Usually a good place to go. Today however it was not. The girl that started checking me out was rude and clearly didn t wanna be there. I had to go to a different register cause she just walked away.

Staff went above and beyond to help us find our cat that escaped the car. Treats, cat food and helping us search.A staff member found her under a dumpster behind the store. Everyone was so kind and caring.

Placed an order at 849am for 2 breakfast sausage egg tornado with the Aaron the ASL and waited until 905 am before Julia asked why I was still waiting. Let her know I was waiting on the rollergrill special and haven't heard from the kitchen. She paged back to see how much longer and they replied with 10 min. I work Kwik Trip and even I know it doesn't take 25 minutes to cook even from frozen. Ms. Julia gave me a refund and apologized for the kitchen being short with us. The front end did everything right, I just know the kitchen staff needs a little more coaching on the red zone.

The gas station and food court is always top notch here. Food is always hot and the fuel is always available, regardless of cost.It's the Car Wash at this location that REALLY frustrates me. It's a convenient location, right off the main drag, but the jets/foam/Lavaza Spray is a waste of money, as they don't function properly and I've wasted that "extra money" four or five times now.I don't think they maintain the actual equipment that frequently, or this wouldn't be an issue.

Very knowledgeable staff. It was busy when I went in, I came to a pretty long line when I was ready to check out. The line moved so fast and an employee, Matt, was quick to jump in and open another lane. I will definitely be choosing this location again.

Generally kwik trip has some excellent food choices. I stopped in to get some breakfast sandwiches , hashbrowns and doughnut . It's been awhile since I last got breakfast a few months. I noticed they changed their food vendor. The stuff used to be great tasting. Now everything tasted like sawdust..to bad

I thought Wawa was the best until I stumbled onto this franchise during my recent road trip to Mount Rushmore. I wish they have locations on the East Coast. This franchise is amazing. What shocked me was not just the cleanliness and courteous service but I almost fell down when I saw fried chicken with an option for being served without salt!!! When I'm out midwest again, this is the first franchise I'll be going to, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks...the whole shebang!

Great addition to the area, wish it didn't take so long to make it to Mason City, I feel like they should have built here about 10 years ago. But its okay we went for 0 to 3 stores in less than 2 years. Far better than any other Gas Station around.

Quick, clean and hoot food available. Abundance of drink options to choose from and at good prices. Wheelchair accessible, lottery, tobacco are available. 24 hours of operation.

This kwik trip has really friendly staff and they have a car wash here! I know the newer kwik trip by Applebee s does not have a car wash and that s disappointing. Anyways, I stop here in the morning often and the workers are always nice and they always have food ready and hot!

KWIK Trip has most of my needs, I get eggs, milk, butter, orange juice, bananas, potatoes,. Lottery, gas. At amazing prices. One of my favorite stops.

I genuinely love Kwik Trip. Just bummed that there are now 3 locations in Albert Lea and only a single lane car wash between the 3 of them. The no fee atm, bagged milk, inexpensive bananas, great selection of on the go foods and coffee, but things like this that must get over looked, drive me nuts. I'm currently in a long line for said car wash.

One if three in Albert Lea...great prices and service. Variety and selection from drinks, eggs, milk, meats to grill, sandwiches, hot deli food, AMAZING SOUPS, fresh pizza to eat or take and bake, fresh fruit, a couole health and beauty items, a couple car care and maintenance items. We l9ve kwik trip.

Kwick trip, always fast service,quality inexpensive items, only down fall is if there is some one u don't want to see, usually see them there, like the county Fair.

I purchase gas almost exclusively at Kwik Trip. I'm doing a lot of fasting for weight loss so I pass on their goodies & sodas, though I do like their always freshly brewed coffees.
