The best car buying experience we've ever had. Our salesman Brody made us feel like family. Zack in finance didn't pressure us to add anything we didn't want. Our new CR-V EX had everything we wanted standard. Highly recommended..

Best car buying experience I've had! Tyler Hegwood was friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and not pushy at all. He helped me trade in a CR-V for a Civic without a single hassle at all. Could not be any happier with the way this whole process went. Everyone at Motor Inn has been super friendly and kind, and I loved doing business with them. Will absolutely be back.

Amazing! My grandpa has already bought 7 cars from them and they take care of my Honda Fit as well. Real honest people, specially Kaylee

I have recently purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from Motor Inn and I am very satisfied with them. I have worked with Del, John and Brad throughout the process. The vehicle had some scratches and needed some cleaning in the interior, things that they were happy to take care of before my second visit there to get the car. The negotiation was long but Del was respectful and understanding, overall a funny hour. We ended up agreeing on a good deal. They wouldn't push me to buy anything extra. My situation was special since I had a cosigner who lives in another state but John was effective in finding a good financing solution from Honda. My only complaint is that they could have done the paperwork faster and give a list of all the documents that needed from me at once not one at a time. I could have avoided a lot of phone calls this way. I highly recommend Motor Inn!

We bought a used Buick and were pleasantly surprised at the level of customer care and affordability. The sales staff was honest, and straightforward to deal with. They gave me a CarFax and contact information of the two prior owners. They included a list of service for the vehicle, and provided a 30-Day no hassle warranty for any odd-and-ends that may come up. The end result is great customer care (including picking up and delivering our car for tire rotation!) and a great price. We have also purchased a new Honda Accord several years ago and have had no issues with service.Definitely worth a trip to see for yourself.

I drove over an hour to come to Motor Inn because they gave me the highest quote anywhere over the phone for my trade in. I was prepared for the usual dealership experience, had done all my homework and expected to be given all the typical salesman tactics, but this was far from the case. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful, dealt directly with the numbers that actually matter from the start (didn't try basing negotiations on monthly payments etc.) and I never felt pressured. Their vehicles are priced right with NADA values and I got a great deal on my trade in. They agreed to fix any minor detail I found on the used vehicle I purchased at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the first phone call to taking the keys and driving away, these guys are the best dealership I have ever encountered! I am 44 years old and have had a lot of encounters. Johnny treated us extremely well and everyone was respectful and fun - I will definitely be driving 90 miles to buy another vehicle from them.

We went and put a deposit down on a vehicle that we had liked but they said they would replace two bald tires and a headlight. Later on we had some financial obligations come up and we were no longer able to purchase our vehicle. We spoke with our salesman Zack and told him our situation and we had told him we were unsure if we wouldn't get our deposit back. Zack had told us that was the least of our worries and they are good about giving that back but he needed to tell his manager what was going on. A day or two went by and zack texted me saying he would call me that afternoon and he never did. The next day the general manager called me and told me they were not going to give me my money back due to the fact they put tires on the vehicle and also told me he had to put in a $1000 dollar wiring harness for the headlight that I knew nothing about and he proceeded to tell me he didn't have to tell me the repairs that were dont to the vehicle and it doesn't cost 500 dollars to put 2 tires on a vehicle. The general manager was very rude and told me zach would have never said that. He told me that people hear what they want to hear and hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke to him right after and told him that we were told we were going to get our money back and he wasn't falling through on their word. He then told me he would talk to the owner and he would get back to me. He did get back to me and told me they were not going to give me my money and hung up on me again. This was a terrible experience and advise you to look elsewhere before purchasing a vehicle from these people. 500 dollars is a lot of money to some people.

Tyler was great to work with even though we didn't end up buying there. He was willing to get my exact color preference. We just had too tight of a timeline to get it done. In a strange twist of fate, the car we ended up was originally shipped to Motor Inn. It was meant to be!

Corey and his team at Motor Inn of Albert Lea were actually our fourth stop for looking at vehicles. We had been to dealerships that pushed us, tried to get us into something we didn't love, and dealerships that brushed us off when we were serious about buying. With my fianc starting his Harvest season, we needed to find something we loved fast before we didn't have time to pick something. We love our Equinox and couldn't have asked for a more polite, fun, and outgoing salesman! Motor Inn was recommended to us by a couple friends and then again after we purchased had so many people tell us how awesome Corey is! I highly recommend Corey and Motor Inn of Albert Lea to anyone that's looking for a vehicle and wants to be treated the right way!! Thank Corey!!!!

Went in for an oil change several months ago. Service was fast and did an inspection around the entire car. However, they informed me my brakes were "dangerously low" so I replaced them myself shortly after; both had over 50% life. (One was sideways, caused by caliper jam). Now time for another oil change, and the pit the oil cap, plug, AND filter on so tight I'm likely to cause damage if I continue. I'd tell them to fix the issue with the parts I purchased but frankly I no longer trust Motor Inn.

No prices on web sight. You must call to obtain a price per vehicle. Also no price tags with information on used autos - you have to ask a salesman and wait while they pull it up.This week I got a strong letter from this outfit wanting to buy my Buick LaCrosse. I have never owned a Buick- letter also stated they needed used cars now and would give me a great buyout for my used car towards a new one. It included a post it note with a name and phone number (hand written). Letter felt more like a "phishing expedition" and I did not appreciate it.

This dealership is not what you would expect from a typical General Motors dealer. I bought a truck as an out of town buyer and placed a $500 dollar deposit to ensure that the truck would be there when I arrived. When I arrived I noticed that the mudflaps that had been installed on the truck had been removed. I pointed this out to my salesman and he confirmed that they were pictured in the advertisement listed on the dealers website and he would send them to me in the mail. I follow up a week later after not receiving the mudflaps and was told that I could only receive the gator back mudflaps if I wrote 3 positive reviews. I refused because that was not my experience, I had my truck appraised at CarMax for $21,000, but Motor Inn said I could walk if I didn't take there offer of 19,500. I did manage to negotiate my trade in up to 19,000, but would have walked had I not placed a $500 nonrefundable deposit. It took a month to receive the mudflaps with the help of the Better Business Bureau, General Motors, the Albert Lea Chamber of Commerce, and the Federal Trade Commission. Out of town buyers should beware and not place a deposit otherwise they run the risk of being taken advantage of via bait and switch and false advertising. Along with unprofessional behavior, in my dispute with the BBB, Motor Inn claimed they did not say if I wrote three positive reviews they would send the mudflaps that were advertised on the truck in the listing. This is false and the email can be viewed in the dispute on Motor Inn BBB page.

Stay Away!High pressure sales tactics by finance manager, pushed a warranty that I did not want. No follow up calls after calling with questions. I tried multiple times over a couple of weeks, and never received a call back.Head sales manager Ryan seemed content to take my money and run.Oil was not changed on the truck I bought, truck was not detailed nearly was well as it should have been, overall, very poor experience.

Total rip off, my wife just got a 2012 Ford fiesta and not even a week later it won't start. Motor inn said they would pay for the repairs, took it to the shop and found the computer needs to be replaced,$900 . Motor inn said sorry not our problem. Total control artists

I drove 30 minutes to this place to go see a car. I went inside and waited for more than 10 minutes To see if someone would help me. Finally someone came out and totally ignored me. He looked at me clearly seeing I was sitting waiting to be helped but didn't cared to ask if I needed help. I decided to wait and see if someone else would come and help. Waited for another 5 minutes and finally another man came out. He came out straight to check his phone on his desk passed by me twice and didn't cared to ask if I've been helped until I said "great service" and I walked out while he gave me a dirty look! This place definitely has bad service I was expecting friendly and helpful staff.

Poor sales Manager absolutely a box of Rock's... Think's he knows everything about business... Poor help on his part. Rude unfriendly and a poor sales Manager if I owned this place he would be looking for a new job... Or demoted to scrubbing my tolites... Never will recommend this place or ever go back again...
