Very real and honest people here. Alex and his team are nothing short of Amazing. I strongly encourage if you need oil, tires, or light mechanical work stop in you won't be disappointed.

Showed up at 9:55 today to get an oil change, but they re closed on Sunday. In the two minutes that I was there, I watched three separate vehicles pull in to get an oil change.The last time we got an oil change here we watched a worker damage a vehicle by flooring it and bouncing it off of the tire track

My household will LITERALLY not go anywhere else. Charlie and Al the owners are amazing and genuinely care about their customers and their Automotive needs. I seriously won't go anywhere else.

Mrs Charlie Pobanz took very good care of us! We were traveling from the Badlands Natl Park back home to Roanoke VA and our engine oil light came on. We thought we would go ahead and change it and Charlie had us in and out. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on my Honda Odyssey.

Always quick and friendly service! Been taken my vehicles there for years and they even service autos also! Transfer cases, muffler work and even brake jobs. 5 stars all around!!

They were suppose to replace the ball joints and A frames and they did not put them in properly. We ended up taking it someplace else after paying over $1,100.00 and had to pay another $800.00 for someone else to fix what they could not do right!I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants anything but oil change done to their vehicle! Besides they did not put enough antifreeze in the radiator and offered to put antifreeze in an oil jug for us.You don't mix oil and antifreeze!We will never use this company again because they proved how incompetent they are!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Shell Rapid Lube did an awesome job of changing the oil on our 35ft Class A RV motorhome! They were quick and professional at a very affordable price. It's hard to find a business that changes the oil on motorhomes. Thank you, Alex.

The only shop I will bring my vehicles! The folk running this store are extremely personable and always willing to help.I've been bring my automobiles here since the early 2010s and have always been satisfied with their work. The lowest prices in town I believe as far as labor rates and oil change prices go!Lastly, this is one of the businesses in town that the employees actually treat you like family and with respect...not just a line to get your money. You want to be treated like a dollar sign? Don't go to Shell Rapid Lube, go to Dave Syversons!

I called at little after 5:00 and they closed at 5:15, however they were willing to wait and stay open to see me so that they could diagnose what was wrong with my car! I was very impressed with the service! I just moved to town and my mom had gone here before so I decided to use them, and they were very nice and they spent a lot of time looking over my car trying to figure out what was wrong with it! If you want someone who is honest and diligent about the work that they do I recommend that you try this place for repairs!

We take our work vehicles here for maintenance. Always quick to get in and out. The owners and staff are friendly and informative about what is being done to the vehicles and what needs to be done.

Excellent, quick and friendly service. We needed oil change while we were traveling because the sensor light came on. The people there were very nice and diagnosed the system to make sure the car was ok to drive. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Usually very fast. If there isn't a line of cars waiting, then this is by far the fastest place to get an oil change for your vechile. Prices are better the other places and not much higher the places you have over an hour+ wait time. Spend a few extra dollars and come to this place if you want your oil changed quickly and done right. I love it.

Needed a quick oil change and my coolant light came on our road trip. The woman helping us was super helpful. She called someone to bring a special filter that we needed. Quick and easy change! Very clean waiting space and bathroom.

They put the wrong tires on my 4 wheel drive SUV and it messed up the front suspension so bad it cost me $800 to fix that they didn t pay for. (They said that wasn t their fault.) Don t waste your money here. They can t even make sure the tires are the right size before they put them on.Instead of a chain-operated establishment that employs barely-trained kids who are forced to rush cars in and out far too quickly, I strongly suggest taking the car to an actual mechanic.The folks at quick lube places are not always able to perform an oil change without doing major damage to your car, and they are surely NOT mechanics.A real mechanic will frequently be able to spot developing problems before they become serious.By contrast, the kids (and the manager) at J-lube will try to upsell you on things that may not even be necessary, while simultaneously overlooking actual problems, simply because they are NOT mechanics and are not capable of diagnosing or fixing mechanical and electronic issues.Service: Tires

Excellent customer service! I get the impression at some quick lubes I've been to in the past that my business isn't appreciated and they could careless if I brought my vehicle there.Not the case with this one! Super personable and fast, quality, service.

They saved me this weekend. My alternator went out and they stayed after hours to get me back on the road. Very nice family run operation. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Quick services. Always gets the job done. Worth every penny. I know its not as cheap as Wal-Mart but the quality is 100� worth more then they charge.

This place is awesome!! We were traveling and stopped at vern eide in albert lea they wanted to charge me 129.99 for services to get one pound of freon!! Came here and was amazed 29.99 and 10 minutes later I was back in the car on my way down the road!!! Thank you very kindly Josh, Mark and I'm sorry I didn't catch your name at the front desk!!!! Will definitely tell my friend about this place!!!

From the TC and was on my way to Iowa when my tire blew out. These guys got me. They picked up and installed a new tire for me in the midst of a snowstorm, and were super kind and helpful the whole time. Thank you guys so much!
