We called Richardson Towing and Recovery Service after our van left us stranded on hwy 13 about 14 miles from home. James came out talked to my husband a few min. Then got started hooking up the van to tow Trk and we all headed o where our car guy is.James is such a very nice man kind and funny he was very through on what he was telling my husband about hooking up and moving so it Pleased my husband and that is very hard to do these days. James came to the rescue when I was stuck on the interstate with a flat in a hearse! He was quick to respond, excellent service, patient with my poor directions to find me and went the extra mile to make sure I was safely on the road. Our family was heading to Minneapolis for Thanksgiving on a Wednesday evening and our van suddenly died at the Albert Lea I-35 exit. No mechanic was obviously available at that time, so we were stuck on the road until James came to tow us into town. He was gracious and so helpful; he also didn t charge us big in our tough situation. So I could NOT recommend a tow service MORE than I could having James.Service: Car towing
