I would like to give a shout out to the service portion of Marthaler Honda, specifically the service manager, Ryan Broitzman. When I had issues with a vehicle that I had bought, he made it right. He made sure that my vehicle was taken care of properly and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced and taken care of. He treated me as a person. Not a profit. Reasonable. Knowledgeable. And was willing to do what he could to get my vehicle serviced the way it needed to be in order to have for my growing family. He was kind. He made sure my service was VALUED. Made sure certain details were noticed and him and his team took the time to discover issues with the vehicle to make me feel safe again. It gave me hope. I didn t just feel misunderstood. I felt secure that my vehicle was in the right hands. Was provided a vehicle to and from until vehicle was taken care of. Made the time to fit me in, and listened to my concerns and was reliable. I think he s a great component to the business, I thank him and his team. But definitely feel like it should be known that he is valued from a customer stand point and appreciate how my unique situation was handled.

Not your typical car sales people, they really do aim to please. Very positive car-buying experience!! I would do it again!And I love my car!!!

I had a great experience here everyone was very kind and helpful especially Mr.Kesler he was awesome and helped a lot if your looking for a car and want amazing customer service and to deal with nice people Marthaler honda is definitely the place to go.

Just bought a car from Austin today. The staff was excellent. Super helpful and accommodating since we had to drive 1.5 hours away. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you!

They don't offer a fair trade in value when trading in vehicles.The salesperson we dealt with seemed to have little knowledge of the vehicle.
