Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Very rude and unkind. Every single time I ve came to this place I have left in tears. They not understanding of people nor do they care. They once left my battery cables loose and my car died on the side of the road, they claimed it wasn t their fault and charged my $75. Another time I brought my car in because the battery kept dying and they fix the part in my door frame but broke my radio and my trunk wouldn t pop open (it only has a button no key hole). I changed my entire schedule around for them to move my intoxilock to a different car, I was running late due to having to drop my children off at school (I live 45 minutes away), I was 18 minutes late and they told me it would have to be a different day because they had their technicians working on other things. Ok I understand I was late but why not start removing the equipment from my car they already had so that when I arrived they could transfer it. I changed my entire work schedule around for this to be done and they wouldn t even work with me. I guess it must be real nice to not have any life issues. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE because I guarantee if I were a man this wouldn t have happened.Update: don t gaslight me and act like you don t know that I brought my car in the day the cables came off my car. You were the one that tightened them and then when I went to start my car it died right away again and I came back in and told you and then you tightened them again and conveniently my intoxilock was locked out and I had to pay the $75 for the fee. Had the cables been tightened the day you replaced the battery this situation would have never happened.Had my phone been working properly I may have been able to reach out. Like I said you re not very understanding of peoples life struggles. You assume the worst in people. Or maybe it s just me because you judge me based on the fact that I am a woman and have the intoxilock meaning I made major mistakes in my life. But I also came back from those mistakes and changed my life. Every interaction I have had with you has been negative. You are very rude to me. Even in your response. You re the disgusting one. Try to be a little more kind next and not rude and maybe I would have reacted differently.Service: Auto battery replacement

The people here are so helpful and informative. Big thank you to Jon and the guys for helping me out!*2024 and they are still the BEST folks around. This place is amazing! We were on the road to northern Minnesota from Iowa with 5 hours left. My car started having issues when braking, and we chose Sanderson based on reviews. They got us in IMMEDIATELY, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. Affordable, honest, and impeccable service! If you run into an issue while on the road or have an opportunity to use them locally, I 100% recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I broke down at a rest area around 2 o'clock. They connected me with T &W towing who was there in 30 minutes. Sanderson's employees were kind and helpful. My car was fixed by 5 pm and I was on my way home. I highly recommend.

Sanderson Auto is awesome! I realized I needed an oil change last minute before I went on a 1000 mile round trip and they were able to squeeze me in. They have also been super awesome at diagnosing and fixing any issues my vehicles have had. I can t say enough about these guys and will always recommend them!!

I have a 2012 Chrysler 200m with over 200K miles on it. John and the team always respond to my vehicle issues with urgency and resolutions. They go above and beyond to help me with my crisis. They are both personal (always remembering my name and asking about my family) and professional. Keeping me informed of the status of the repair, they have offered me a loaner vehicle until the problem is fixed. I highly reccomend this establishment for any and all your vehicle needs. I can safely say I will never go back to this place ever again! I can no longer trust them. I called around to several local businesses to get prices for 2 tires. I said I was looking for tires on the cheaper side. They called me back a short while later with a quote for $250 per tire. They told me that that was the cheapest tire they could find! Sanderson's was more than double the price of every single place I called.After explaining to the gentleman on the phone that his companies prices weren't even close to being competitive, he said ok. That's it! Not willing to consider the fact that he may have made a mistake, hopefully for the sake of the company, with his quote.I tried giving them another chance despite the growing number of complaints I keep hearing. It appears to me they are indeed trying to rake people over with their pricing.There are plenty of other businesses in town I'd be happy to support.I encourage others, whether you have been a long time customer or not, get more than one quote. You'd be surprised how much money you can save.

These guys were amazing. We had to have our engine completely replaced. During the maintenance they gave us one of the loaner cars for free It took over 3 weeks to get done and we were not charged once for the loaner car. The engines they kept getting from their supplier was not up to their standards so they gave us an improved newer rebuilt engine for the same price as we would have had for the original engine rebuilt style. There has been no issue since and our car even gets better gas mileage now because of it. The guys up at Sanderson Auto are just the best there is. From customer service to the mechanics to the sales department it s all top notch. They take care of everything and I don t have to worry about nothing. My car needed worked on so bad it was uncomfortable to drive or even to ride in. I took my car in to Sanderson s and had the repairs done. They were very polite, offered excellent service on my car, and customer service. I am VERY SATISFIED on the work done on my car. It is comfortable for my passengers and myself once again since I don t have no more issues and the car has been working like it just came off the production line.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anybody. Thank you once again Mark, and to your awesome staff.

This company went above and beyond to help my son who was stranded in Minnesota!! They diagnosed the issue within minutes and quickly got him a tow and back on the road to Kansas. Highly recommend their commitment to customers and helping others. Superior service and outstanding folks. Thank you so much for your help!! A++ 5 Stars

Will never go back to this place. Had a device installed in my vehicle. Had called with questions only to be brushed off and rushed off the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. Did a terrible install. Left the trim hanging off both door panels. Was told that's my problem when asked about it. Put my dash board back on and never clipped it back in properly. Staff lied to me and told me they never touched the dash. They had to to install the wiring, and this is the first service I've had since buying my vehicle brand new. Overall, terrible experience and will never retain their services again

My vehicle was towed here after it died on me while traveling from Minneapolis to Des Moines at 3am. I am a traveling health professional and needed to be at work that evening. They called me with a probable diagnosis by 10 am but advised me that the car was running and they could not get it to fail. They advised me this repair would cost over 900.00 but again couldn t be certain since the car was running. I choose to return the vehicle to my home in WI and crossed my fingers it would continue to run. They provided me with a 3 page check list of the systems they went through to diagnose the problem and only charged me $89.00 for their time which I thought was a more than fair price. They also picked me up from the hotel at no extra charge! I very much appreciated their honesty and the speed at which they got my car in to look at it. My home garage also could not find a problem and the car continues to run 2 weeks later.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We are very appreciative of Sanderson Auto! Our truck broke down on the Interstate while we were traveling from Wisconsin to Iowa. Although that was not ideal, the crew at Sanderson made it better. Aaron (Service manager) was very professional, all communication was great, prices were reasonable, and the repair was quick. They went above and beyond by shuttling 5 of us (and ALL of our luggage) to a local hotel which took 2 trips! In addition, we accidently left our house key with them. The shop was closed for the holiday weekend and we were going to have to call a locksmith, but the owner made a special trip to deliver us the key at our hotel. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.

A big thank you to the folks at Sanderson Auto. My Acura had several dashboard warning lights/errors come on while gassing up on our way through town. Not knowing the area I took a shot on Sanderson and glad I did. Very professional, very accommodating and very good communication. I think it says a lot about a company when they go the extra mile to help somebody who likely won t be a customer in the future. Always do good work, bring plenty of vehicles from our fleet here and never had any issues. Quick turn around, good customer service, quality parts, all around no complaints. We can be fairly demanding and they always get it done

Bought 4 brand new tires from here 2 years ago for my spare vehicle that has less than 1000miles put on it since tire change and rears are already bulged! My significant other has also had head and valve train repairs done here in 2022 and her journey is still not working correctly and has sat for over 6 months!The quality of service here is sub-par. Since Mark Sanderson sold his shop, everything has gone south here!

I went for a wheel alignment, when they called to inform me it was done they explained everything done , along with other recommendations, also offered to come pick me up from work. Once at the shop I was given a sheet showing my tire angles prior and after . I am very satisfied with the services of this company. I do most my own vehicle repairs myself, finding somewhere that I can trust has always been an issue, I left feeling confident in work done.Service: Wheel alignment

The work done to my vehicle was great and they even took the time out to check a smaller nuisance over for me after the work was completed! On 6/21/21, my daughter and I were returning to Seattle in my 1999 Anniversary Edition Miata, after driving Route 66 from Santa Monica to Chicago. The overheating issue that had plagued us on and off for much of trip reared its ugly head again. Despite being super busy, Aaron Bjorkland and his crew were kind enough to squeeze us in. They were very thorough in running various tests; they found the problem - an intermittently faulty thermostat. It was replaced and we had no further issues on the trip home. Went in for AC recharge. Was told $45.00 for inspection and $20.00-$30.00 for freon. Had the work done, came to pay for it $170.00 bill. The AC Service was $120.00 I was not told that at the start. Then I was told that the cooling fan wasn't working? I took the car home And looked under the hood their was dye every where, cleaned it off. Losing trust I called a different Auto repair place to have the work done. Long story short the cooling fan was working just fine. they told me up front what the cost where and did a great job. Nothing good or bad to say just a lack of trust.

I was having car trouble while on a road trip. We were in a hurry to get back on the road and Sanderson got us in right away in the morning. The staff was exceptional, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of quick service.

Came here for the first time and will certainly be back. They got my car in as soon as they could and were very nice, helpful and informative in the process. Will certainly recommend them to anyone!
