I can't entirely blame the folks at O'Reilly for not wanting to take out other people's trash. However it's the little courtesies that have the biggest impact on your business.By taping the ash tray on top of the trash can to keep people from discarding things like my lunch sack from McDonald's, what they're telling their customers is to spend their money with them, but take their trash (which apparently would include cartons from the parts put on immediately at their store) with them.Since the courtesy of placing a usable trash receptacle out front for customers use is beneath these folks, I've decided to take my money elsewhere.Advance Auto Parts was more than courteous enough to provide not one, but two trash cans out front for customer use, and thus the reason they got my $184 sale rather than it going where my loyalty until now has been, with O'Reilly Auto Parts.As I said, it's the little things. Perhaps it's time to rethink this nationwide relationship. After all, Advance, Auto Zone, Napa, and Car Quest are nationwide too.Michael KennyOversize Services, LLC

Just made a phone call asking for a part guy didn't even sound like he was interested in selling parts and or trying to help me place is a joke

I arrive 20 minutes before closing and I get help from an employee that stands behind me saying over and over that he is closing at 9:00.. The money they have lost and will lose because of that employee will be in the thousands of dollars.. Plenty of Auto Part stores in Albert Lea, MN..

I had a front wheel bearing go out on my truck. I was on my way to Oklahoma. It was a Sunday, so no repair shops were open. Andrew went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Great staff and great parts.

Was 3 below and daughter's battery was dead at work, jumped it and took it here and they put battery in when other auto store said they wouldn't due to how cold it was. Thanks Craig for your help and we were on our way in no time!

I was on my way to Iowa on a weekend trip, when my oil light came on. I stopped here to get the synthetic oil I needed and was helped by the woman at the counter to find the correct kind. While topping off my oil, my oil cap fell down into the car. The woman who helped me research the correct oil for my car came out and helped me fish out the cap, smiled, and told me to have a safe trip. So kind and helpful!

What a crew. Michael was more than helpful helping us with recommendations on how to get us out of a bind with a local shop. Also had a driver show us the way. Completely above and beyond the call of duty to make an out of towner feel more at ease.

I get all my tools and car things at this auto store. Friendly and down to earth staff that are more than willing to help answer any questions about your vehicle! They also take the time (when they're not busy!) to chit-chat about "car stuff". Sometimes I go to Oriellys just to talk about cars and never leave unhappy or feeling "jipped".Highly recommended this auto parts store!

Very poor employees that don't know much about cars most of the time they give you the wrong part once in a while there will be someone who knows what you looking for. Not my favorite place to shop for car parts.
