What happened to Alex Power ??? Used to be my place to go for saw chains, chain sharpening etc... Not any more !!! They can't seem to find anything unless YOU give THEM a part number !!! Really ??? What happened to the guys behind the counter digging for your part in the books or on the computer ?? Just order takers here now !!

I went to Alexandria power equipment to purchase a new Kubota tractor because of several other people I know and the company I work for have done business with them. All employees were great start to finish. Sales, service and parts dept. Are fantastic and easy to to work with. Ordered the tractor and they kept in contact with me and had the tractor quickly with zero issues of any kind.

A customer of mine need there bobcat serviced brought it in told them what we knew and ask them to fix anything that needs to be fix to operate properly. After 6 weeks I had to return 2 times to fix what was claimed to be fixed. And than once I got it home it still wasn't working.. didn't fix anything wasted 1000.00 on nothing

I pretty much Knew what I wanted when I came in. Even so Jake was very helpful/knowledgeable, answered my questions and provided useful information I had not thought to ask.I have also had great experience with the service department and other sales associates at this facility.

I purchased another customers trade in and had to wait for his new equipment to come in. All went well with that deal.The used zero turn I bought there however needed a new seat and they are unable to get one for it that will work, very disappointing. I am now in search of a different dealership to do business with. Too bad too they have a nice bunch of Inventory it was fun to shop there.

We purchased our lawn mower here 10 years ago. It needed some maintenance so they scheduled it for Thursday. We dropped it off Wednesday night. It was done on Thursday as promised and they unloaded it and then loaded it for me. They checked for loose bolts and tightened what needed it and checked it over for us. Jon at the service desk was especially helpful.

Bought a chainsaw there 2 years ago and was told if we used the expensive Husqvarna gas only we would have a 5 year warranty on it. Less then 2 years later the carburetor goes out and it isn't covered under warranty and instead of them calling us to let us know it's not covered they replace it and charges us $250. We could have done it ourself for over half that price!!

The sales staff was fantastic I would have given them 5 stars, but The mechanical people and the counterperson we're almost rude. So three stars seems very fair. I bought a three year old used machine which paying the dealer price you would think that it would have been gone through and new oil put in air filter cleaned and things like that, it wasn't. A few of the items did not work well or at all, like the throttle is very very hard to move and I still haven't gotten the seat to move at all. I am a little disappointed but it is a nice machine. I was told to spray those items with wd 40 which I have done but it didn't seem to do any good. The salesperson said if I couldn't get them working to let her know she may do something more for me but I'm an hour away from there so kind of tough to go back and forth for minor fixes I will probably take things apart get new parts ordered and take care of these things myself I did buy used so it is buyer beware and these are minor issues. And overall it is a very nice machine in very fair condition. Thanks again Debra you did great.

I recently bought a SVL75-2. These guys where very helpful though the buying and financing process. My salesman was Jake. Highly recommend as he was not pushy on anything like some sales can be. Very informative and made the process painless

I worked with Jake Wilken at Alex Power. It was a very pleasant experience. No pressure. And... He's the world's nicest guy. Answered all our questions, told us what to expect, and was very attentive. We're waiting on a part/kit and knew that up front. So we're not finished with the deal but I have every confidence he'll take care of us. Overall I'd highly recommend him and Alex Power

Have dealt with Alex Power for 20 or so years. Mike has always been a straight shooter and great guy to work with for any purchase. Their service is great and they stand behind what they sell, and service. I have moved an hour and a half away and just went back for another Bobcat with accessories. Worth the travel!

As always, fantastic courteous service from this dealer. Craig is a knowledgeable and patient salesmen. Very satisfied with the quality of the cub cadet Xt2 lx 46 lawn tractor. Very comfortable mower and well built. I have purchased several products from this dealer and always iam satisfied and when I needed service it is always great.

Stopped to inquire about ordering a tractor that wasn't in stock. Had been told they could order one in. Was basically told they wouldn't order one unless they had a 20,000 dollar order so they would get free shipping. Salesman I spoke with was decent but I can't say the same for the business itself. With the tractor and attachments I intended to buy it would have been between 5 to 6 thousand dollars I would have given to their business. I guess that wasn't enough to please what would have been a future customer at their store. Will never shop there again - will be buying a John Deere.

Just purchased a Land Pride RCR1860 from Alex Power and it was a great experience. Started the process over the phone with Mike Paulson. He had the information I needed in making the right decision and was able to send financing information via email so that when I went to pick it up all was ready to go. Mike was gone the day I went to pick it up but no fear the team was ready to go. Jake Wilken helped finish up the process and helped get the unit loaded on the trailer. Thanks Alex Power for great customer service and communication.

I am still learning hold the new ownership of this business operates. It is a big change from what it was before. Things are not as helpful as they once were. My left experience turned out okay as I took my machine in for service and got it back at the end of that day. A very good business to have it in Alexandria.

I m from big lake Mn and made the drive, and it was worth it. My deal was made over the phone and they even reserved my new kubota over the phone with nothing but my word. Later that week I gave them a heads up and they opened up early for me (early bird) so we could make the deal... in and out within 30 minutes with my new kubota mower.... mind you a mower that every other dealer didn t have. Five stars. Thanks again and see you soon.

Craig in sales was very helpful. I called and he provided me with honest information about the used Kubota Sidekick. I drove over 200 miles the next day to look at the Sidekick and Craig explained everything about it to me. He was very helpful going above and beyond what most salespersons do. I purchased the Sidekick and before I was home with it Craig sent me a text message thanking me for my business.Jim Jensen

Kept in touch while my order was transported. Delivered it to my house and went over the cub cadet 26 x3 trax snow blower with me. Even came with a full tank of gas. Would buy from them again.

Of the 3 Kubota dealers I compared, Alex Power Equipment stood head above the rest. Even though Alex is the farthest from me I have purchased my last two tractors from them because they are superior in1) Knowledge of the tractors and implements,2) Price, and3) Customer service and communication. Every time I have needed help they have taken ownership of my issues, big or small, and provided satisfactory solutions.I have no hesitation in recommending Alex Power!
