I don t give 5 stars. Because nobody is perfect. But my APU had been down for two weeks. I called ahead. After getting referred by other drivers to go here. They got me in and back on the road ASAP. They even had door 5 open and ready for me to pull in after I dropped my trailer out back. It may not look like high class but I tip my hat to them.

One stop shop! Never seen a shop work so fast! Very friendly staff and they must have a large inventory of parts as well. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Jacob did an amazing job today on my APU, knowledgeable guy, great place to fix your APU, he was patient and quick. In and out in 2 hours,

My APU was smoking while running. I called this shop and was given an appointment for the following day to get the APU checked and repaired. It ended up being a clogged filter like they had diagnosed when I called. They did a full PM and cleaned the tailpipe of all of the soot. The APU runs great and the price was great. I'd definitely go back for them to service my apu and bunk heater again.

Cheap people Shop open at 8 amCheck in 8:15 amWork done before noon 11:30 amThey said papers not ready but refer was ready n park. Outside of shopN they charge me labour 4:30 hours now coz she give papers at 1 pm

Had an apu ground issue and needed the PM done as wellGot right in and out with no issues. Mechanic seemed knowledgeable and thoroughHad been to their New Brighton location in the past with not so good results so I was not liking that they were the same company but this location worked fine. At least for what I had donePrice could be better but all shops are a money grab and I didn t have time to do it myself

Very quick in and out. Thought my 2021 unit has a fuel filter problem, they took care off it. I think c-600 has a fuel filter issue in general. Tim toke care of it. Rate was high but I was happy with the work.

They don t really know what they are doing neither they don t listen to you to explain what is problem is.I brought my SB 210 not cooling well or not cooling below 20 Degrees.They did not follow what I told them to check on.It was 2:30 pm when they start working on it but, after 6:30 pm I left not fixed and pay them $1200.7.5 hrs from 2:30pm to 6:30pm.I will leave the Judgment for you.I will recommend everyone to avoid this place if you can please.Soon will post the invoice of the payment.Thanks

My boyfriend and I went up there to get an APU and it was a joke. Took hours to get done. They didnt have it done when they said it would be done. The guy that worked on it was arrogant. Well anyways once it was eventually in we got it home and within 2 weeks the air stopped working. Took it to the thermo king in waterloo where they said the technician that installed it didnt put enough freon in it and didnt have any of the settings on it. Thank god the Thermo King in Waterloo, IA is smarter and knows what there doing then in Albertlee!!!!

Tim and the guys here always accommodate me on sometimes short notice.Always have parts if they need them.Tim, even though he is a service writer/parts guy recently came to me to resolve an issue in single digit temps outside to fix my problem after hrs.I appreciate all you do for me, Thanks.

This shop is outstanding! The people at counter, the mechanic, to the lady who took my money. I would go out of my way to to come back to this shop, to have any work done.

They were fast to repair a sensor on the trailer. My 1 complaint was having me drop the trailer on an icy lot. That could've been a serious mistake.

They are good and efficient the job they did on my unit is quality but they overcharge me on labor so that's why next time j will go somewhere else.

Brought my trailer to get refer unit downloaded over 2 hours of standing around waiting and watching them help the local who walks in and out. Nope not coming here I'm going to carrier.
