The wash is trash. 130 bucks and they miss the stacks. Talked to the General manager who offered to refund 30 bucks or give me a free $130 wash at a later date what a absolute joke

Great overall experience. Mechanic Dustin was awesome diagnosed and repaired my semi pretty fast and quality. Alot of service bays and a truck wash. Ladies at service desk friendly staff. Restroom was actual clean. Plenty parking beside shop. Would highly recommend

Technicians were kind and courteous. Trailer had a short on an amber light and they did an Ultimate oil change. Total down time. 1.5 hours. I m definitely going back.

Dustin came out to replace a fuel filter. He was there very quickly, got right to business and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Very professional and nice guy. 5 out of 5 stars for this guy. Thanks Dustin

Well, I attempted to have a tractor SemiAnnual done. They would not do it based on an oil leak around the oil pan. So, what in the hell does an oil leak have to do with the safe operation of a vehicle, brakes, tires, etcetera?If that holds true, millions of cars and trucks should be disallowed from our public roads and highways. More like an excuse to me rather than an issue! Sorry guys, I use you a lot for work on my truck, but you have me rethinking my options.

I have been coming over the years here, but last night i sow terrible oil change supervisor. One of the ladies in the front was always rude, but supervisor was wrongfully money hunter. After they finished oil change and i was about to leave one of the guys remove the hub seal cap and he tried to put it back on and punch it harder then it broke while i was standing there then he replaced it in 10 minutes then the supervisor decided to charge me $181 extra bucks. They think they are experts and drivers are blind horses who can s say any thing for what they charge.

Took my truck in for a pm service came out to oil and diesel everywhere coating the side of my motor and they pinched the oring for my oil filter so had to fix that issue will not take my truck back there ever again

Went to Skol tavern, so gross, so disgusting! Cleaning is a must here. Crumbs, dirt everywhere! Look at the vent in photo covered with dust, caked on. This is months or years of build up. There s no excuse for this especially with COVID-19 just starting to whine down. Food is not at that great. Especially after seeing all this filth, I sat in the dining room watching the staff just walk by, not taking a cloth to anything, tables or chairs. I won t be back. So gross!

The worst wash I've ever seen and on top of that. Bent my mirror all way forward and broke the mirror off. Broke my turn signal off and scratched it all. Refunded my money but will never be back.

Return visit. Mechanic was thorough and finished in an acceptable time frame. I'll be back for shop work but won't waste my money eating here.

Not impressed with their wash job-mirrors are dirty and still have bugs all over and didn t even touch stack elbows- still have bugs in my grill!

As an RVer with a diesel rig, it was tough to find a pull through spot to park. We tow a pickup truck behind out motorhome and can't back up.But once we found a place to stand I found the store filled with interesting things.

I've been screwed by TA Petro a few times before so I was very apprehensive when I rolled in here. Came in needing a bunch of work done to the truck. Didn't try to oversell me.Customer service was top notch. They got in and out in a timely fashion. If I ever needed work done to my unit and I'm in the area, I'll definitely be returning!!

Trails End truck stop. The food was good albeit a bit pricey. Very well stocked. Ample parking.

Excellent shop. Was in need of a belt for one of our company trucks that no one had near by. They were able to find one in there own shop and they saved the day. Would highly recommend. Great job guys! With out them we would still be sitting at the side of the road.

Tell me only a 30 min wait, 1hr and a half later still no inspection or even in the door yet, mechanics just standing around doing nothing, a couple of them are working but out of 2 mechanics the rest standing around with their hands in their pockets. They need better management here at this TA service center

Was my go to shop but they scammed me today cause I had a high priority load to San Diego after hurricane Hillary and couldn t wait for parts. Proceeded to charge me for shop service fee cause The P.U.C with manbun was mn nice and not upfront that they didn t have the parts. Everybody else was cool sept you know who you are.

Outstanding work in the shop. I picked up a trailer with no mud flap or bracket that holds it. The guys in the shop did a fine job welding a piece back on! Thanks!

Awful service.No communication between shifts.They couldn't fix the problem with my truck, moreover created another much bigger and sent me to the dealer

Had a tire blow on my trailer. The response to me and quick speed getting a new tire mounted was more than appreciated. We are always battling a 14 hour clock out here. Thanks to Jeremy I didn't have to worry about that today. Excellent job, I will use this shop again when I'm in the area!

I told them what the problem was and got the truck in the shop only to tell me they don't have the part and can't fix it . They charged me for what I had told them, they did nothing. What a scam!

On 28th dec i stoped at TA for the night over all this place is clean lot of parking spaces for trucks good place to stop for truckers and travelers alike.

Today was a good day. Had a pickup in Sioux City South Dakota. The pickup went well, afterwards I try to get trailer tire replaced at the Flying J in Sioux City and found out that there closed on Saturday and Sunday. BUMMER. So it's a beautiful day and the load was a light. I proceeded east on I-90 knowing the next logical shop would be at the TA in Albert Lea, Minnesota. They were quick and fast to my needs. One new Goodyear recap replaced within a half hour. Then checked into the Comfort Inn Suite ajason with the TA truck stop. Everything worked out as planned. I've been doing business with this location for many years. Going on 40 years of driving truck and never had a bad experience. Quick, clean and friendly. All the comforts of home.
