I was working away from home when my car developed a flat tire in Albert Lea. Hanson Tire Service was located nearby, so the tow truck brought my vehicle there. It was late Friday afternoon, and the team went out of their way to ensure my tire was back in service to return me home safely. Despite over an hour of work they only charged me $30. Customer focused professionals like this crew deserve more recognition than ever.

Got me in and out in a half hour on a Saturday, right before they closed. 4 new tires on our camper as we were traveling to the South Dakota. Great price, Great people.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Great team at Hanson Tire! We blew a boat trailer tire and they took care of us immediately. They were done before we filled up our gas tank and returned to find it outside ready and waiting!

Almost 800.00 bill and wouldn't even make the time to see what was now causing the bad rubbing sound after they "fixed" my van.. sounds worse now than when I took it there for an alignment. Very dissatisfied. Definitely would not return. edited to add that I had to have the whole break system replaced a few days after these guys replaced a hub and did a front end alignment. no break issues before the did the work. haven't offered to make it right or even contact me! they do not honor their warranty so that's a waste of money.

We had a slow leak in a tire on a cross-country road trip. We stopped at Hanson Tire to have it repaired. I had several interactions with two technicians in the shop and two people in the front area. Everyone was extremely, almost shockingly friendly. The tire was fixed within 40 minutes of my arrival on a Tuesday afternoon, at a reasonable price. I hope to get a flat tire near them again some day.

I don't recommend people going to this place .They break your car so you can keep coming back to them , and they over charge you.Horrible bad customer service to people of color .

They were so awesome! I called in the morning and they got me in the very same day to look at my car! I had gotten an estimate from another repair service and I wanted a second opinion. They took the time to explain to me what was actually wrong with my vehicle (instead of what the other people were trying to rip me off for)! They are so nice here! If you are looking to get a car repaired or to get tires, (from what I understand) this is definitely the first place I would check in Albert Lea and the surrounding area! They are very friendly at the service desk and the mechanic took time to come out of the shop and explain things to me and he talked to me for a very long time! I was extremely impressed that he took the time to come out of the shop and actually speak to me! Thank you very much for the awesome service!!

Car broke down unexpectedly. We were referred here by another mechanic who was too busy...Hanson fit us in right away and got us back into the road within two hours (new alternator). We were in town to visit our family's father, grandfather, and father-in-law. Thank you for making a difficult day better.

We pulled in at 7:00 on a Saturday morning with a screw in our tire ahead of a 500-mile trip. Your staff was able to plug our tire and get us back on the road in short order. We made it to our destination and back without further pressure loss. Friendly, competent service at a low price! THANK YOU!

I go here every 5000 miles for a tire rotation and oil change. The front of the house crew is always a pleasure to see and they have a good crew working behind the scenes in the garage. Thanks guys.

I had a blowout on I35 southbound with 20' Forest River trailer. I called my insurance, no luck they found a tire company that could come in 24 hours. We found Hanson Tire on our own. They came in 45 minutes. They changed the flat tire replacing it with a new tire and new rim. Then e went to the shop in Albert Lea and replaced the other tire as well. All told, 2.5 hours, and done. One tire was inflated unequal to the other so I had to adjust it down when we left, but no other problems. I rate 4/5 since I had to redo that one tire pressure. Service was prompt and courteous!

My wife and I are on day five of a two month RV adventure. While checking into Myre-Big Island Campground in Albert Lea, MN, we noticed a screw embedded on one tire of our trailer. We ask for a recommendation and were directed to Hanson Tire Service in Albert Lea. If I could add a star to the review I would. My wife called and spoke to Kelly who told her to bring the trailer in. Upon arriving at their location, I walked into the waiting room / office, introduced myself and within five minutes had a mechanic walking with me out to the trailer. From start to finish we were rolling again, tire patched, in 30 minutes. Double thumbs up to Hanson Tire Service.

Excellent service!!! We had a blown tire on the interstate on our camper. Changed the tire ourselves but decided we needed 4 new tires. Called Hansons, they said they were busy but would put us on the list. We got there 30 minutes later, in less than half hour they had all 4 tires changed and we were ready to get back to our vacation. While we were waiting though one of the mechanics struck up a conversation with us about our vacation. He told us what sites we should see and what was maybe a little too hyped up. Very friendly people, highly recommended.

Great customer service creates great experiences. Great customer service is usually produced by great people. Calvin (kelvin?) is one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever run into, on a day when I needed it most. On a long travel I had an issue with my car and it happened around 5:30 on a weeknight when most places are closed/closing. Calvin stayed late just to lend me some aid and advice. He stayed in touch with me through the entire process. From the front lobby to the mechanics in the garage, nothing but good people. Highly recommend.

I was traveling from out of town,( used to live here) was worried about getting back home for work. The folks at Hanson squeezed me in and were very kind. The gentleman that I spoke with even listened to me tell stories about my uncle Lloyd, who used to work there for many years.

I went to this place l to I fill my tires with nitrogen, to minimize the fluctuations of my tires psi, through the Minnesota seasons.It seemed that after I had it filled with the nitrogen that it fluctuated the same if not more then putting regular air.Also when I took my truck there for services, after they were done.They accelerate my truck in access, screeching my tires, whatever is the reason was I don't know, but I've been to this place several times and never heard screeching of tires with any other vehicles.

Had a tire emergency while passing thru town. Needed tires replaced and the closest available was Hanson. Price was a bit steep comparing brand and models to other outlet. Service was ok as they were able to get me in within a 2 hour period of wait.

Called about getting tire patched with less than an hour left in their work day. Said "No problem!" Great staff and service. Bauer Built wouldn't service me and they had no one in their garage with less than an hour in their workday...went down the road. It's all about customer service and they provided.

Rockstar Service on a Sunday! Got a referral from a friend to call Tiffany at Hanson Tire on a Sunday afternoon while stranded on the side of the road with no spare. Tiffany gladly took my call and dispatched tire tech Zach Gordon to help me out. Zach showed up in record time, was clean, well spoken, professional and most of all knew his stuff. He got me back on the road again well ahead of expectations. As a manager of a similar type of organization i know enough not to take this kind of service for granted. Thanks Tiffany and Zach for going above and beyond.

I was on a road trip when a tire started losing air rapidly. Got the spare on and drove to nearby town (Albert Lea) to hopefully get a fix. Called to see if they were available and mentioned we were in a road trip. The guy on the phone said, Oh we don t help people on road trips. I m just kidding. Come in anytime . We thought this was quite funny considering I was going to have to get angry soon. Very friendly and cool people working. They are your typical goober type of guys that would work at a tire place. Once we arrived we told them our problem and they helped us within 30 mins and cheap price . They patched the tire up and put it back on. Finally, we got on our way with a smile on our faces.

We were in a bad spot, van making noises on the highway while far from home. Hanson got us in right away, even though it was 4:30p on a Friday! Very helpful people worked hard to find anything wrong with the van. The mechanic was clearly concerned about making sure the van was safe for our kids. Made us feel confident there was nothing serious wrong with the van. Would definitely go back. Thanks!

Driving across the country and thought I had a brake line leak or something major. Called at 7:30 am and truck was on the rack at 8 with no appointment. Mechanic looked it over no leaks just needed a bleed. Most places would try to hose you over knowing you are on a long haul. Everyone from the gentleman at the counter to the mechanic were friendly and knowledgeable. Happy customer

These folks are absolutely top-notch. We had a wheel bearing fail on our way home from Colorado to Wisconsin at 2:30am in Alden, got a tow to Hansen s, and walked in at 6:45am on a Friday as they knew we had been on the road for 24 hours and lacking sleep. They had us out the door with a replaced bearing before 9:00am, not to mention they were incredibly personable, friendly, prompt, and you can just tell these are good people. More businesses need to be run this way. Way to go, Hansen s - thank you for getting us home to our families.

We have a new RV and know nothing about RVs. Ha! After terrifying myself about tire blowout from reading too many RV forums, we pulled into Hanson. I dealt with the most awesome man I think his name was Kelvin who not only checked our tire pressure, but gave my husband and I a little lesson on tires, too. Also offered great humor and tips for our next destination.

We were heading to a 60th wedding celebration with two hours behind us when our car got hit hard by a straight-line wind which popped a piece loose under the engine compartment. We were caught in a torrential downpour and I couldn't slide under the car to do anything with it without getting soaking wet, and the piece that came loose would just flop up and down if we tried to drive at all. A tow truck took us to Hanson Tire, where they put the car on a lift and accessed the damage. Two bolts that held the front of a heavy plastic guard pan had broken off leaving only the back two bolts holding it in place. The mechanic said he could simply remove the remaining two bolts and the plastic piece (since it wouldn't have any effect on the car), place it in a bag for us and we could be back on our way. Okay...do it! When the mechanic was finished (just a few minutes later) he pulled the car around to the front walked in and handed me the keys saying "There you go!". The person at the service desk asked if he had to use anything. "No, just took it off, put in in a bag and placed it in the back of the vehicle." was his reply. I asked how much I owed her and her reply was "There's no charge...he didn't have to use any parts so there's no charge for this." UNBELIEVABLE...I thought those days were long gone! Wonderful service and super nice people. They really helped us out in a jamb!

These guys and girls were great! I called at 7:15am and they answered the phone, got my car in right at 8:00 and put up with my dogs! Honest, nice and polite. You can't ask for better.

Customer Relations/ Service Manager is friendly enough, but the capability and quality of their technicians is frightful. Professionalism is not their forte. I would choose else where if you value the functionality, dependability, safety & appearance of your vehicle.

These guys are incredible! We had a roadside emergency out of town and they were so accommodating in staying late to help us and really just genuinely kind people! They also let our dog hang out and did great work.

I consistently find that after having my tires rotated here they are out of balance and i need to bring it in again within a week. I have also had a couple times where they did a monthly inspection, then within a week or so i have a big issue that they somehow 'missed'. For example recently had an oil change and tire rotation and inspection, but less than 2 weeks later BOTH my rear struts were broken (that Hanson had already replaced within the past year). Brought my car somewhere else and they said it's very unlikely they both broke within a week and that it's pretty much impossible that they wouldn't have noticed it 2 weeks prior. Either Hanson is just bad at their job or they're intentionally leaving things bad in the hopes that it'll cause more issues and i'll come spend more money. The second shop i brought it to said it was very unsafe that they let me drive on it. I won't be bringing my car here again and definitely won't recommend it to friends. The customer service is always friendly, though.
