Laughed at me for coming in with a flat tire. Said it would be hours and I should have scheduled an appointment. She did this in front of a bunch of other shoppers. Very unprofessional. The mechanic came in and said he could get to it after his lunch in 3 hours. They all laughed then I said its funny to you guys and walked away. Made me feel little.

Andy helped me pick out the correct car battery and was fast friendly and efficient. Always a good experience weather it's for tires, oil change etc.

A thick bearded burly man was kind enough to tighten my lug nut bolts during travel. That's a great man who happens to also work as a mechanic at Wal-Mart Automotive! It was during a heat advisory on a late afternoon still over 90� nearing 5pm on a Saturday. The excellent customer service demonstrated by this individual is/was amazing! Thank you so much. Cool guy, it seems, besides. Laid back, hard worker, compassionate to my plight, good manager of his time - he was alone in the shop. I hope he is considered for a monetary raise!

Walmart Auto Care, care about what? I call a week in advance to make an appointment to install 4 tires purchased from Walmart.. They say to just show up and no appointment needed. When I show up there is 1 tech on duty I'm told my wait will be over 2 hours before they even start on my car..

Don t ever, ever, ever, use this auto shop. I got there two hours before they close at 7 PM, because I am driving from out of town and ended up with a flat tire. The guys behind the counter, actually, the two guys behind the counter who were doing nothing, said they couldn t help me at all. I stated that the tow truck and myself did not see a nail or anything in the tire, so we both assumed it would be maybe the valve stem. I kindly asked them to just look at it to see if it was a quick fix, or even fix a all, and the two guys behind the counter said he couldn t help me at all. In fact, they chuckled a little bit at the fact that they couldn t help me. I kindly asked if there was anybody else in town open past 5 PM, they said no, can t help you. Where I am from, a small town Iowa farm girl, we help each other out when people are stranded away from home. I think it is extraordinarily disappointing, and sad that these two guys, who were doing nothing behind the counter, couldn t take 15-20 minutes out of their time to help a gal that was stranded because of a flat tire.

Boyfriend dropped a tire off at 10:30am. Stopped by around 1:30pm and they hadn't even touched it, place is dead, and 2 of the workers were just standing around. Place closes at 7pm. He went back at 4:30pm and the place is locked up, no one there. No one called. Nothing.

Went in for a simple oil change and when done I had environmental water draining into my vents because they broke the drain hose off. Now I need to replace my blower motor and my carpet smells like mildew. Never again will I take my vehicle to Walmart for anything. In fact I'll never go there for anything at all

They got my luggage nuts off with a large compressor to change tires, lots of work for them but worth the price

Was on a road trip called ahead Saif they could get my truck in right away got there got pulled in and took 2 hours to balance 4 tires that's 30 min a tire should have stayed away

Had tires scheduled to be installed. Show up a few days later for the appointment and the tires were sold. No hold on the tires and no courtesy call to say "hey, we sold the tires". Make sure that if you don't actually pay for the tires beforehand that you call before going to see if they still have them.

It's taking over an hour to put two tires on my car and I'm sitting here watching 3 people walk back and forth not doing anything but talking.

Came in yesterday 2 hrs before they closed and the manager sent me home because they were busy mind you they were going to be open for 2 more hours and only 1 customer. Stupidly on my part I came back today and was told that at 8 am my car would be worked on. It's now and hour later and my cars just being worked on now. Did I mention it's just a flat tire! So much for it will only take 30 minutes!!!!

The guy that helps put in my info is always sweet and efficient, I got all 4 tires replaced and bought the inexpensive tires, it was a wheel of a deal and I am impressed, over all good service, good prices, and you can gracey shop while you wait! Boom!

If you could make an appointment it would be much better. That would bring it up a star. Also if you got a better estimate of time that would bring it up another star.

The workers stopped mid work just to go play with one of the workers kids knowing there was costumers waiting for their vehicles. But it was fairly cheap so cant complain there
