Drove 130 miles to buy a truck they had. This isn't the first time I've bought a vehicle through a dealership. By far the best experience I've had for sure. I had the pleasure to meet Frank Myers and get me through the buying process. He kept us entertained all the entire time during the process. Which is a first because usually the salesperson leaves and we are left there for hours not know whats happening and bored out of our minds. But Frank made the progress very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend dealing with Frank if you are planning on buying a vehicle at this dealership!

They have great staff, service, and selection of vehicles. Ask for Chuck if you are in need of a new vehicle or want to see what they can get ordered for you. Also great service manager and great mechanics. Very knowledgeable staff for your needs.

Tim was awesome! As we browsed the lot he immediately came out to help us. He was friendly the entire time and made the buying process easy. He even helped move our many kid things into the new vehicle. Thanks Tim! You rock!

Great dealership for service and parts . Whenever I am in Alex I will try to get my vehicle serviced here.I needed a part for my truck and my local dealership couldn't get it. I called here and they had the part and shipped it to my house. Great customer service.

I went their to see what was wrong with 2013 Chevy volt they told me I had a hole in my main radiator. I ended up buying the main radiator and went to put it in just to find out it was the wrong one(it was my battery radiator)I feel as if they didn't even check my car and I just paid them to do nothing and guess what was wrong.

With an appointment, it took 67 minutes to get an oil change. Associate stated it would be about 30 minutes upon initial check in. Team failed to inform me of a delay. I inquired why he didn't let me know and he stated, "I'm not a parts guy, I don't know."Disappointed in lack of communication, lack of ownership, and lack of supplies for a routine service.

The fiance originally leased out her vehicle here and Tim was so helpful turning it into a bought car. He is a very nice and cool dude that tells it to you straight. No funny business here. I'm not a Chevy guy but he might have me buying something from him with his great customer service

The service department is amazing. I broke down near this dealership on a Friday at noon and was 4 hours from home. This team stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. The service tech skipped his lunch to get my truck back up and running. I wish I lived closer because I would buy every new vehicle from them. A huge thank you to the whole team!

Not my vehicle, but I definitely need to make sure everyone knows how awesome this service department is. My friends truck broke down on our way to a fishing trip and the whole staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Would recommend to anyone

Pulled off the highway with engine problems and were so fortunate to end up here! Even though they were swamped, Chris in the service shop helped us find a solution and got us back on the road. They recommended a place to go to eat and wait and provided us friendly transportation to and from (thanks, Kevin!). If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Terrific service.

I drove over 300 miles to look at a car and it was well worth the trip for me. Chuck was super busy, but had plenty of time for me, and I think I'll go ahead and buy my next car from him. Really great people and place to shop

Had gone there to get a tpm sensor fixed and get an oil change. They ended up damaging my rim. Spoke with manager who made it right and replaced the rim. Went back to have new rim installed and asked about keeping old rim. Was told I could and then was told I'd have to pay 150.00 for my old rim due to a wheel core charge! Spoke with manager again who resolved the problem. Got home after vehicle was fixed and noticed parallel scratches on two rim spokes toward the top, the same area on both spokes, from who knows what but atleast it is better than the old rim that they marked up. Not sure how careful they are or what precautions they take but I won't be returning there for any service. Thumbs up to the manager for his assistance but thumbs down on the quality of service.

The garage is getting really bad. Went in for a tire rotation at 4pm and I went to check on it at 4:45 and still not done (not started yet) due to swollen lug nuts. Now they want me to spend 108. for new o e. The place has gone down hill since Garry retired.
