. I really appreciated this approach because we didn t feel pressured into making a choice.I ultimately decided to purchase a 2020 Mazda CX-9, and the process was very smooth. We worked with Jack, in the finance department, and Luis was there with us through the entire process.Great customer service and this is our second vehicle purchase from Alexandria Motors. We would highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are looking to make a vehicle purchase.

The easiest and most pleasant vehicle sale and purchase I've ever had. Tim M. was engaging, knowledgable and personable. He along with Sam, made this an easy transaction for all. Tim did some quick work to get the vehicle prepped, replace the windshield, even a buffing, and have me on the way safely. Thanks very much. It pays to patronize the more local, smaller, full-service car dealers for sure.

We had problems on the highway and found this dealer. We expected to have to rent a car to continue our trip. They worked us in immediately and had us running within an hour. Absolutely outstanding customer service and excellent treatment. Above and beyond that's for sure. This was also late in the day so it was really impressive.

looks like these guys typically get good reviews.The communication that I experienced was less that impressive.To be fair Matt from the dealership did talk to me a day or two before and sounded like he wanted to make a deal. After considering it I called on Monday to let them know I'd be down. That is when the response I got was that I would not be able to take it home.Vehicles are a dime a dozen, I have time and patience so I am good with having this happen soon in the process. In my opinion this gives me a good idea what I could expect from their customer service department.

Tim was amazing to work with! I ve bought a fair number of cars in my life, and I always end up feeling like getting the economics of the transaction to work is a challenge and normally a frustrating experience. I work in finance and customer service, so my expectations are admittedly pretty high.We went in yesterday to get my dad into a newer vehicle - one that I could feel good about him driving alone through our tough winters. This meant also trading in 2 other vehicles to make it happen. I never once felt like we were being pressured or lied to. The whole set of transactions was super pressure-free, upfront, and easy. I also had my 2 young kids in tow, and the staff members were super sweet to them. They quickly became buddies! That situation can normally just add to the stress of a car buying experience, but again, Tim took charge and hung out with the kids so my dad and I could have necessary grown-up discussions.Hands down, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No need to shop elsewhere

Mendez Peguero was the salesman that I had the pleasure of working with. He came outside and welcomed my husband and me to the dealership. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He took time to explain all the features of the car I was looking at as well as showing other similar models. He is a very friendly and polite man. We really enjoyed working with him. There was no high pressure by anyone to purchase all the people were very friendly and helpful. Great place to shop for a vehicle

Great dealership, the purchase experience was very enjoyable. From the first time I met the new car sales manager Matt to delivery of our CT5V we where treated very well. The delivery process was very enjoyable. The sales associate Luis was knowledgeable and reviewed the new cars features on delivery.Best overall purchase experience.

My wife and I were strolling the lot just checking out their inventory when Luis came out and offered to open them up and offered a test drive on the spot. We felt very comfortable, without any pressure and ended up buying from him. Within a couple hours we were on our way home with a new vehicle. Best car buying experience I've had! Thanks to everyone involved from financing to Luis at Alex motors!

Bad experience. I came in for a tire mount and balance. The tires I brought were in the back seat. After an 1hr45min I went to check the status.They said they hadn t touched the car because they were unsure about what tires to use, so they just didn t proceed any further. Then the service writer decided to suggest I was to blame because I didn t specify that my tires were in the back seat. It took me coming up to the desk for them to make the next logical step in asking me what I wanted to do about tires. (They are clearly visible in my back seat).After we cleared that up, I sat back down and it took only 45 more minutes, at which point I missed my next appointment.I wish the service writer would have at least hinted they were at least somewhat at fault for doing absolutely nothing for 1hr45min, and not asking me about tires so that we could move on.The work in the car was fine.
