I'm the shop Foreman for a Trucking company in Minnesota and have used Rihm Kenworth many times this year for various issues my drivers have been running into. I'm pleased that this dealer gets us in fast and completes the work in a very reasonable time. In trucking it's critical to get your driver back on the road as quickly as possible and we thank Rihm for great service. The lead tech down to the service writers have been wonderful in giving great service and communication throughout the process each and every time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and happy to be a repeat customer when needed. Thank you Rihm for making a difference to our company.

In and out. Called at 640 am made it there at 830 got parts shipped from twin cities, had them at 1130 was rolling by 1 P.M. quick service, little pricey but it s a dealership. Quality work haven t had any issues, got me in and out. Would use again if in the area.

These guys are awesome and customer centered. Very friendly and efficient. The managers and the entire team are approachable and quick to solve your problem without long and tedious waits. I will recommend them 100%. Kudos guys.

Great work in a well maintained facility . These people know their work and put forth a lot of effort to do it to the best of their ability . If in the future if I would need repairs or service , I would definitely go out of my wayto make it here . An extremely satisfactory experience

They helped me get a tow without breaking the bank and once the truck was in the shop they gave me daily updates and even called me with Q&A . I will definitely use this shop in the future if needed

Brought my Pete in for a heater hose leak on a Tuesday. The shop called on Friday and said it was done. I drove 90 miles to get my truck. When I got there I went to the truck and did a walk around and pre trip inspection. I found the truck still leak coolant from the same spot, only leaking more than when I brought it in. Took several hours and then told the O ring was bad or something. Took them another 6 days to complete the work. Now I see a check engine light on when I started the truck.

Purchased a truck from this fleet , T680. Truck came into a dealership in Albert Lea after a couple months I took in the truck for a diagnostic and the truck mileage on the engine came higher then the cluster on the dash which indicated there was mileage roll back and foreplay. After several attempts in contacting the dealership as well as twin express they were unresponsive and didn t offer to help. Had a def issue with the truck and was told why by Jim Urness (used truck manager ) why I didn t use my extended warranty which I paid $8,000 out of my pocket. Instead of accepting that someone rolled back the miles they just look for ways to blame it on the truck rather then themselves. I have attached clear pics showing my dash from ecm report my ELD device shows two different mileage. Stay away from purchasing any trucks from this fleet. Purchased the truck from Todd Taylor

Another week, Another EXCELLENT RIHM KENWORTH experience! Checked in to see if Albert Lea could assist with programming my PTO Switch and ensuring it engages/disengages.. Programming went well and a different switch was ordered (previous dealer error). Ops Check Good! (Brett)Thanks to Mike, Mychelle, & Savanna at the Service Desk for getting my truck in and out quickly.BTW, while waiting I went shopping at the Parts Desk. Cora did a great job of researching parts for me to stock my truck. Thanks Again!

I stopped in here for an engine air filter,and figured I'd have them install it too since I didn't have the tools needed with me. The parts guy overslept that morning,so I had to wait for him to show up,so the service manager cut me break on the service time. We all hear horror stories about dealers that don't care, but these folks here do not fit in that category!!

I want to first give the highest Regard to Brian who took me to my hotel and even offered to take me by a store for anything I needed before dropping me off at comfort inn by the petro. He also suggested that location for convenience to local bar and food. Great idea Brian. Hope I spelled your name right. Bryan was as helpful of an employee at a truck dealership as I have ever seen in 29 years of driving. Even assisting in loading my things I needed for the hotel. The whole experience was great at this location. They had me up and going before noon the next day. My shift common stock was kaput and they diagnosed and fixed it like true professionals. The facility is high security gated and closes at 6 or 7 pm . I forget. It s a nicely ran shop and I m grateful they were so efficiently quick and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them from my experience there.

This one of the best dealerships I ve been to the staff and manager Jason helped me so much with my truck getting fixed!! I would highly recommend them to work on your truck and trust them to do it right!!!!!! GOD is good

Logan the Mechanic was working on the cab mounts to our truck and had the battery box step cover off the truck and when he put it back on the truck he pinched the wiring to my skirt lights below the sleeper and cab including the air cans between the battery box and battery box cover and Burnt up the wiring to the fuse panel and the auxiliary light switch. Went to Rihm and have been told they won't be able to do anything to fix the problems. Now we have to pay for their mechanics incompetence.

Very nice location. Right up the street from the Petro which has a hotel right next-door and a really good restaurant. They even gave me a loaner car to use for the four days I was there. Walmart on the other side of the interstate a bit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ridiculous. To check my check engine light code with only actually 2 hours of their shop time they wanted to charge me $700. Trying to charge 3 to 4 hours. Mike at this shop is ridiculous. Couldn t even figure out why my truck was over heating which was the main reason I was there I had to stop them at the 2 hour mark because they were just guessing. Come to find out he saidMy DEF sensor was the issue to my truck over heating QLF SENSOR Then Mike has the nerve to tell me he could replace my belt, my tensioner, my DEF sensor for $1700! WOW. I m pretty sure it s my thermostat or water pump but I didn t have time to check due to being loaded and having to go get a spare truck. These dealers have certified techs not MECHANICS. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! NEVER GO THERE.

To bad they don t have a zero star option,,Needed a carrier bearing replaced, master mechanic told the desk clerk it would be a four hour job,,,, HIGHWAY ROBBERY,,, something I can do at home in max 1.5 hours these guys wanna charge 4 hours, maybe hire some mechanics that know what their doing,

This is the best experience I had with a dealership. I broke down in the construction zone 4 miles from this dealership. Justin suggested we call a tow truck for safety reasons. The tow arrived in less than 30 minutes. After speaking with Justin about the best way to troubleshoot, he & my mechanic decided to open the bottom. My engine froze after 1.6 million miles. Needless to say, that broke my heart. Well, my mechanic is arranging to bring the truck back to Dallas. They have a discount with the hotel across the street. While waiting for my flight 3 days later, I must say Samantha and Justin were very accommodating. Though I was about 1000 miles from home, I was at ease. The shop & their mechanics are very clean. I am pleased with their labor rate for the work they did.

Purchased a truck at Rihm Kenworth Albert Lea two weeks ago and it was the smoothest truck purchase I've ever made. Todd Taylor and Lisa Mick were fantastic during the whole process. Communications were outstanding. These people are true professionals and it was a pleasure working with them. When it is time to add another truck I will be going there for the next purchase. Wooow man I don't know what to say I have had Break noise in my truck and took it two time to KW dealership back in Dallas Texas they didn't fixed it not that they couldn't but didn't work on it and still charge me $190 for just checking I was on my way to MN from MT called Mr Britt he is the service manager absolutely nice person he send a guy to check what the problem is the guy couldn't find anything He was suspicious on the front driver Breaks Supervisor order him to take it inside the shop check that desk see if there is anything wrong with it I said please grease it for me as well the guy did not find anything even though he worked for an hour on it and graced it for me but he did not charge me a dollar He said you are absolutely free you go to go no need to pay anything since we did not find anything we aren't charging you I step out and think this is how a person be treated and this is how to do business thank you Mr Britt for everything you have done . Absolutely recommended.

Hands down the best Kenworth dealer I've ever done business with!My clutch failed on a Friday morning passing through the area. I called expecting to hear it would be days before they could get me in, but Justin in service told me bring it on and they'd get me in that day! They installed a new clutch and seals plus input shaft and bearings, and they finished the job by Monday afternoon for less money than I expected to pay at a dealer! (Not to mention the fact that they gave me and my four legged friend a ride to and from the hotel) The only reason it took them that long was because they're closed on Saturday and Sunday.A huge thank you to Justin and Samantha in service, Chuck in the shop, and Earl the parts guy! You guys have earned my gratitude and respect, I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!!!

Rude customer service at the front desk of the service department! One of the most miserable women I ve ever seen in customer service! Took over a week to service my tractor with a derate/regen issue! One star rating is being generous!

I just want to say " AWESOME SERVICE " We were so impressed on how Samantha & Chance are !! We have never been anywhere where we have received such wonderful service they didn't have one of the parts that we needed for our 2007 Peterbilt so chance went across town to get it for us and to our surprise we were only there for less than an hour & a half !! And that was to change a belt & idler pulley !! I would recommend them above anyone ! We haul livestock for a living and we can't thank you all enough for your friendly fast service !!! Thanks again & keep up the great work!!

They sold me a reman full locker rear-end. Supposedly had an awesome 3 year warranty. It broke 2 month's later and wanted me too pay another 4000 to get the replacement rear. Buyers beware they don't honor the warranty. Took 3 weeks just to find out they wouldn't honor the warranty. Cost me 20 grand in lost revenue. Had to buy another at a more reputable company.

If I could give them ZERO star rating I would in a heartbeat. Been waiting here for almost an hour now just to get a truck looked at and a paper signed so I can be on my way. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen.**Update**I have spoken with John Bush about my issue and we are on good terms now. Thanks again John.

Been here 2 times this month first time for pm and dot inspection 500.00 got the truck back with two malfunctionin lights on. Tech broke the water fuel sensor just left the wires hanging. Second trip here I wanted a code checked and the front end checked ended up replacing a tie rod and getting alignment 750.00 and they sent the truck to petro for the work I could have had same thing done at petro for 428.00. Con artists cant even get ahold of them now

The lady working the reception desk is the rudest person I've ever met. She couldn't get a part number and when asked the ETA on my truck she said "It's in the shop?!?" Of course I know it's in there. The entire staff doesn't use words to communicate with drivers. Worst kenworth experience I've ever had.
