Bought a 24 Ridgeline Black Edition recently. Price was the best I could find after looking in several states. Team was extremely easy to deal with and no pressure to buy. Tony F was awesome. My deal was worked up remotely since I was driving in from a couple hours away (but well worth it). Paperwork was ready and I was in and out in less then an hour. Absolutely will come here again if in the market for new wheels.

Outstanding! This dealership should be the template for how car dealerships should be run everywhere. We found a new Honda Pilot we liked online, and Tony contacted me about it. He was very nice and professional. Definitely not your "typical car-salesman". He made it very easy to negotiate a price we were very happy with. We live 4 hours away and made the trip up there on a Saturday. When we got there, Tony was helping some other customers, but Caleb and the owner Chris stepped in and took great care of us until Tony was done. They made the process very smooth and it was a very pleasant experience. They earned a lifelong customer and I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is thinking about buying a Honda.

First time car buyer and was nervous walking in, but Nick made the whole process super easy and simple; as well as being a super cool and down to earth guy. Overall was a quick and painless process, and they were able to work with me on financing to make sure I got something I was comfortable with. Would definitely go back for another vehicle in the future.

In less than 2 hours yesterday, I was driving a 2024 HR-V off the lot. The experience was awesome due to my salesperson, Tony! He was kind and organized and a joy to deal with. Brian in Finance was great also. He made the paperwork painless!

The appearance of the dealership was not what I thought a Honda dealership would look like,run down and needs modern updates. Sales staff was good until it came to filling the tank and I was told used cars only get a half tank of gas after they said they would clean it up and fill the tank.The cleanliness of the vehicle that I purchased could have been better, even after they cleaned it twice. Would I buy another Honda yes, what I look for a different dealership, yes.

Had a good experience working with Austin at the dealership. He found the make, model, and color in the CRV EXL we wanted and was delivered to us in 3 days. They even offered to deliver it to our personal residence outside of the city. Would recommend using them as we will go back again for our next vehicle.

The salesman and dealership provided a fantastic buying experience apart from other dealers. My positive experience started by calling the dealership letting them know I was interested in one of the CRV s on the lot and they were able to hold it for a whole weekend. When it came to making a deal, Tony the salesman was very motivated to make a sale by allowing negotiation room and being able to offer an aggressive price without wasting time. The dealership and salesman also stay in touch following the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall it s very obvious dealership and Tony are very motivated to keep customers happy and make them want to return.

I would say 4.7/5 ratingThe service was great. Austin had great smile and excited to show me a vehicle right away when I walked in. Even though I didn t up getting the vehicle because of my credit score, I still had great service. I was also provided with free coffee and water. The manager was able to explain few things I didn t know and that helped ease the process.Getting finance from them wasn t too bad. I ended up having to go with a vehicle that their financing credit bank chose for me. It worked out and now I m driving a new vehicle.

Our new Go To dealership! We went to test drive a Ridgeline my husband saw online, left a couple hours later driving that Ridgeline! Tony was our first point of contact and he was friendly, down to earth and worked really hard to get the best deal for us. I can t say enough good things about Tony! He took care of us in every aspect! We even got Godfather s pizza while our deal was being worked on!If you re wanting honesty, transparency and be treated like you matter, then give Tony a call at Marthaler Honda of MN in Albert Lea. You will be pleasantly surprised like we were.

Recently my wife and I purchased a car from Manthaler Honda. We had a great experience working with them. Kessler was the salesperson we worked with. He was able to answer all of our questions, and explained everything in great detail. Brian worked with us to finance our car, was awesome also. He walked through each step carefully and explained everything. They even stayed late. They are both a real asset to Manthaler Honda. It made our whole experience a real pleasure.

The cars are reasonably priced. They will work hard to help you drive out of there with a car. If your credit is bad they still will work with you to get you a car. Friendly staff and you can get your car repaired there. The waiting area is large and comfortable, with snacks, coffee and a tv you can't go boring. With low credit come in with about 1500 to get a car.

Fantastic service!! We had been looking for a specific Pilot trim that was difficult to find, and Tony went above and beyond to locate the Pilot that we wanted! Tony was great to work with and very transparent with the entire process. This was the easiest car buying process that we have experienced and they also are delivering the vehicle to our home which is 3 hours from the dealership! Thankful to have found this dealership and will definitely be returning customers in the future!

Great experience today, we drove down early on a Saturday morning hoping to find a good vehicle for son. Austin Jahr already had the vehicle out front waiting for us to test drive it, it was clean, he had all the details from the previous owner, and the transition to purchasing the vehicle was smooth and painless. Great experience when you can spend money and enjoy doing it! great job guys, great job, Austin, we will be back for sure!

These guys were very honest. When my dad bought his truck from this dealership, there was problems with the heater not working on one side. When this issue was discovered while returning home, they paid for all the repairs.
