Lewis Charles Cycles are easy to deal with! Good prices. Good selection. Normal conversation. No drama, at all. I was in and out of their store in 45 minutes, with a Honda Shadow. Great communication skills. Ask for Mike or Dustin. You won't go wrong!

Killer shop.. great guys! I've brought my bike here for years. Always great customer service. I ended up having my bike worked on at another shop in another town due to me living in that town. Horrible experience. I only bring my bike to these guys from now! They are trustworthy. Great prices and they are knowledgeable. I started storing my bike there last winter and will do so from now on. Happy riding!

My 2003 Road King Classic had a compression problem chewing up starter drives. Went to four different locations in Minneapolis trying to get it fixed unsuccessfully. Approximately 4 years ago took the bike to Lewis Charles here in Albert Lea explaining the problem the mechanic thought he knew what it was right away turned out he was right self-adjusting tensioner on the primary chain over tightening itself locked up everything. I couldn't believe they figured it out so quickly. Seem to be a great group of guys there highly recommended

Very great shop to work with, and for winterizing and storage. Very good and fair priced for labor rate. And stands behind his work. And if your looking to buy a bike in would recommend talking to them.

My wife found the bike online and I contacted Mike. Great friendly service over the phone and even better in person! Happy my wife found this gem of a shop. Absolutely worth the drive to have a beautiful bike in my driveway! When it s time to upgrade we will be back! Thanks again.

The only guy I talked to was really nice. I traded a near new bike for a much older, much bigger bike and it was a good experience. I live 90 minutes away and after talking about the trade, I was told they don't just sell things after someone has shown interest, they'd hold onto it until I could find time to make it there. The exchange went smoothly and the bike I brought home has been excellent with some minor adjustments. The brake light didn't work upon my arrival but was mostly fixed before I left. I've had to play with it a few times since I've had it but nothing terrible. Thanks L.C.C.

Mike and Dusty are true professionals. They have sold two bikes for me, on consignment and done a lot of service and preventative maintenance for me. Prices are good and the work is flawless. I'd strongly recommend Lewis Charles to anyone looking to buy, sell or service a bike.

The guys have a great space with a cool vibe. Mike was easy to deal with and I could not be happier with the purchase of my new Beta. The service is also great as both Mike and Dusty are techs with a customer centric view.I enjoy dropping by to say hi when I am passing through.

Mike has to be one of the best harley people around . He knows his bikes and is really honest with the customer. Mike helped me buy my 1st harley, he was really patient and helpful ,way better than any other salesman I talked to . I also trust him with any maintenance, to do it right , ontime and for a very reasonable price. As a 67 year old 1st time rider i feel very lucky to have found this place. they aren't only a good dealer i feel like there friends.

I have known MIKE since he openedLewis Charles Cycles. He & Dusty areTOP NOTCH! More businesses wouldbe better for their customers if theycould take the pages from MIKE'S BOOK( HONESTY and TRUTHFULNESS ).I wanted to upgrade my YAMAHA1300 DELUXE fuel injection and muffler.He could have done what I wanted to do,but he told me that my motorcycle was sowell dialed - in for performance, that if thebike was his, he would leave well - enoughalone. That is straight up HONESTY!MIKE & LEWIS CHARLES CYCLES getmy business. You would be happy to knowyour wallet and your ride will be taken goodcare of. Thanks again MIKE.

Excellent customer service, unbeatable rates and quite possibly the coolest locale around. Add the experienced technicians and you got a winner. None of the "dealer feel" when you walk through these doors. I traveled an hour out of my way for a 10k service, and will do it again. and again, and again.

Owner Mike is super-helpful and has brought cycle service to Albert Lea for everything from simple maintenance and oil changes to being able to work magic to repair some crazy things on my bike! Harley and metric, accessories, new and used sales...it's a must-stop to see!

This is a great place to have your bike serviced or buy a bike Mike Owens is always friendly was a great help when my bike broke down and fixed it right the frist time. I cant wait to do more business here
