Bought my very first, dealer purchased vehicle here today! 2003 GMC Yukon with 199k for $1800! Have been looking at every car lot for almost 150mi. radius and every place I was turned down.Not here! No hassles, affordable rates if financing and the owner is kick-a$$ to work with! Rock on Mr. Miller!I would give 5 stars but my new ride needed that detailing that I was told was being done during signing. Otherwise kudos.If you're reading this; use my name as a reference if purchasing here. 50$ discount if you mention my name (for you as well as I).

If I could give zero or negative I would. Tell you it's a great car, got down the road a few minutes and the car overheats and wouldn't restart. They took it back saying they would make it right and that I could get it Monday and it wasn't even looks at or worked on when we got there. Car was still over heating and a tow would have been $800 because we lived 10 miles away. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I want to give ZERO stars or even negative! Avoid this place at all costs! Need a vehicle with financing (even with bad credit), I can point you elsewhere!And their good reviews here are the staff, at least I know 2 are for sure!Picked vehicle, they said they would do 3 things - fix slider, fix coolant leak, put a brand new battery in. Was told it was ready 2 days before a big trip (sole purpose of wanting this vehicle). I arrive and they didnt do the slider - ok fine. They said they did the coolant and they were putting in the new battery as I was there. I signed papers and waited. Turns out it was a used battery because they dont do new batteries. Ugh! The mechanic there assured me it was a great battery and would have no troubles. It then had electrical issues, which they addressed and "fixed" the next day. Left for the trip, drove 7 hours, parked and it had to be jumped. Drove to our location and parked making sure nothing was left on like lights. Next day, nothing - completely dead. Jumped again. Got downtown and it died. Wouldn't take a jump. After hours mechanic came with battery and tested - the battery they put in was garbage. So I paid $160 for the battery and $40 for the mechanic. I was stranded with 6 children on a Girl Scout trip 3 states away (8 hours). I asked to be comped the battery cost on my next payment. No, they refused. I reported to BBB and they came back saying they tried to give me a different vehicle after I bought it (which is lies!). Claimed they didnt say a new battery, when their own employee heard it AND I had it in text message "brand new battery". Do NOT buy from them! They are a nothing but junk dealers and junk owners/managers/sales people. Aside from the one girl who worked the desk, she was super nice and bent over backwards to try and help, but alas she couldnt. Avoid this place!

I went their and got a ford expedition as I needed something that would fit my family of 6 well there where problems with the Ford one being my insurance said that it was totaled in the past it was brought up when I had gotten the Carfax on it so I had taken it back to trade it for something that didn't have problems this time I had taken my code reader with me well that didn't do to much I had gotten a Dodge Grand caravan and it is currently sitting in my drive way broke down figured it out and to fix everything before my trip is going to be over $600.00 I had told them repeatedly that I need a vehicle good enough and reliable enough to go back and forth to Illinois being most of my family lives there anyway I tried calling them multiple times and they didn't answer so I left voice mails and they still didn't never called me back I am sick of this place nothing but sneaky and denial things from this place if you want a fixer upper or something to work on every weekend this is the place to got otherwise I wouldn't even look in that direction

Do NOT buy anything from Troy and Natalie. They sell worthless vehicles and they do not know how to communicate with each other. They sold me an Envoy XL that needed $3000 worth of work. They wouldn't take it back and I couldn't trade it because no dealership wanted it. I made an agreement with Natalie to lower the payments if we fixed it to keep for my daughter. She then sent a repo guy to come get it. The repo guy said Troy and Natalie do this all the time.

he is a rip off .He will try to serll you a car that he knows has problems. He tried to sell me a honda accord with bad wheel bearings and abad oil pump also he didnt pay me for my motorcycles and reposesed my car that was almost paid off because he didnt pay me for the motor cycles.Take my advice dont buy from him you will regret it
