So incredibly happy I went with Precision auto! Steve and Rob genuinely care about their customers. Had I gone to a previous auto place I could have easily thrown 500 more dollars away. But Rob and Steve took the time to look at my vehicle and do what they would do to their own cars. And the price was so fair!! Very happyI 110% recommend!

Still early, but had my engine replaced by Precision. Everything, price and timetable for getting car back was met or exceeded. Steve and Rob were great to work with also. Wish I found them earlier!

I have had 2 experiences with Precision Auto. The first was when I placed a phone call with Rob in which he helped me troubleshoot an issue with my brakes. He told me what to fix and it worked perfectly.The second time I brought my vehicle in as there was an unknown clanking in the back end of my wife s van. I was expecting a call back with a huge bill for shocks, struts etc and I would have been none the wiser. Instead I received an honest call from Steve indicating they fixed the rattle as it was a loose piece of the side skirt and the put some screws in to fix the issue. I asked if I needed to get shocks and struts, he indicted that the shocks looked original and eventually needed to be replace but it wasn t causing an issue. His honesty made it clear that this shop is full of integrity. We did the shock replacement as well as some other maintenance that needed to be done. Needless to say we were highly impressed with Rob, Steve and the rest of the team. They have lifelong customers in us and we will definitely recommend to others.

I want to thank Precision Auto Repair and especially Steve for his honest evaluation and research that saved me well over $100 on a replacement battery for our Toyota Highlander. Should we need any other maintenance or repair, Precision Auto Repair will be our 1st call. Thanks again.

My wife s alternator was starting to go out conveniently right before we were going to go out of town with the kids for a week. I made a few calls around locally and Rob gave me the most reasonable quote. I brought in the van in the afternoon and the sat overnight due to parts but we had a day to buffer the wait. Got a call the next morning saying the van was finished and went and picked it up. No frills just simple as can be. We just got back from our week long trip and the new alternator is holding up as it should. If not it has a 3 year warranty so we re not too worried about it. I wouldn t hesitate to give these guys your business. 5 plus stars.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision Auto Repair. They are incredibly HONEST, kind, and flexible. I have gone to them with my parents cars for years and then my own recently purchased SUV as of late. The technicians explain everything clearly, charge fairly, and are extremely up front about everything and super detail oriented. They will not miss anything, and were able to correctly diagnose my fianc�s motor issues after another shop told him it could be ignored/didn t fix or diagnose it. They were very sensitive about the high cost to replace said motor/engine and gave him good advice about it. They also are one of the only shops in the area (that I know of) that accepts AAA member discounts which is super nice. 10/10 I wouldn t even bother with any other repair place in the area because of what a good job they do every time.Service: Wiper blade installation

I ve been going to Rob for over 10 years and I couldn t be happier with the service we ve received. I have complete confidence when I drop off a vehicle that they will give an honest assessment and charge a fair price. Rob and Steve are great people and very easy to deal with. I ve gotten to the point where I won t buy a vehicle if they won t work on it. Don t hesitate to use Precision!!

I took the old 1 Ton to these guys for an alignment and a sneaky short list of repairs. They were great to say the least. Honest, fair, educating, and the whole crew was happy to take time for whatever came their way. I watched them treat every customer with the same attitude, speed, and excitement to help anybody. There are some many details as I was their for a while hanging out. I understand they have dogs in the shop too! I can go on, but I'll end it with a simple five thumbs up. Thank you Precision Auto Repair. You are what we all want in a repair/maintenance shop. See you this fall!

As a woman who could probably be convinced into paying for "winter air" for my tires, I always DREADED car maintenance appointments & repairs, UNTIL I found Precision Auto Repair (after finding myself in a desperate situation). The team here makes me feel competent, explains things clearly in a language I can understand & never sees me as a gal with an open check book, due to my lack of car knowledge (something I've felt heavily at other establishments). They prioritize upcoming maintenance, instead of making each repair seem like an emergent situation. (Example "You're in the position to push that maintenance off for two months.") I've been a faithful customer for 15 years for a reason. The Precision Auto Repair team is always knowledgeable, fast, professional, dependable, friendly and have gone above & beyond many times over.They have fair/ competitive prices & quality workmanship. I consider them part of my extended family at this point & people I can trust.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had brought a recently purchased car in to inspect a noise before putting tires on it. They accurately found the tires were the issue and only charged a minimal fee for the thorough inspection.

I just moved to Albertville, had no idea where to go for brakes issues I was having. My own dealership that I ve bought cars from in the cities couldn t get me in for 2 months. These guys got me in the next day and charged me $100 less than an estimate I had from the dealer. Super fast and very friendly. Brought my 2017 Subaru Sti in for an alignment after it was in an accident. These guys took the car in and got it done in less than 24 hrs. Super happy with the service and quick turn around time. Definitely will be coming back. 10/10

My car was dropped off after hours by a tow truck when it died on the road. My code reader showed all 6 ignition coils malfunctioning. Precision contacted me promptly the next morning and we agreed to diagnose the problem only as necessary. They called me right back after finding two cracked coils on the front bank and recommended replacing the 3 front coils and see if that solved the problem. That saved the cost of a full diagnostic and the car runs great. Precision solved my problem at the lowest cost to me. I greatly appreciated the service I received and would highly recommend them.Service: Engine repair

Very nice and professional shop. Had them diagnose a sound I was experiencing from re-gearing of my modified 4Runner from another shop. Went over everything and even showed me the issue in person versus only on a printout. I don t trust many places, but this shop I would.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. My car broke down and was towed there- I had an estimate so fast and all was fixed by the next day. Everything was explained extremely thoroughly and nothing felt pressured.
