Good people working here. Samantha always does her best to get us in when she can. If you end up being there a couple days, rides to and from motel are free.

These people are verry nice.my 1st time here.i needed a water pump.i checked in at 7 am when thay opend and it was done same day at 1130 am.verry impressed.grate job!!!

Before the buy out this was an awesome shop. New owners cleaned out shop management. Doubled prices, quality went down. Had trucks sit here for 6 months 2 times. Both times put the wrong tech on both jobs. Spent over 5k on attempting to diagnose a transmission-could have just bought a new one for that. They don t look out for the customer they look out for the bottom line first and that s all. Go next door to the independent shop if you want real quality work and a reasonable price. Don t get me wrong-there is a few very skilled mechanics here, but management refuses to use them to their best abilities, and instead pushes new or inexperienced techs on diagnostics.

Awesome people here. All I can say is I appreciate all the help that was provided to me. Stopped by to see why I was not getting power from my tractor to my trailer and after awhile we figured it. Bad wires and with some playing with the wire it now works. Wasn t even charged anything for their tune and wasn t pressured into buying a new part which was around $600.00 bucks. Awesome place and I am very thankful to you guys. God bless and hope you all have a great thanksgiving holiday. 10 stars

great people fast and great work ac stopped working and they got found it was a bad wire got it fixed and us going again. Do have another short causing it to act up again with other problems but nothing they did or could of known was going to start doing

DON T COME HERE horrible experience they don t fixed my truck i have DEF issue never replace any parts on my truck labor fee $1749 after that labor i go to freight leaner and they fixed to my truck in 7hors labar only cost $840 I will recommend to never go to this place if you driven freight cascade

Had to get some derate problem solved, they took care of it and went above and beyond for me to get the truck moved on time. Great guys, just keep good communication and everything will work.

While on heading south on a vacation in our Diesel Pusher Motor home we started to lose power to the point we could barely go 30 MPH. It was nearly 5pm on a Friday and we had only just started our trip and we were desperate. We carry a fuel filter with us but were not sure that was the problem and were not sure we could change it on the side of the road. We stopped at Interstate Motor Trucks in Albert Lea, MN and the service manager was busy with a customer but quickly finished up and asked me what I needed. After seeing what we were up against the service manager asked us to pull around and he would help us out. The service manager changed our fuel filter out for us in no time flat and got us on our way! He gave us great service and advice and this solved our problem and we completed our 2,900 mile trip with no more issues. What a great experience with great people.

AC broke down in Nebraska headed here to Minnesota and they took me in first thing in the morning and fixed the problem. And Samantha at the service desk was very helpful and friendly. Thankful for the help and now back to California

I had the worst experience here and would recommend you go anywhere else if possible. Took my truck there two weeks ago for two problems. Requested they diagnose issues and call with a quote on what repairs will cost. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything back and so went back to find that they had done $1800 worth of "repairs", none of which I authorized. Then to top things off I ended up leaving and experienced same problems on leaving that I had when they went. Nobody there seemed to even care or apologize. Would NEVER go here for anything again.

CERTAINLY RECOMMEND. Jim and Aaron listened to me about my truck issues. They looked for the easy most inexpensive options before deciding it was a major DPF problem. Just the fact that they talked to me ask ME questions is so satisfying and refreshing. Thank you Jim and Aaron.

Get people, to work with, extremely knowledgeable service department, and parts department. Would most definitely recommend going to Albert Lea International over International Motor Trucks between Clear Lake an Mason City.

They don't do there job didn't fix anything said nothing was wrong with the truck but yet still transmission is still popping out of gear was supposed to do an update on it but never touched and ran drive time out i will not bring anything back here.
