We went in looking at a used boat, and ended leaving buying a brand new boat. Brian was awesome! Helped us into an affordable dream. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for used or new power sports. Great deals, and more then willing to be patient and help get what you want.

Purchased a new boat and Josh worked hard to get us all the accessories we needed, walked us through the boat options, and took us out to give us hands on experience so we could ask questions. Wonderful experience, hats off to Josh and the crew for getting the boat finished!

Came in for a prop shaft bearing, parts dept went above and beyond to walk me through the replacement of the bearing. I brought broken part in and they helped me make sure I had all the information I needed to DIY the repair my self. Very impressed!

Absolutely hate this place! Staff is rude and over the past 10 or so years, I only go here for parts or for my sleds oil unless I absolutely have to!Lots of bad blood and have to rate this business about as friendly and helpful as Dave Syversons or the McDonald's on Bridge! Just horrible human beings work at previously mentioned places and makes a person wonder how these businesses, actually STAY IN BUSINESS...Google really should make the ability to give 0 stars for business ratings; above mentioned would be one of those who get none!!

Recently purchased a new 90hp Merc outboard from Brian. Great to work with, and stuck to his word. There were no surprises at the end. Brian in service was also great to work with. Got me in right away and his team did a great job with install and the other products I've purchased since. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic people who stand behind their boats. I recently purchased a used boat from them. It had 2 small leaks that they didn t initially notice. They apologized repeatedly and fixed both issues in very timely fashion. They charged me NOTHING for the repairs. It s a long trip for me down there, but my next boat will also be bought from them.

Bought a new boat and had a bunch of accessories added to the boat. Brian couldn't have been better getting the job done. Expected to not get my boat back for a week. He called two days later. Done.

These guys are great.Bought a jetski in the fall and they delivered on everything they said when I picked it up this spring. Couldn't be happier--honest team who go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend.

First of all a big thanks to Brian in sales for being so helpful This the 4th boat that I have owned and none of the previous salesmen had the patience or gave the extra effort The boat is rigged nicely and Eric was careful not to scratch anything in the process And thanks for the extras Brian

When nobody else wanted to help me purchase what I was looking for, Brian at Northstar Marine was willing and helpful. Worth the 2 hour drive for me, to not have to deal with sales people who were not willing to listen to my wants.

Just worked a deal with Brian on a new Ranger. Everyone from sales, service and parts are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Always a great experience there.

Was in minnesota was looking to buy a new boat went to northstar powersports people were very friendly ANSWERED all my guestions gave me a fair price I decided to wait place was will lighted and clean as I said all the people there were friendly and curtious would recommend this dealership if you need parts or are looking for a boat

Stopped here while I was traveling to get help with a Minn Kota trolling motor and they were able to fix it on the spot. Very friendly, super helpful.

Contacted the dealership several times via email off the website and spoke to sales on the phone asking for pictures and info of 2 different boats... .never got anything whatsoever What a joke

The 2nd year I took my boat to Northstar to get winterized and they don t unhook your battery and live the switch on, had to replace Battery twice now I am done with this place I done recommend them at all!

Toom brand new boat motor there to get warranty work done and the service manager would not even contact mercury about get the parts and labor warrantied so I got stuck with the bill.
