Whether I need gas or not, I always make a point to stop at Trail's travel center. In addition to your gas station standards, they offer a wide variety of items from holiday decor, firewood, and fudge to small appliances, clothing, and accessories.

This by far is the nicest TA I ve ever been too frfr. Fresh donuts, infinite bathroom stalls so i don t have to burn a shower AND they have a trailer washout that accepts EFS. Speaking of they showers, they nice ashell as well! I don t even bother going to the Loves when I m in this area

Must stop when your family has to stop for the bathroom for the 3rd time in 100 miles when traveling from Iowa to Minneapolis. It is a truck stop designed as a family stop. Clean modern bathrooms, EV charging stations and lots of great fossil fuel pumps- go Dinosaurs ! Variety of food options - McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut. Skol Tavern restaurant looked good, but didn't have time to try it. Shopping, t shirts and other gifts. Assortment of beverages including my fav Sioux City Orange Cream.

Visited this Petro after getting my Loves gas discount across the street. WOW!Real sugar in soda. Need one for the remainder of my trip.Huge parking lot at Petro and across the street where there s Tesla electric charging stations.Bought some funny gifts. Imagining family and friends laughing.A little bit of something for everyone.No dog park that I can see, but lots of grass for the fur family to walk and do their business.I really like Loves while traveling around the country using their app. After 15k miles this year it s been fun stopping in a mega center gas stop. With pretty much everything a person could need on the road from food if all types for all kind of dietary needs to cool mementoes, etc.

Great place to stop for a break. There are plenty of food options, clean restrooms, and they have the cleanest showers I've seen, good water pressure, and hot water. This is going to be my go-to place for stopping.

Sorry, NOT Sorry!I just love stopping by to check out the latest adorable knickknacks, get some phenomenal food and toenjoy the friendly atmosphere!This place never disappoints!*****UPDATE*****(Again! )Absolutely love stopping by this place! I've been here so many times it's beginning to feel like a home away from home! They've got their Christmas decorations up and I must give a huge shout out to the sweet ladies that worked so hard to make it so gorgeous! Way to go ladies! You done an awesome job! *****UPDATE*****Stopped by again and this time the restaurant was opened. Very impressive! It has such a welcoming and homey atmosphere. My waitress was attentive and so helpful! And as was the case from the last time I was here, the food was absolutely delicious! Love this place! First time stopping by and already got it marked as one of favorites! So much to check out on the inside! Awesome variety of knickknacks to choose from, both for you and your truck! Very clean, tidy, and well maintained. They have a laundry room with six washers and 12 dryers. The showers were very clean and tidy. The water pressure was amazing! The restaurant is phenomenal. You had to get your order to go, but the service was outstanding! Excellent food with reasonable prices. Large parking area for truck drivers. Everyone was so very nice and courteous. Would love to be able to do a 34 here.

Coolest truck stop I've been to yet. I felt like I was walking into a Kirkland's with all the decor and gifts. Bakery, homemade fudge, clothing, smoked meats and cheeses, as well as much much more. It also has all your usual truck stop items as well as a very nice theater room for truckers, laundry and drivers lounge. 4 restuarnat option: Taco Bell, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Skol Tavern and Grill (viking themed). Skol is a bit pricey to me. They have what appears to be a buffet but each thing is priced separately. My husband got 2 meats and 2 sides and it was almost $40. I ordered off the menu and got a cheeseburger for $10, which was a great price, but had to pay extra for lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles, which was a first for me, but still a great price for a cheeseburger and fries. The food was very good though and probably worth it for someone who is not a tightwad like me (i dont loke paying over $15 for a meal). There are directions upon entering "how it works", I felt a little anxiety at needing directions to order/eat at a restaurant. I prefer straightforward restaurant procedures and prices. I recommend Skol if you don't mind paying a lot for a good meal.

Clean bathrooms, lots of options to choose from for eating As well as a nice sit down restaurant attached. Also a Caribou Coffee inside. Lots of choices for souvenirs and gifts as well.In the parking lot there are several areas to park for large busses or vehicles with trailers, and a doggy area.

The truck stop is really nice. The restaurant is way over priced. $21 for a steak and 1 side. No soup or salad or bread. Nothing. Steak was cooked perfect and had good flavor., but very tough. If I stop again, I would stick with a sandwich

Can only d payment at pump. Is it me or the pump doesnt ask for reward info they had cold tonic juice in there mcdon 6-12 tacobell i think is 10-9 restaurant is 6-9. Wendys across at loves 6-12. Petro shop good had placard fixed 75 minimum for service once in bay. Took me in right away. Pretty good stop

If I could give 100 stars I would!! This place is amazing!! I give reviews all over the country! By far, this place is at the top of MY list!! Huge, clean and so many choices ! The restaurant is not a typical Iron Skillet! So much better at the SKOL TAVERN Bar and Grill , huge dining rooms and Food was fast and delicious . When you walk in, you grab your own drink, go to a table, check out the menu and go to the cashier/ or SUPER SERVER , JESSICA !!! order and food comes out ordered perfectly! !They also have a bigger dining room, Bar and outside dining area with a bar, weather permitting.They also have a MCDonald s, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut Express.The restrooms are clean and newly furnished with lots of stalls. The whole store had so many great gift ideas and a whole VIKINGS theme everywhere!!CASHIER , RHONDA,! was great to accommodate my questions and said this place, even thought it looks bream new, said it has been here over 20 years!! This place will Definitely be a place we will make sure to come back when traveling through here!!

This is a very nice truck stop, with the only thing missing is an exercise room. The repair shop is nice and clean. They wash the floor in the shop with soap and spray it with a hose. The mechanics are very helpful & friendly. Out of all the TA/Petro that I've been too, this is definitely the best one. Good job.

Nice clean shower. The store was busy as usual. Got some nice, reasonably priced, ribs out of the hot case. The shop had all their road side repair trucks in a nice queue out in front of their shop, locked and loaded, ready for road calls. Must be a quiet day as it appeared they were all here. Nice Petro with lots of parking. One of my favorites.

I have video of mechanics playing around not doing anything work related. I watched them for 30 mins plus. Play around with hack sack and goof off. A senior mechanic was working while they did nothing. I d recommend if you see this like me report to manger as I have and let s try to get good works in this shop to help us drivers.

This is an excellent old school style truck stop that has a little of everything. There is a restaurant, coffee shop, gift shop, and fast food places located within as well as all of the usual items that d you d find in a truck stop. Some notable items are their selection of local meats and cheeses, Mexican Coca-Cola, and little knickknacks scattered all about. The bathrooms are very clean too. This truck stop reminds me a lot of the one my mom worked in when I was a child, so there s a bit of nostalgia there. Places like these are few and far between and it s our business that keeps them around. The reason I didn t give this location 5 stars was because it can be difficult to navigate, as previously noted there is lots of stuff in this truck stop and it can be a bit of a maze to get form the diesel pump entrance to,say, the restaurant. But that is my only complaint and it is a very tiny one to say the least.For the truckers that may be interested in stopping here, parking fills up pretty quickly. I ve stopped here a handful of times and have been lucky to get a spot. There is a plethora of reserved parking but I m unsure how much it costs.

Stop at this truck stop all the time going to St. Paul . Truck stop is fantastic in every aspect . Shop not so much . Stopped in the shop for a truck wash come to find out the wash machine is broke . Has to be done by hand . Terrible terrible job by old man and young kid . Left about 20 pounds of soap on the truck and tire shine looks like it was put on with a q-tip . Not worth the 70 dollars by any means maybe 20 .

Large station. A bunch of options for food from fast food to sit down restaurant. Had nice souvenirs. Decent size bathroom.Great spot to get diesel

This place is awesome with the large, spacious interior, lots of food options, and selection of souvenirs, but we had to refuel at the Love s across the street because the fuel island is still being built

This is one of my favorite places to stop while driving on I-35. You can purchase gifts, snacks, meals, electronics, and small grocery items. I enjoy painting rocks, so I left a painted rock near the front door.

Use to be a great place to stop, rest & eat. Can't even get a waitress to take your oder now and prises went up for a sad cafeteria style restaurant now. Has totally turned into a tourist trap.

Awesome truck stop. Large store with the regular and a bunch of other items. Several food options to chose from. The sit down restaurant was pretty good. Shower rooms were great. Clean and very modern. This stop is up on par with Iowa80 minus the size.

Massive truck stop between I90 & I35. Obviously a good location. Great selection of snacks, gifts, foods and maintenance items. This location also has a full service restaurant and three chain restaurants inside.

What are my favorite truck stops. They have a rotisserie that they cook the ribs on all day give them a try. They also have a nice little bar you can relax at.

Past their meals in the buffet will not pass a single person (delicious). For burger lovers, there is a Mac. Large truck parking, wash out for trucks. Friendly stuff, thank you for doing your job.

Trails travel center / Petro stopping center has everything you could possibly need if you're on the road. Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, McDonald's and a gas station all in one. They have clothes, Nick's summer sausage and many other products from Nick's. Would definitely recommend stopping there if you are in the area traveling through!

This place is the worst place ever..The Managers Aaron and his kids take over the place.. is not the same place.. kids running and it take whole day to get oil change The two desk lady are rude and unprofessional..Kids will change ur oil..Only two good Machenic left..Stay away or you will regret..Like I did

Cool place, nice folks. Stuck here for the Labor Day weekend. This place has been very, very busy all 3 days. They have a food court kinda thing with a McDonalds, a Pizza Hut express, and a Cold Stone ice cream place. An Iron Skillet restaurant with its traditional over priced buffet, and they have many hot and cold food and drink items. A truckers lounge, and a truckers movie theater, which is cool. All in all, a good place to stop and refresh.

Always a good stop. Lots of good food in the store to go. The restaurant is ok. There is a bar inside to. McDonald's and pizza hut express. Clean showers. Parking lot is large and well lit. Shop has wash out and truck wash Bay.
